The purpose of this study was to determine factors influencing family closeness in family with an elderly members. The study was conducted with 1,904 subjects during 3 months from 1st March to 30,May. 2006. The results were as follows. 1. Family closeness of subjects was significantly associated with age, sex, marital status, monthly allowance, education level, occupation, the number of family members living together, health state, stress, and emotional conflict with children. 2. Emotional conflict with children was significantly associated with age, sex, religion, the number of family members living together, occupation, health state, stress, family closeness. 3. Stress was significantly associated with age, sex, religion, the number of family members living together, occupation, stress, family closeness. Finaly, Family closeness in family with an elderly member was positively related to family type(living with a spouse), monthly allowance, occupation but negatively related to emotional conflict with children and stress levels. The government, social service units and experts need to pay more attention to factors influencing family closeness and devise effective policy and programs for healthier family relations.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the effect of family function and self-efficacy on suicidal ideation in university students. Method: The study was designed as a descriptive survey study. Data was collected using a structured questionnaire which included general characteristics, measures of family function, self-efficacy and suicidal ideation. Data collection was done between April 1 and April 30, 2009 with 569 university students. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. Result: The score of family function showed a significantly negative correlation with suicidal ideation. The score of self-efficacy also showed a significantly negative correlation with suicidal ideation. Family function in university students was significantly influenced by gender. Family cohesion was significantly influenced by religion. Self-efficacy in university students was significantly influenced by gender and age. Suicidal ideation was significantly influenced by religion. Conclusion: The findings suggest that family function and self-efficacy influence suicidal ideation. A strategy for improving family function and self-efficacy should be identified to decrease suicidal ideation.

The purpose of study is to study the influence of elderly's family harmony reflects on suicidal tendency among the mental health. The study was a survey of 323 elderly people aged 65 years or older in the elderly welfare center located in S city. The variables of this study consisted of the independent variable emotional intelligence, the dependent variable suicide tendency and the mediating effect family harmony. As a result of the study. In the mediating effect of family harmony on the influence of emotional intelligence on suicidal thoughts, it was found that emotional intelligence had a positive (+) effect on family harmony (t=9.389, p<0.001), and emotional intelligence was related to suicidal thought It was found to have a negative (-) effect (t=-7.358, p<0.001). The mediating effect, family harmony, had negative (-) influence on suicidal thoughts (t=-3.956, p<0.001), and emotional intelligence also showed that suicidal thoughts had negative (-) influence (t=-4.828, p<0.001). In Conclusions, it was found that family harmony had a partial mediating effect on the influence of emotional intelligence on suicidal thoughts. Emotional intelligence, which can accept one's own emotions and feel the emotions of others in the position of others, is an important variable for family harmony.

Consider the problem of estimating an arbitrary continuous vector function under a weighted quadratic loss in the multiparameter exponential family with the density of the natural form. We first provide, using Blyth's (1951) method, a set of sufficient conditions for the admisibility of (possibly generalized Bayes) estimators and then treat some examples for normal, Poisson, and gamma distributions as applications of the main result.

A talented person in a knowledge based society is the person who has ability to create intellectual property value. This intellectual property comes from invention. According to several researches, invention and creativity have a strong correlation. And a manifestation of creativity is related to family background and parenting styles of a student. This narrative research is to understand creativity factor, family background and parenting styles of five foreign inventors in elementary textbooks. As a result of study, all of the inventors had intellectual curiosity, originality and sophistication. And despite economically difficult environment, they grew up in houses where gives an educational opportunity and their relationships with family members were good. Also at least one of their parents supported their decision and they participated in the education for their children.

A cDNA encoding the defensin homologue of a novel family member was isolated from the cDNA library of the firefly,Pyrocoelia rufa. Sequence analysis of the cDNA encoding the defensin homologue of P. rufa resulted that the 165 bp cDHA has an open reading frame of 55 amino acid residues. The deduced amino acid sequences of the defensin homologue gene from P. rufa showed identity to known mammalian defensins. Also 6 cystein residues in the P. rufa defensin homologue gene were conserved in the same position as those of known mammalian defensins. The result suggested that P. rufa defensin homologue is a novel member of the insect defensin family. Southern blot analysis suggests that there may be a single copy number of the P.rufa defensin homologue gene and their fat body-specific expression pattern at the transcriptional level was confirmed by Northern blot analysis.

Purpose - This research analyzes the effects of Korean family ownership characteristics on firm value. The positive and negative effects of family ownership on Korean firm value were analyzed. If negative effects are evident, this research explores the factors that cause a decrease in firm value. Research design, data, and methodology - The study examined a total of 5,743 companies listed on the Korea Exchange from the period 2002 to 2012 using a panel data regression analysis. Result - An empirical analysis suggests that Korean family ownership diminishes firm value. Korean family firm value has been reduced when controlling shareholders are participated in management and pursue excessive wages, or make the management entrenchment effects associated with ownership-control disparity. When the controlling shareholders of family firms have increasing control rights over the shareholders' general meeting and the directors' board, the agency costs associated with seeking increasing executive wages or private benefits reduce firm value. Conclusions - This study has significance because it reveals the negative effect of family ownership in Korea on firm value. These negative effects can be the result of agency problems from controlling family shareholders seeking excessive wages or ownership-control disparity.

Cyclosophoraoses are a class of unbranced cyclic-(1longrightarrow2)-${\beta}$-D-glucans found in the Rhizobium species. Their unique cyclic structures and high solubility make them potent for inclusion complexation as a host for an insoluble guest molecule. A family of neutral cyclosophoraoses (DP 17-27) isolated from Rhizobium meliloti 2011 was used as a host for inclusion complexation with an insoluble guest drug, indomethacin. A high performance liquid chromatographic analysis indicated that the inclusion complexation of cyclosophoraoses greatly ehanced the solubility of indomethacin compared with ${\beta}$-cyclodextrin. The estimated value of the association constant of the complex in water for $\beta$-cyclodextrin and cyclosophoraoses was $523M^{-1} and 17,570M^{-1}$, respectively. NMR spectroscopy showed that the inclusion complex was characterized by the interaction of the indole ring moiety of indomethacin with the cavity of cyclosophoraoses.

The purposes of this study are to analyze the effect of consumption of environment-friendly agricultural products (EFAP) on improvement of family health, and to suggest directions for improvement of family health. A survey was conducted for qualitative analysis regarding relationship between EFAP consumption and family health. The method of his study was employed Cross-tabulation and an Ordinal Logistic Regression Model to derive more significant results in analyzing factors of improvement of family health. The result shows that improvement of health has a significant positive relationship with consumption of EFAP. In addition, those consumers with high reliability and quality contentment are more likely to experience improvement of health. As consumers constantly eat EFAP, they are more likely to experience improvement of health. In order to provide consumer reliability of EFAP, more strict certification management system with sound monitoring and an appropriate penalty for violation should be established.

The Main-belt asteroid (298) Baptistina (hereafter 'Baptistina') is regarded as an X- (or C-) type asteroid and the largest member of the Baptistina asteroid family. Its basic physical properties play an important role in understanding the rotational evolution and orbital dynamics of the Baptistina family. In this study, we determined the physical characteristics of Baptistina from the optical observations. We conducted BVRI and R band photometric observations from 2017 to 2021 for a total of 47 nights using the 0.5 - 2.0 m-class telescopes. As a result, the color indices of Baptistina were derived as, , and ; this result is consistent with the previous classification of Baptistina as an X- (or C-) type. We also determined absolute magnitude () and slope parameter () by using a simplified version of the IAU H & G function (Bowell et al. 1989) are mag and respectively. We calculated the effective radius of Baptistina of km considering the visual geometric albedo of 0.131 from the NEOWISE data. Using the light-curve inversion method, the sidereal rotation period of 16.224235 h and the 3D shape model with a pole orientation (,) were also determined. In this presentation we will introduce our observations and results, and also discuss about the physical properties of Baptistina asteroid family members such as color indices.
