This study attempted to identify the ethical principles of nurses who realized care in the war field with a nurse's unique professional spirit, and to explore a more specialized and subdivided concept of ethical nursing in the future. War has occurred frequently in history, and the outcome has always been tragic. There are always different opinions about what it means to discuss the ethics of these wars. Despite these controversies, the ethics of nursing, which always takes care of the sick at the scene of war, is interpreted regardless of war. The ethical spirit of nursing is to respect life and take care of those who need help. Whether the person asking for help is a soldier or a civilian, it doesn't matter where it is or what the purpose of the war is. Nursing practiced nursing based on the principle of bioethics for all, even in war scenes where there was no ethical reference point. This study explains that it is necessary to inherit the spirit of nursing, which practiced ethical care even in such cruel scenes of the past, and to protect the ethical fundamental spirit of nursing even in the changing environment in the future society.

Background: Green tobacco sickness (GTS), an occupational disease in tobacco harvesters, is a form of acute nicotine intoxication by nicotine absorption through the skin from the wet green tobacco plant. We carried out a questionnaire survey and measured cotinine concentration, the metabolic product of nicotine, to determine the prevalence, incidence, and risk factors of GTS in Korean tobacco harvesters. Methods: We measured cotinine concentrations, and administered a questionnaire survey to tobacco harvesters in Cheongsong-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Korea. We repeatedly measured urine cotinine concentration five times with a questionnaire survey. Results: Cotinine concentration at dawn was significantly higher than that at other times; it was significantly lower during the nonharvesting period than during the harvesting period. However, little change in cotinine concentration was detected in the daytime during the harvesting period. Study participants included 20 men and 20 women. The prevalence of GTS was 37.5% and was significantly higher in women than in men (55.0% vs. 20.0%, p < 0.01). GTS incidence according to number of workdays was 3.4 occurrences/100 person days. Conclusion: In this study, nicotine exposure and metabolism were experimentally determined from the time of cotinine exposure, and biological monitoring was performed in each season. In the future, this information may be valuable for medical decision-making in GTS prevention.

본 연구는 에니어그램 기반 돌봄중재 프로그램에 참여한 간호대학생의 사람돌봄 경험의 의미와 본질을 확인하고자 수행되었다. 연구대상자는 일지역에 소재한 일개 대학교 간호학과 2학년에 재학중인 9명이었고, 자료수집은 면담기록, 진술, 성찰일지를 작성하여 2022년 4월 25일부터 8월 26일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 현상학적 방법을 선택하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, '나눔과 경청을 통한 알아봐줌', '위로와 용서를 통한 수용', '일상의 동참 및 동행을 통한 칭찬과 희망부여' 3개의 범주와 10개의 주제묶음으로 나타났다. 사람돌봄성찰일지를 작성하면서 비판적인 성찰을 통하여 돌봄의 의미를 깨달고 사람돌봄 경험의 본질을 파악하고 생생한 사람돌봄 경험을 확인하여 개인적인 경험과 느낌, 깊이 있는 이해에 대한 심층적인 성찰을 통해 사람돌봄 능력이 향상되고 돌봄을 내재화시켜 자신의 돌봄 능력에 대한 확신이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 그리하여 에니어그램을 기반한 사람돌봄 경험을 확인하고 그 결과를 학습으로 활용할 수 있으며 사람돌봄을 수행할 수 있는 교육자료로 활용되어 사람돌봄 교육의 발전에 기여할 것이라고 생각된다.

Meta-cognition is the knowledge and cognition of cognitive phenomena, including the control of ones own memory, comprehension, and thought processes. Meta-cognition is similar to self-awareness, which is the understanding of oneself, and affects people's attitudes and behaviors. This study demonstrated the mediating effect of meta-cognition between internal locus of control and self-efficacy. Internal locus of control refers to the steady faith that any outcome is related to one's own efforts. Self-efficacy is a collection of personal strong belief that one individual can achieve his or her own goals. In this study, if a person has a tendency to adopt an internal locus of control, meta-cognition is improved, and self-efficacy can in turn be increased if meta-cognition is improved. This study conducted an empirical analysis through questionnaires conducted on 260 university students. The results of the research demonstrated that there is a highly positive correlation between meta-cognition, control position, and self-efficacy. In addition, this study emphasized that positive meta-cognition with internal locus of control can lead to positive attitudes and behaviors, and positive results.

최근 발생하는 인터넷 상의 악성 행위는 많은 부분 악성 봇넷과 관련이 있다. DDoS 공격이나 스팸 발송, 악성코드 전파, 개인 정보 유출, 피싱 등 대부분의 악성 행위들이 봇넷에 의해 행해지고 있다. 이러한 봇넷을 탐지하고자 네트워크 단에서 악성 봇넷 탐지 시스템이 활발히 연구되고 있지만 특정한 프로토콜이나 행위, 공격을 수행하는 봇넷에만 적용 가능하다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 악성 봇넷을 탐지하기 위한 척도 선정에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 연구를 위해 악성 봇넷의 트래픽을 수집 및 분석하여 분석된 네트워크 트래픽의 특징에 기반 한 척도를 선정하였다. 본 연구를 통해 악성 봇넷을 탐지하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: The primary objective of this research is to propose answers of rider's accident of food retailer in South Korea, in view of business sustainability of food retailer and his precious fate of rider who is a father that has a responsibility to the family. Research design, data, and methodology: We investigated previous studies such as food retailer, delivery, delivery application of mobile, rider's accident and statistics of delivery business agency, motorcycle accident ratio, annual fatalist, and further we analyzed cases of rider's accidents. Results: Rider's accident on the road toward food retailer is serious risky factor to their business reputation, corporate image, because claim amount related to death and physical/mental disability can be heavily damaged to food retailer. The point when rider dies is that rider is a person responsible for supporting his/her family, that is, a life itself issue together with downfall of family. Conclusions: In view of growth of South Korean' delivery rider industry, the authors recommended that focus of stability and sustainablity of both food retailer and delivery rider should establish to executable and practical ideas such as rider's readiness, abandon of speed guarantee, duty of delivery app business and legal aids.

Purpose : This study aimed to clarify attributes, antecedents, and consequences of forensic nursing competency. Method : Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis was used to analyze twenty nine articles on forensic nursing based on a systematic review of theology, medicine, psychology, and nursing literature. Results : Forensic nursing competency consists of the following seven attributes: awareness of the medico-legal problem, multidisciplinary integrated knowledge, education and training in forensic science, professional career development, evidence based practice in forensic nursing, collaborative forensic nursing with community partner, safety and security effective communication, and supportive relationships. Finally, we could explain the consequences of forensic nursing competency on knowledge construction in nursing, enhancing professional nursing, and establishing a human rights and social justice based approach. The antecedents of forensic nursing competency were forensic science interest, forensic science experience, and nurses' view of person in forensic-works. Conclusion : Based on these results, we recommend the development of a Korean version of a scale to assess forensic nursing competency.

최근 컴퓨터의 보급과 정보사회의 발달로 인해 개인 신상 정보에 대한 관심이 증대되고, 이와 관련된 정책과 기술이 발전함에 따라서 개인 신상 정보를 보호하려는 시도가 다양하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터를 사용하면서, 개인의 중요한 자료나 신상정보 또는 회사의 기밀 내용을 다루는 기관 및 부서를 대상으로 중요한 자료와 신상정보 및 회사의 기밀을 보호하는 방안을 제안 하였다. 결과적으로 공공기관 또는 개인 컴퓨터 내에서 타인의 정보를 악의적으로 도용하거나 도취하는 것을 방지하고, 기관 내의 시스템들 사이에서 정보가 오가는 동안 중요한 자료와 신상 정보들의 노출을 1차적으로 막을 수 있다.

Seo Sang-cheon (1903-1950) was a sports leader and administrator who contributed greatly to the development of Korean sports after Japanese colonial era and liberation. And to us, he is known as the first person to introduce weightlifting to Korea. In this paper, through the main contents of the books of the 1930s related to this research topic, including the Modern Physical Fitness Promotion Act (1931) and the Modern Iron Stick Movement Act (1934), the main contents of Seo Sang-cheon's books related to physical training during this period, I would like to illuminate the characteristics such as infinite affirmation of the 'body training' and the exposure of disciplined upper body photographs in Seo Sang-cheon's writings related to physical training during this period. On the one hand, contrary to this, I tried to mention the regrets of his writings and political moves emphasizing the 'spirit' after the 1940s. We found that Seo Sang-cheon's early writings were focused on individual physical training, beyond the boundaries of nation and ethnicity. In contrast, his later writings reflect a shift towards thinking of personal physical training in alignment with the development of the state. We believe that this change in his writings demonstrates that Seo Sang-cheon's interests extended beyond physical education into political and social spheres, while also symbolizing a transformation in his perception of the body.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to provide basic data to aid in the effective adoption of the preceptor system for new paramedics by assessing the preceptor role awareness among senior 119 paramedics in the field. Methods: A questionnaire was administered to 182 senior paramedics who each had more than 3 years field experience. The questionnaire measuring preceptor role awareness was composed of 64 items with responses based on a 5 point Likert scale. Data were collected from July 31, 2018 to August 29, 2018, and were analyzed with IBM SPSS version 24.0. Results: The average score for preceptor role awareness was 3.87 (supervisor = 3.95, resource person = 3.88, role model = 3.85, and instruction designer = 3.81). There were significant differences in preceptor role awareness among the participants based on competence (p =.002) and clinical skill (p =.000). Also, there were high positive correlations between preceptor role awareness and its subdivision (p <.01). Conclusion: For effective operation of the preceptor system in the future, the preceptors' role as designers of instruction and role models should be enhanced, Also, future preceptors are very important in the improvement of competence and clinical skill in the preceptor system. Therefore, it is necessary to provide training that enables new preceptors to effectively adopt and operate the preceptor system.
