본 연구가 갖는 중요성은 두 가지로 요약된다. 첫째는 질의 확장 검색 방법으로 사전에서 나타나는 용어를 질의의 추가용어로 채택하는 것이다. 이 방법은 기존의 피드백 확정 방법이 갖는 2차적 검색 과정을 줄인다. 둘째는 초기 질의어와 추가용어 사이에 가중치를 달리 적용하여 재현율과 정확률을 동시에 높일 수 있는 최적의 모델을 제시하였다. 이렇게 함으로써 정보 검색의 성능을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제시하고 있다.

This work derives a generalized time fractional differential equation governing wave propagation in a radially vibrating non-classical cylindrical medium. The cylinder is made of a transversely isotropic hyperelastic John's material which obeys frequency-dependent power law attenuation. Employing the definition of the conformable fractional derivative, the solution of the obtained generalized time fractional wave equation is expressed in terms of product of Bessel functions in spatial and temporal variables; and the resulting wave is characterized by the presence of peakons, the appearance of which fade in density as the order of fractional derivative approaches 2. It is obtained that the transversely isotropic structure of the material of the cylinder increases the wave speed and introduces an additional term in the wave equation. Further, it is observed that the law relating the non-zero components of the Cauchy stress tensor in the cylinder under consideration generalizes the hypothesis of plane strain in classical elasticity theory. This study reinforces the view that fractional derivative is suitable for modeling anomalous wave propagation in media.

In this paper, we proposed an optimal identification method of the membership functions and the numbers of fuzzy rule base for the stabilization controller of the Thermal process control system by RVEGA. Although fuzzy logic controllers and expert systems have been successfully applied in many complex industrial process, they must rely on experts knowledges. So it is difficult in determination of the linguistic state space, definition of the membership functions of each linguistic term and the derivation of the control rules. To verify the validity of this RVEGA-based fuzzy controller, Thermal process control system, with strong nonlinear dynamics, was selected for application of this algorithm and compare with PI controller, and the empirically improved fuzzy controller.

The paper will outline how hazard identification and risk evaluation can effectively be performed to obtain Tolerable Hazard Rates (THR). As a target group manufacturers are addressed, who face the situation, that for a generic application THRs are needed for compliance with EN 50129 [1]. Focusing on functional hazards this paper shows a possible hazard log and the relevant analysis methods. The terms safety barrier and barrier function will be introduced and used instead of the term "safety function". As functional hazards and barrier functions depend on each other, emphasis will be put on a comprehensive and detailed definition of barrier functions and the usage of function lists. By using detailed and complete hazard and barrier function definitions THRs can be obtained while at the same time the approach becomes clear how the hazard rates (HR) will be established.

본 연구는 텍스트 코퍼스로부터 용어의 정의를 자동으로 추출하여 용어의 자동 추출기술과 통합하여 다목적의 용어뱅크를 구축하기 위한 목적으로부터 출발하였다. 지식정보의 확산에 따라 기존 전문분야 용어집에 수록되지 알은 용어의 수는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 기존의 용어집 혹은 용어사전의 디지털화만으로는 새로운 전문용어의 포괄성에서 한계가 있는 것이다. 정보의 획득이라는 면에서 보면 이러한 한계를 극복하고 모든 용어에 대해서 즉시적으로 용어의 정의를 제공받는 것이 바람직하다. 자동으로 구축된 용어집의 응용은 여러 가지로 기대된다. 새로운 용어에 대한 의미 파악을 위해서는 물론, 확장된 전문용어집의 작성이나 전문분야 온톨로지의 구축 등에도 이용될 수 있다.

A number of efforts had been sought to instrument bridges for the purpose of structural monitoring and assessment. The outcome of these efforts, as gauged by advances in the understanding of the definition of structural damage and their role in sensor selection as well as in the design of cost and data-effective monitoring systems, has itself been difficult to assess. The authors' experience with the design, calibration, and operation of a monitoring system for the Kishwaukee Bridge in Illinois has provided several lessons that bear upon these concerns. The systems have performed well in providing a continuous, low-cost monitoring platform for bridge engineers with immediate relevant information.

The concept of "ubiquitous" has become the top issue of the 21st century communications field within the past years. u-City has become the new city paradigm with the convergence of city planning and ubiquitous communication technologies and services. Starting from 2004, KT has collaborated with the Korean government to develop comfortable, convenient, pleasant, safe, and healthy IT technology based u-City focusing on; balanced development, value creation, and improved standard of living within the region. Presently the term, "hazard mitigation services" lacks a clear definition due to its varying applications by different local agencies and has caused confusion. Therefore, this report will clarify and define u-City hazard mitigation services currently proposed to the local agencies as well as services currently in effect. Additionally, the report will introduce hazard mitigation service models feasible by KT.

Fatigue is a universally common word. The subject has been studied in different disciplines, but the basic concept of the term still remains unidentified. It becomes especially important for the medical communications between nurses and clients. Based on the framework outlined by Walker and Avant (1995), this analysis attempts to clarify and examine the symptoms of fatigue. The attributes of fatigue identified in this paper were exhaustion, weighted psychological burden, shortage in capacity or lack of energy, shortage incapacity(motivation and excitement), and imbalance of energy. Therefore, the definition of fatigue refers to a subjective feeling from various internal or external stresses. The consequences of fatigue bring reduced capacity and imbalance of energy. The symptoms show a homeostatic disability or shortage of capacity (physical, psychological, environmental and physiological factors). A precise understanding of "fatigue" will be utilized in defining the causes and measuring outcomes. Also, it will enhance the effective medical communications with client s and nurses. In conclusion, more work is needed to develop objective measurement and effect ivenursing intervention.

Construction industry is one of the most significant sector in national economic, but the portion of construction has been falling regularly with the regional development. In spite of decrease in economic portion, role of construction industry does not changed irrespective of development, as the foundation of development. To distinguish each state of the maturity, countries are grouped on GDP per capita, than compared with variance of GVA in construction and GFCF per GDP as level of construction industry. GVAc% and GFCF% shows corn-shaped plotting in increase of GDP per capita, and each value converge to around 20% and 5% as GDP per capita increase. The definition of maturity is consist of 4 stages; pre-developing, ascending, stabilization, and maturement. Maturity of construction industry is a term of broad sense of construction industry that is easily to figure current state of regional construction and shows what normal condition of construction is in regional economy.
