Development of All-in-one Collar Shirt's Pattern for Males

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to develop an all- in-one collar shirt with excellent appearance which is well suited to the body shape of the male adults. Background: As men's casual wear has recently become more casual and the number of cool biz wearing in the summer has increased, a variety of shirt colors have been preferred in addition to shirt collar. However, studies on the design and pattern development of men's casual shirt collars are very rare. So we have identified the necessity of various development and research of men's shirts. Method: We collected 8 all-in-one collar patterns for shirts from professional pattern books and men's shirt brands. Also, based on anthropometric data from the 6th Size Korea, we selected 5 subjects with measurements similar to the average adult men, manufactured shirts based on them and conducted a wearing test by 5 experts. Results: After selecting shirts with good fit and appearance, we developed a prototype of all-in-one collar. As for front appearance evaluation, E1 pattern had the most outstanding shape and size, and C1 pattern had the most natural creases and front adjustment curves. As for side appearance evaluation, C1 had the highest overall scores, and E1 pattern on outer line. As for back appearance evaluation, C1 pattern had the highest score. Conclusion: We suggested new all-in-one collar and shirt patterns. In addition, the prototype of the all-in-one collar shirt design was presented by reflecting results of the wearing test and preference survey. Application: The shirt's design and patterns could be manufactured using the developed patterns. It will fit well with the body shape of adult males and will be highly satisfied by them.

대량맞춤 생산체계를 위한 체형별 남성 드레스셔츠 패턴연구 (A Study on a Men's Dress Shirt Pattern by Somatotype for Mass Customization System)

  • The purpose of this study is a men's dress shirt pattern by somatotype for mass customization system that is rising to the surface as a new production system. Subjects were 65 men aged from 25 to 44 for making research pattern and 9 men for wearing test. The dress shirt went through the secondary wearing test and sensory evaluation to verify the propriety of the research pattern. The results were as follows: For making research dress shirts pattern used the body parts size that were height, the circumference of the neck, the chest circumference, the length between biacromion, the arms length, and the waist circumference. The waist back length, the waist to hip length and the pattern length of were set by the calculation formula based on the height. The ease of 16cm for the chest circumference and A type had the ease of 10cm for the waist circumference, Y type had the ease of 8cm and B type had 12cm. Through the wearing test, the research pattern showed significant difference from the comparative patterns so additional two items of the length between biacromion and waist circumference were added to the items used in the comparative patterns through which satisfactory results were obtained. In the secondary wearing test for the dress shirt, all the items, except for the front centerline, were evaluated excellent. As a result of evaluating by the figure type, the normal type was evaluated best in all the items.

비만체형을 위한 바지원형 연구 -학령기 남아를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Pants Pattern For the Fatty Body -The Subject of Elementary Schoolboys)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the pattern drafting method which would be suitable for their physical characteristics for the fatty body of Korean elementary school boys who re more than 1.5 Rhrer's Index. The procedures of the study were as follows : We have surveyed the rate of fatty children who were more than 1.5 Rhrer's Index on 2, 185's and elementary school children. The result of research showed the rate of fatty boys in 9-11 years-old were the highest one. Therefore, body measurement and statistical analysis. 203's boys between the ages of 9-11 and over 1.5Rhrer's Index were measured on 25 items. Descriptives, correlation and factor analysis were computed. Fatty boys higher than standard boys, and bigger than grith and width items. 4 type of conventional pants pattern were collected . The most accepted conventional pants pattern was decided through wearing test. The new pattern was based on the most accepted conventional pattern, and developed through wearing test. After new pattern drafting , the sensory evaluation for appearance and comfort was applied to evaluate the new pattern by comparing it with the conventional pattern. The result of sensory evaluation , it was found that the new pattern was more suitable then the conventional pattern.

  • A concrete disign of memory circuit is presented aiming at the application of sliding diagonal test patterns. A modification of sliding diagonal test pattern includes the complexity reduction from O(n$^{32}$) to O(n) using parallel test memory concept. The control circuit design was based on delay-element, and verified via logic and circuit simulation. Area overhead was evaluated based on physical layout using a 0.7 micron design rule resulting in about 1% area increase for a typical 16Mbit DRAM.

고집적 메모리에서 BLSFs(Bit-Line Sensitive Faults)를 위한 새로운 테스트 알고리즘 (A New Test Algorithm for Bit-Line Sensitive Faults in High-Density Memories)

  • 메모리의 집적도가 올라갈수록 원치 않는 셀간의 간섭과 동시에 bit-line간의 상호 노이즈도 증가하게 된다. 그리고 높은 고장 검출율을 요구하는 고집적 메모리의 테스트는 많은 테스트 백터를 요구하게 되거나 비교적 큰 추가 테스트 회로를 요구하게 된다. 지금까지 기존의 테스트 알고리즘은 이웃 bit-line의 간섭이 아니라 이웃 셀에 중점을 두었다. 본 논문에서는 NPSFs(Neighborhood Pattern Sensitive Faults)를 기본으로 한 NBLSFs(Neighborhood Bit-Line Sensitive Faults)를 위한 새로운 테스터 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 알고리즘은 부가 회로를 요구하지 않는다. 메모리 테스트를 위해 기존의 5개의 셀 레이아웃이나 9개의 셀 레이아웃을 사용하지 않고 NBLSF 검출에 최소한 크기인 3개의 셀 레이아웃을 이용하였다. 더구나 이웃 bit-line에 의한 최대의 상호잡음을 고려하기 위해 테스트 동작에 refresh 동작을 추가하였다(예 $write{\rightarrow}\;refresh{\rightarrow}\;read$). 또한 고착고장, 천이고장, 결합고장, 기존의 pattern sensitive 고장, 그리고 이웃 bit-line sensitive 고장 등도 검출될 수 있음을 보여준다.

  • 조합형 회로에 대한 테스트 패턴 생성의 문제는 거의 만족할 만한 수준에 도달한데 반해 순차형 회로에 대한 테스트 패턴 생성은 여전히 많은 연구를 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 검사 패턴 생성을 위하여 검사 패턴 생성 과정에서 탐색되어지는 상태 공간 정보의 효율적으로 저장하고, 그렇게 저장된 상태 공간 정보를 이용하여 효율적으로 검사패턴을 생성하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 그리고 제안된 알고리즘과 기존의 결정적 검사 패턴 생성 알고리즘을 실험을 통하여 비교함으로써 제안된 알고리즘의 효율성을 검증한다.

  • In order for Hypoid gear development. Gears are required to sustain heavy loads or on applications where the gear box is made or a material with a different coefficient of thermal expansion form that or the gears and shafts, it is desirable to make a deflection and contact check under load. The deflection test is performed in the actual gear mounting using completely processed gear. This test should cover the full operating range of gear loads from no load to peak load. Under peak load the contact pattern should extend to the tooth boundaries without showing a concentration of the contact pattern at any point on the tooth surface.

시스템 진단을 위한 실장 MUX의 검사패턴 생성 알고리즘 (The Test Pattern Generation Algorithm of Embedded MUX for the System Diagnosis.)

  • In this paper, we propose the test pattern generation algorithm of the embedded faulty MUX for the prevention of misdiagnosis of digital systems. When the system is partitioned with a large number of functional blocks, if the faults are exsisted in a embedded MUX then it can not diagnose the wanted observation of functional block. The proposed test pattern generstion algorithm can apply the MUXs that designd 2-level and multi-level both. Fault coverage becomes 100% and so it is no necessary of the additional fault simulation and the proposed algorithm that have the regulary and easily generated 2d test patterns. And we confirmed that the reduction of test cost becomes 85%, compared with the conventional segmentation testing scheme.

경사각 이상유동양식 천이에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental study on flow pattern transitions for inclined two-phase flow)

  • In this paper, experimental data on flow pattern transition of inclination angles from 0-90 are presented. A test section is constructed 2 mm long and I.D 1inch using transparent material. The test section is supported by aluminum frame that can be placed with any arbitrary inclined angles. The air-water two-phase flow is observed at room temperature and atmospheric condition using both high speed camera and void impedance meter. The signal is sampled with sampling rate 1kHz and is analyzed under fully-developed condition. Based on experimental data, flow pattern maps are made for various inclination angles. As increasing the inclination angels from 0 to 90, the flow pattern transitions on the plane jg-jf are changed, such as stratified flow to plug flow or slug flow or plug flow to bubbly flow. The transition lines between pattern regimes are moved or sometimes disappeared due to its inclined angle.

국내외 여성복 원형의 치수 적합성 평가 (A Comparative Research on the fitness test of the Basic Bodice Patterns for Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the fitness according to drafting method of the block patterns for women in Korea. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. According to each sensory test of the frontal view, back view, side view and silhouette Block Pattern I is the best of them in summation of the sensory tests score. Block, Pattern D and I have good shape too. However the best block Pattern D shows good score in evaluation of overall fitness and silhouette. 2. Most of block patterns, which show high scores in sensory tests, are the Compromise Method taking merits of the Proportional Method and Short Measure Method among the Pattern Drafting Methods. Box-shape patterns show low score in the sensory tests. 3. Regarding to the number of measurement, the patterns of the Compromise Method using 6-8 measurements seem to be optimal. In degree of fitness, loose fit type basic patterns are better than other patterns from a viewpoint of the total satisfaction.
