In this work, the effect of composite couplings and mass distributions on hub loads of a hingeless rotor in forward flight is investigated. 1'he hingeless composite rotor is idealized as a laminated thin-walled box-beam. The nonclassical effects such as transverse shear and torsion warping are considered in the structural formulation. The nonlinear differential equations of motion are obtained by applying Hamilton's principle. The blade responses and hub loads are calculated using a finite element formulation both in space and time. The aerodynamic forces acting on the blade are calculated using the quasi-steady strip theory. The theory includes the effects of reversed flow and compressibility The magnitude of elastic couplings obtained by MSC/NASTRAN is compared with the classical pitch-flap($\delta$$_{3}$) coupling. It is observed that the elastic couplings and mass distributions of the blade have a substantial effect on the behavior of $N_{b/}$rev hub loads. About 40% hub loads is reduced by tailoring or redistributing the structural properties of the blade.f the blade.

This study is to analyse the applicability of governing law in multi-party contractual relationship of letter of credit. And this study is also to suggest the limits of the possibility of applicable law in multi-party contract. The contract of letter of credit constitutes complex relationship, i.e., applicant -beneficiary, applicant-issuing bank, issuing bank-intermediary bank ect. The law applicable to letter of credit should not use a singular governing law in all credit transaction as sales contract. To solve these problems, the author analysed the law applicable to the credit under multi-party contractual relationship as follow : (1) the principle of party autonomy (2) In the absence of express agreement with regard to the law applicable to the contract, lex loci contractus, lex loci solutionis, the law intended by the parties, the law with which contract is most closely connected. Accordingly, when attempting to ascertain the law governing the credit, it should be borne in mind that the credit involves several contractual relationships. I would like to conclude as follows: 1. The contract between the applicant and the Issuing bank is to be governed by the law of the country where the contract is made, and in which the bank carries on business and has issued the credit. 2. When it comes to the beneficiary-Intermediary bank relationship the following rule is given : The liability of an intermediary bank to the seller is governed by the law the country where the intermediary bank is operating if it is acting as principal. If, however, it is acting as agent(advising bank), it will be the law of the country where his principal is situate. 3. The contract between the beneficiary and the Issuing bank is governed by the law of the country where the payment is to be performed. 4. The contract between the Issuing bank and Intermediary bank is governed by 1) the law of the issuing bank is applicable if the intermediary bank only advises the credit, 2) the law of the issuing bank is applicable but if the intermediary bank makes payment, accepts or negotiates drafts against the tender of the documents, i.e., act as the bank dffecting the payment., 3) the law of the confirming bank is applicable if the irrevocable letter of credit is confirmed by the intermediary bank

This thesis investigates the meaning of a performer's energy taking into an account of the full bodily engagement as the flow of energy and/or psychophysical readiness focusing specifically on the significance of qualitative bodily transformation. In this contemporary era, the dominance of performer training and its approaches to acting/training has very frequently meant that how to play a character in a textual based approach by emphasizing on interpreting and impersonating the role as real as possible. In this sense, as a performer trainer, from my observation and research findings shows that it is common for the term energy is not to be motivated by what a performer's body needs within a specific moment in specific performance which they are working on. To address the problematic issues, this thesis begins by interrogating the practical meaning of transformation with addressing the principle and process of movement by means of the flow of energy on stage. For a performer, inhabiting/integrating his/her body and mind as oneness and/or unity means s/he sincerely encounter, confront, and therefore listen to his/her body in here and now. Because since the performer's physical appearance completely defined his/her psychological state, no one can play either the past or the future in the moment. In this manner, an appropriate use of energy synonymous with the flow of energy correspondence with the given time and space in which the performer's body informs and initiates movement as necessary action. To be precise, the performer's bodily movement either visible or invisible in a sense of training and rehearsal is perceived as attaining or achieving psychophysical involvement as the full body engagement which enable to make the event happen in the right moment. Here, this thesis argues that the significance of a performer's inner intensity reminds us of the necessity of qualitative transformation on which the performer could discover his/her own mode of awareness as well as a way his/her body function in the given circumstance. From this point of view, this research finding would advocates that the performer's body maintains in the field of energy flow where his/her conscious effort and/or mindfulness disappear. The performer's movement is a manifestation of the whole bodily engagement by means of being as real in that moment rather than representing reality.
This study is about an observation, namely, the starting point of a role creation with playing a bridge role regarding the work of the role at the work with oneself in the actor training program of the stanislavsky school called the bible about the reenactment acting which is the most basic study of the performance, and in the circumstance of theatrical circles of Korea, which relatively have a lack of the research as mentioned earlier, it described the necessity, usefulness and types of the observation as well as methods of a stepwise observation. First of all, actors should capture observing targets suitable for a role in the play, and if the targets were captured, he needs to imitate and then learn it by using his own body In addition, it must go through the process of an extended application by an adjustment, an amplification, and the application depending on the circumstances of the role after understanding the principle of physical behavior. Also, in order to overcome the simple duplication of outward appearance, making it his own should be conducted through the process of learning it by body and identification by attempting empathy, and for become not the process of the observations which can be partially and fragmentarily finished but the whole acts handling the whole play, it requires the actors to continuously make efforts to create the role, designed to be appropriate for the role while comprehensively arranging each behavior of fragmented figures.

In this study, we developed a system that automatically removes the scale in the piping by using electrolysis principle in order to solve the cooling performance of the refrigeration and air conditioning system by acting as heat resistance in the heat transfer process by forming the scale in the heat exchanger for refrigeration air conditioning. We want to check the performance through experiments. Therefore, by circulating the treated water using the principle of electrolysis without stopping the system, Ca, Mg and $SiO_2$ are precipitated in the form of solids and discharged to the outside of the pipe system, thereby preventing scale formation in the pipe and removing the scale. Thereby maintaining the heat transfer performance of the pipe. As a result of the experiment, the heat transfer rate of the scaled pipe was 86.66% when the heat transfer rate of the new pipe was 100, and the heat transfer rate was recovered to 90.5% when the scaled pipe was operated for 1 month. The heat transfer rate recovered to 97.86% when driving for two months and to 98.72% for three months. It was confirmed that the scaling effect of the scale formed in the piping was understood in a relatively short experiment period, and the heat transfer performance was also influenced.
The main characteristic of 'Idea of Uimul(宜物思想)' lies in specifically laying down rules on the subject of thought, and creating correlated measures and ways based on those grounds. Thus, 'Ui(宜)' emphasizes the pertinence of the measures and ways. By making a detailed analysis, the importance of 'Mul(物)', the subject of thought, the perception of it, the human reaction to it, and the specific principle of the action, can be seen. Ancient Chinese considered Heaven and Earth the largest frame of perception, and perceived all things through it. Heaven and Earth was differentiated from 'Gi'(氣), and the Gi of Heaven and the Gi of Earth interacted with one another in endless motion. "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)" considered nature and all things in it through this ideology of 'Correspondence between Heaven and Humanity(天人相應)'. It considered humans to be born from the Gi of Heaven and Earth and to associate with one another under the influence of the Gi of Heaven and Earth. Therefore, in "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)", the ideology of 'Correspondence between Heaven and Humanity(天人相應)' is the fundamental frame of Idea of Uimul(宜物思想). On the other hand, the Ui(宜) in Idea of Uimul(宜物思想) indicates the pertinent measures and ways towards a subject, that is, humans acting appropriately according to the laws of Heaven and Earth inside the ideology of 'Correspondence between Heaven and Humanity(天人相應)'. Humans are affected by nature and adapt to it, but they also recognize the laws of nature and strive to wholly protect the human life by versatilely taking adequate measures against the numerous changes of nature.

This paper presents the second part of the modeling for the strap combined footings, this part shows a mathematical model for design of strap combined footings subject to axial load and moments in two directions to each column considering the soil real pressure acting on the contact surface of the footing for one and/or two property lines of sides opposite restricted, the pressure is presented in terms of an axial load, moment around the axis "X" and moment around the axis "Y" to each column, and the methodology is developed using the principle that the derived of the moment is the shear force. The first part shows the optimal contact surface for the strap combined footings to obtain the most economical dimensioning on the soil (optimal area). The classic model considers an axial load and a moment around the axis "X" (transverse axis) applied to each column, i.e., the resultant force from the applied loads is located on the axis "Y" (longitudinal axis), and its position must match with the geometric center of the footing, and when the axial load and moments in two directions are presented, the maximum pressure and uniform applied throughout the contact surface of the footing is considered the same. A numerical example is presented to obtain the design of strap combined footings subject to an axial load and moments in two directions applied to each column. The mathematical approach suggested in this paper produces results that have a tangible accuracy for all problems and it can also be used for rectangular and T-shaped combined footings.

In Germany has a long history of ecological restoration and restoration management. At the beginning of the 1990s, the "Erfolgskontrolle" was used as an evaluation program after the restoration project and many exchanges of views took place. It is the time, in Korea, there is a need for a comprehensive evaluation program after the restoration project, as there is no evaluation method yet. At this time it may be the "Erfolgskontrolle" in Germany as a practical model for the Korean restoration management program. The purpose of this study is to identify the concept and character of the "Erfolgskontrolle" and to demonstrate the implication and potential of application, through the analysis of the implementation example of the revaluation of river revitalization. To achieve the goal was carried out theoretical and 3 exemplary revitalization research cases. And it was endeavored to deliver the German way of acting and the basic idea to Korea. For the restoration, the "precautionary principle" should be considered first, the upper legal regulation should not be violated. In order to apply "Erfolgskontrolle" in practice, the goal formulation should be clear and systematically evaluated. And through the collection of typified cases, the comprehensive and unified theory should be established, it is possible, thus the qualitative assessment of the restoration project.
