웹 기반 실천적 문제 해결 학습을 위한 교수$\cdot$학습 과정안 개발 -중학교 1학년 기술$\cdot$가정 과목 "청소년의 영양과 식사"단원을 중심으로- (The Development of Teaching Plans for Web-Based Practical Problem-Solving Lesson - focused on "Food nutrition and diet of adolescents" unit in Technology and Home Economics of middle school -)

  • 본 연구는 제7차 교육과정에 의한 중학교 1학년 기술 $\cdot$ 가정과 $\ulcorner$청소년의 영양과 식사$\lrcorner$단원의 학습 효과를 높일 수 있는 웹 기반 실천적 문제 해결 학습을 위한 교수 $\cdot$학습 과정안을 개발하였다. 식생활 영역 관련 선행연구를 고찰한 후, 영양, 식품자원, 식품 선택의 3개의 영역에서 비만 음식쓰레기. 가공식품. 유전자조작식품. 수입식품의 5개 학습 주제를 선정하여 교수 $\cdot$ 학습 과정안과 학습 자료를 개발하였다. 웹 기반 실천적 문제 해결 학습을 위한 교수 $\cdot$ 학습 과정안은 문제인식. 정보수집 및 평가, 대안 및 최선의 행동 선택, 행동하기, 그리고 행동평가의 5단계로 구성되었다. 그리고 효과적인 수업을 위한 보조 학습자료로 개별 학습지, 협동학습지, 비만도 검사, 애니메이션, 관련 사진자료, 모듈을 개발하여 함께 제공하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 교수 $\cdot$학습 과정안은 현장 수업에서 직접 활용이 가능하여 가정과 교사들에게 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

영화 '아메리칸 사이코'에 나타난 1980년대의 사회상과 복식에 관한 연구 (The Social Aspects and Costumes of the 1980's Expressed in the Movie 'American Psycho')

  • A movie's fashion style delivers the overall atmosphere of the scene including the characters's class, personality, spiritual world and inner thinking and even their conflicts in the story. The movie 'American Psycho' directed by Mary Harron and based on from Bret Easton Ellis's original novel ridicules the American yuppie culture of the 1980's through the behavior of the hero Patrick Bateman. The life style of the yuppie sees itself as the high-class embodiment of a particular culture, but the various subcultures such as Glam and Punk show that it is merely a two-faced culture suffering from hypocrisy and mammonism. An analysis of the costumes found in the movie indicated an exhibition of the 1980's Haute Couture fashion, which was mainly occupied by the mainstream social class and of the social phenomenon of post-modernism. The anti-fashion presented in the movie as the resistance culture formed by the subculture was in extreme contrast with the expression of self-actualization.

Flanders의 언어 상호작용 분석법을 활용한 가정과 예비교사의 수업 분석 (An Analysis of Interaction Types in Home Economics Pre-service Teacher's Instruction Using Advanced Flanders Verbal Interaction Analysis Method)

  • 본 연구는 교육실습 동안 가정과 예비교사의 수업 상황에서 언어 상호작용을 분석하는 데 목적을 두었다. 4명의 가정과 예비교사를 대상으로 수업참여 관찰을 한 이후 녹화된 자료를 AF 분석을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정과 예비교사의 언어 상호작용을 항목별로 살펴보면 교사의 '강의', '비언어적 상황', 교사의 '질문' 순으로 높게 나타났다. 학습자의 '긍정적인 학습 분위기 조성', '칭찬이나 격려' 항목에서는 빈도가 낮게 나타났으며 학습자에게 '지시' 혹은 '학생 비판이나 교사의 권위를 정당화'는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 둘째, 수업 상호작용의 형태는 '교사의 질문-학생의 반응적인 발언' 혹은 '강의-질문'의 형태로 나타났으며 마지막 수업에서는 '교사의 질문-학생의 주도적인 발언', '강의-교사의 질문-칭찬이나 격려, 학생의 아이디어 수용 및 활용' 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수업에서 지수 경향은 전체적으로 비지시적인 경향을 띠며, 학습자의 발언에 허용적으로 나타났다. 교사의 질문비가 높고 첫 수업에서 학생의 발언비와 넓은 답변비는 낮게 나타났으나 마지막 수업에서는 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 전문가 분석에서 수업 운영에 대한 질문과 확산형 질문이 증가하였으며 교사는 학생들의 학습활동을 안내하고 학생들은 교사의 질문에 대하여 확산적인 사고를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 예비교사들이 교과 지식의 전달을 촉진하고 학생과 적극적인 언어 상호작용이 이루어지도록 자기수업 분석과 함께 현장에서의 적극적인 지원이 요구된다.

저소득층의 치매노인 그룹홈 계획에 대한 요구 (Needs for the Planning of Group Homes for the Elderly with Dementia of Lower Income Classes)

  • This study aimed to examine the needs for the planning of group homes for the elderly with dementia in lower income class, who have more economic burden on the caring the demented aged. The survey was conducted by questionnaires collected from 300 respondents from December 2000 to March 2001. Methods of analysis were frequency distribution, mean and chi-square test. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The respondents perceived that the responsibility to take care of the elderly with dementia belonged to their family, not to society or the government, and the sons and daughters had to share the burden placed on care-givers. 2) The awareness of group homes for dementia was relatively low. 3) The respondents' needs for the group homes with dementia could be summarized as follows; small scale plan with homelike atmosphere, a total of 6-8 residents, structural type of detached house or three-storied town house, 2-3 persons per individual room, and management system by non-profit organization or the government. There were no big differences between the respondents of this study and upper and middle class studies conducted by other research, except for some details. Referring to results of this study, it is asserted that group homes for the elderly with dementia would be embraced throughout the country if poetical assistance combined with economic support were provided.

생산직 취업모의 탁아서어비스의 요구 및 그들을 위한 탁아제도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Need of Child-care Service and Child-care Programs for the Working Class Mothers)

  • The purpose of this study is to inverstigate the need of child care services and child care programs for the working class mothers. We surveyed four Industrial complex (in Seoul, Incheon, Pusan, Ulsan) to collect data. The samples were 282 mothers (Seoul: 95, Incheon: 54, Ulsan: 62, Pusan: 71). The mothers had children under six years of age and they worked at factory for 11 hours. They (65%) rented houses with 1-2 rooms. Their income was not enought to support their family. They were never supported by social network, so they had to work at factory and they need child care services. The mothers had many difficulties of child rearing and early childhood education. They wanted perfect day care programs. They expected it as followings: (1) Day care center placed at factory or near home. (2) The administrater is goverment or employer. (3) It is managed a full time system. (4) It is center-based day care or industrical day care. (5) They share day care expense with employer or goverment. (6) Day care expenses is 35,000 won in case of full time system, 25,000 won in case of half-time system. They desited highly qualifed day care programs, but they would not expense highly cost. So we suggest that goverment and factory employers support the working mothers.

Care of the Elderly with Dementia and the Need for Group Homes from Middle and Upper Class Families in Korea

  • Concerns about paid-facilities for the elderly with dementia from middle and upper class families have been discussed lately in Korea. Small-scale, home-like group homes for the elderly with dementia were developed in Sweden in the 1980, but they have not been effectively introduced in Korea where they remain a comparatively new concept. The group home, however, would provide a good alternative to Koreans who feel guilty when they have to leave their frail parents in large-scale facilities or hospitals instead of caring for them at home. The aim of this paper is, first, to define the care of the demented elderly who come from upper and middle class families in Korea and, secondly, to discuss the need for group homes to help care for them. A survey was done by questionnaire and was answered by 577 respondents who belonged to middle and upper class families living in Korea in December 2000. Methods of analysis were frequency, mean, and Chi-square. The results of this study were as follows: 1) the traditional notion that the eldest son should be burdened with the primary responsibility for a demented parent has weakened remarkably; 2) a small-scale long-term care facility was considered the most desirable living environment for the demented elderly; 3) the facilities families needed for professional hospitals for victims of dementia, senior citizen centers, large and small-scale long-term care facilities, day-care centers, and short-stay and service housing. The study also revealed that there was low awareness of the group home. The most preferred type of structure for group homes was a single-family detached house, and the most preferred management system was small-scale that could create home-like atmosphere. Additionally the respondents wanted group homes to consist of 6-8 residents with 2-4 persons per room. The results of this study strongly suggest that policy makers should encourage the development of smallscale group homes as an alternative form of housing for the elderly with dementia.

가정과교사가 인식한 학교 평생교육을 위한 가정과 자원의 활용 실태 및 활성화 방안 (A Study on the actual conditions of the use of them and the moves to strengthen home economics resources for school lifelong education in home economics teachers' view)

  • 인간의 전 생애에 걸친 삶의 문제들을 지혜롭고 창조적으로 해결할 수 있는 능력을 길러주는 가정과교육의 인적 물적 자원이 학교 평생교육에 어느 정도 활용되고 있으며 이를 활성화시킬 방안은 무엇인지 알아보고자 전국의 중 고등학교 가정과교사들을 체계적 무선표집하여 질문지를 발송한 후 최종 회수된 135부를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 가정과교사들의 학교 평생교육 업무 참여 실태는 낮은 편이며 주로 컴퓨터 강좌를 맡고 있어 전문성 발휘가 안 되고 있는 실정이다. 가정과 교사들은 학습자를 가르치기를 원하지만 강사의 역할보다는 학교 평생교육 관련 제반 업무를 여러 가지 맡고 있어서 과중한 업무가 부담되고 있다. 학교 평생교육을 실시하는 학교 중 1/5 정도에서 가정과와 관련된 프로그램을 실시하고 있으며 주로 자모들을 대상으로 하는 $\ulcorner$취미 여가생활 프로그램$\lrcorner$인데 이는 가정과교사들이 미래사회에 가르쳐야 할 중요도가 가장 낮다고 여기는 프로그램 내용이다. 가정과교사들과 학부모 및 지역주민이 가장 중요하게 생각하고 개설을 희망하는 프로그램 내용은 $\ulcorner$자녀교육 프로그램$\lrcorner$으로서, 학습자의 요구도에 걸맞으면서 그들의 가족생활을 강화하거나 지지할 수 있는 직접적인 프로그램 강좌개설이 필요하다. 가정과 관련 실습실의 실태는 조리실습을 할 수 있는 정도의 형태여서 개방을 위해서는 실습실의 확충 및 시설 면에서의 보완이 필요하다. 가정과 관련 학교 평생교육의 활성화 방안으로 가정과교사들은 교육 연수를 통해 전문성을 길러 양질의 프로그램으로 학교 평생교육의 강사로서 참여할 의향이 있으며 이를 뒷받침해 줄 정부의 지원과 노력한 만큼의 적절한 의상을 바라고 있다.

중등학교 가정교과 교사의 직무연수 운영 실태 및 인식 조사 - 강원도 지역을 중심으로- (A Survey on the Actual Administrating Condition and Teacher′s Recognition on the In-service Training of Home Economics Education in the Secondary School - Centering around Kangwon Province-)

  • The purpose of this research is intended to analyze the actual condition of in-service training for the teachers who teach Home Economics Education in the middle and high school and to survey their viewpoints on the actual condition of the in-service training. So I could find the effective ways on the in-service training by finding many kinds of needs and improvements on the basis of present problems in the Home Economics Education. The research results are as follows : 1. This research indicated that most teachers answered that the most proere significant per time of the in-service training was the school vacations(49.5%). 63.4% of the teachers answered that the present 60 hours on the question of how many hours are appropriate is proper. On the question of what the most proper cycle for the educational training is. 47.2% of the teachers answered that the present 3-year cycle is appropriate. 35% of them supported the selecting system for the trainee according to the experienced or non-experienced for the up-to-date in-service training. And 35% of them answered that the speakers for the training program must be the experienced teachers in education. In the contents of the training program. many teacher insisted that the percentage of the text for the major should be raised(49.6%). According to the survey about the teaching and learning methods and evaluation. teachers were satisfied with the levels of satisfaction on the teaching and learning methods in 65.1%. This survey indicated that teacher preferred the discussion and case study(35.9%). the practice-centered class(29.3%) and the on-the-spot study(20.9%) in order on the teaching methods. In terms of the educational environment. 56.9% of the teachers answered the number of trainee is too many and they suggested that the proper number of trainee is about 20∼30. 2. This research showed that the most important problem of this training system was the over-population of the trainee(33.5%) and the most severe problem of the educational environment was the lack of air-cooled and heated system(24.8%).

백워드 수업설계에 기초한 고등학교 「기술·가정」교과 '가족생활 설계' 영역의 체제적 수업개발 (Systematic Development of Instruction for Family Life Planning of High School Curriculum for Technology and Home Economics Based on Backward Design)

  • This study devised an instruction that applies the content factors of Family Life Planning to backward design by exploring the fundamental concepts of backward design and the structure of developing a systematic instruction. Furthermore, it was conducted to improve the developed instruction by examining its validity with the help of experts and to find the method of applying it to the curriculum. The lesson design of this study was as follows. 1) Making a unit outline, 2) Identifying the expected results (Shaping the objectives), 3) Deciding acceptable evidence (Planning evaluation), 4) Making a detailed blueprint for class tasks, 5) Planning learning experience, 6) Making a learning experience plan per time, 7) Checking the lesson design. Second, experts participated in this study for the internal validity test about the process of the systematic lesson development of Family Life Design based on a backward design. The results were shown to be valid because the average was 3.7 out of a perfect score 4 and the CVI of all was over 0.9. The result of the IRA was also score 1, meaning that most of the experts agreed on the results of the test. The details of the lesson design were clear at every stage and the tasks and the results of each stage were specific. This study included most of the necessary stages for a backward design.

영유아의 교육 및 보육기관 이용과 기관유형선택에 영향을 미치는 사회인구학적 요인 (Use of Early Childhood Care Centers and the Sociodemographic Factors of Choosing an Institute)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer essential information related to early childhood education and care policy. Using the Korea Labor and Income Panel Study(KLIPS) Vol.5., this study analyzed sociodemographic factors that decide the use and type of institute for early childhood education and care. The following results are obtained: First, it is not easy for young children under three years old to use education and care institutes because of their preference for home care. Second, the mother's job status affects the child's use of child care centers and private institutes for education except for the using of early child education centers. Third, the affecting main factors for the use of child care centers are quite similar to critical factors for use of the private institute for education. Thus, young children using the private institute for education could be interpreted as coming from a low-income class compared with the children using the early child education centers.
