In modern manufacturing practice it is sometimes necessary to send products to another country for special processing which cannot be performed inside the territory of the zone and Outward Processing(OP) covers such situation. What's more, process and Rules of Origin(RoO) of OP is implicated in Korea' Free Trade Agreement(Korea-Singapore, Korea-EFTA and Korea-Asean FTA) because of the goods to be producted in Kaesong Industrial Complex. Thus, In this paper analyse a implication of OP's process and RoO focused on the two fold : (1) provide an overview of the objectives, types, effects of Outward Processing described in customs law and FTA provisions of EU and Korea; (2) present a comparative analysis of EU and Korean rules; (3) offer an appropriate proposal to Korea-EU FTA negotiation.

Shelter system is applying to weapon systems as usage of performing specific mission with arranging several electronic equipments and operators. Recently the electronic equipments is changing from development products to COTS(Commecial on-the-shelf) for demonstrating high performance at low cost. As internal operators of shelter system conduct several missions for specific or long time in this the present situation, One of the most important element considering the best combat power is internal noise level. Therefore, I desire to analyze the features and foresee muliple noise level with test for conforming whether requirements of design is met or not in this research paper.

VoIP technology is a technology for exchanging voice or video data through IP network. Various protocols are used for this technique, in particular, RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol) protocol is used to exchange voice data. In recent years, with the development of communication technology, there has been an increasing tendency of services such as "Kakao Voice Talk" to exchange voice and video data through IP network. Most of these services provide a service with security guarantee by a user authentication process and an encryption process. However, RTP protocol does not require encryption when transmitting data. Therefore, there is an exposition risk in the voice data using RTP protocol. We will present the risk of the situation where packets are sniffed in VoIP(Voice over IP) communication using RTP protocol. To this end, we configured a VoIP telephone network, applied our own sniffing tool, and analyzed the sniffed packets to show the risk that users' data could be exposed unprotected.

The purpose of this study was to make basic data for the activation of saenghwal Hanbok industry through the survey on the present condition of saenghwal Hanbok works. Data were collected and analyzed from 124 works. The results were as follows: (1) Most works was small scale. Most works solo it 5,000,000 won and less per month, and was 20 pyung and less. (2) In 75 works the material used saenghwal Hanbok was cotton and hemp cloth, and in 53 worked. (3) Most works varied in design and materials mainly, preserved the traditional line, and preferred the active and practical design. (4) Saenghwal Hanbok wore it for plain clothes in the thirties and forties.

Even in the present situation where any general criterion on CRM dose not exist, utilization of CRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems. In this regard, evaluating CRM counts. As the result, projects are being suspended and budgets cut, plans for introducing CRM suspended or cancelled and many CRM software vendors and technical consulting firms are facing serious management crisis. Yet, this phenomenon can be regarded as an interim one. In fact, some cases that successfully introduced CRM show that CRM is migrating from small scale which is typical when introduced to larger scale through various tests. Therefore, this study tries to segment customer for the sloving the problem. And it make efficient customer management. Using this model, SN ratio of taguchi method for each of subjective factors as well as values of weights are used in this comprehensive method for customer. A example is presented to illustrate the model and to show a rank reversal when compared to a model that does not eliminate extreme values and eliminates the highest and lowest experts' values allocating the weights and the subjective factors.

Leak would happen because of the damage of high temperature and high-pressure valve in nuclear power plant. condition based prevention maintenance is essential by using the suitable method based on local condition. Energy loss prevention can prevent from an accurate test, Local actually and ability. The methods of test for high energy fluid leak at present are analysis of ${\Delta}T$, AE(Acoustic Emission) analysis, and thermal image. The result for test of secondary system in nuclear power plant Unit reveals that the AE occurred clearly in leakage situation, but thermal image didn't occur. It is identified that leak is occurred when the orifice located front and back of valve operates. It shows that making a impatient judgment by using the single method if it is leakage is containing uncertainty. So we think that using the Multi-Measuring method is more sound judgment than single-measuring method.

At present. distance relay and ${\Delta}I$ current increment relay are used as primary and secondary protection in the AC feeder system. However. electric railway vehicles according to power electronic's development had developed resistance control, thyristor phase control and PWM control system. and operation of train is increasing in a feeder section. Therefore this paper analyzes the load characteristics and situation of relay's maloperation caused by load current increase, harmonics, regenerative braking current and operation of the different vehicles in same feeder section. Based on this analysis. this paper proposes consideration items for relay correction and advanced adaptive relay that can change operation area according to load current.

In this paper we present a review of school information education about technical high school in domestic. The review is based on an extensive research in the practical literature. Business of various forms such as industry, education, and medium is appearing by supply of Internet of all the world. The Information Technology market is developing by leaps and bounds among them, but suitable school information education disgrace and improvement plan were not readied in domestic Information Technology and communication situation. Therefore, this paper?wishes to satisfy purpose by school information education improvement plan and manpower practical conditions about ERP education. So that, is used to accelerate medium and small enterprises information through qualitative, quantitative valuation of medium and small enterprises information manpower supply and demand as well as domestic school information.
