기업의 경영전략 및 혁신활동과 경영성과와의 관계성 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between the Management Strategies, Innovation Activities, and Business Performance of a Company)

  • 본 연구는 일반적인 중기업과 소기업을 통하여 경영전략과 혁신활동을 통해 궁극적으로 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 통합적인 인과관계를 실증적으로 분석하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 본 연구 대상은 서울 경기지역 소재의 중소기업에 재직중인 종사자를 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 최종적으로 총 328부가 분석에 사용 되었다. 연구가설을 위한 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS Statistics 22.0과 AMOS 22.0 통계프로그램을 사용하였으며, 가설검증을 위한 분석방법으로 구조방정식 모형을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 첫째, 경영전략 요인과 혁신활동, 경영성과의 상관관계 분석 결과 혁신활동과 상관이 높은 요인으로는 기술차별화 전략, 마케팅차별화 전략, 원가주도 전략으로 나타났으며, 경영성과와 상관이 높은 요인으로는 마케팅차별화 전략, 기술차별화 전략, 원가주도 전략으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신활동에 영향을 미치는 경영전략 요인으로 마케팅 차별화 전략, 기술차별화 전략, 원가주도 전략의 순으로 나타났으며, 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 마케팅차별화 전략과 원가주도 전략만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경영성과에 기술차별화 전략이 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었으나, 기술차별화 전략과 경영성과의 관계에서 혁신활동이 완전매개하는 효과가 있음을 밝혀내었다. 본 연구에서 이러한 결과들을 종합하면 기업의 혁신활동이 마케팅차별화와 기술차별화 전략으로 연계되어야만 경영성과에 기여할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다고 볼 수 있다. 최근 중소기업들은 경영환경의 악화로 스스로의 핵심역량으로는 기술혁신, 생산혁신, 경영전반의 혁신을 꾀하기 어렵다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 중소기업의 경영전략은 혁신 활동을 통해 경영성과를 창출할 수 있다는 것이 확인되었다.

  • Indonesia has policies and strategies for the management of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel that arises from the use of nuclear research and development facilities, including three research reactors, and the use of radioisotopes in medicine and industries. The Indonesian government has provided extensive facilities such as an independent regulatory organization (BAPETEN) and a centralized radioactive waste management organization (CRWT-BATAN). Further, the presence of regulations and several international conventions guarantee the protection of the public from all risks due to handling radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel. However, the sustainability of radioactive waste management in the future faces various challenges, such as disposal issues related to not only to site selection but also financing of radioactive waste management. Likewise, the problem of transportation persists; as an archipelago country, Indonesia still struggles to manage the infrastructure required for the transport of radioactive materials. The waste from the production of the radioisotopes, especially from the production of 99Mo, requires special attention because BATAN has never handled it. Indonesia should also resolve the management of NORM from various activities. In Indonesia, the definition of radioactive waste does not include NORM. Therefore, the management of this waste needs revision and improvement on the regulations, infrastructure, and technology.

  • BIM could be used for integrating project information through life cycle of building facilities. Also it could improve the accuracy and work efficiency through data interoperability with other disciplines. However, these benefits from adopting BIM could not be attained easily in real project cases. In order to make the most use of BIM and get the maximum benefits from it, the environments such as standards, guidelines and the related technologies are also could be supported. Therefore many countries are developing or already developed the technology roadmap for BIM. In this study, we tried to analyze the BIM technology status and develop the strategy for improve usability of BIM in Korea.

Influencing Variables and Keywords of Technology Strategy for Modernized Hanok Research

  • As eco-friendly and sustainable architecture is becoming more popular, the interest in Korean traditional wooden buildings (Hanok) has also been increasing. The building technologies of the wooden construction have been actively developed in all over the world through the diversification of new materials and construction methods. On the other hand, the growth rate of wooden construction market is still slow in Korea. In an attempt to promote the Korean traditional wooden buildings, a comprehensive research project has been conducted. This R&D project is developing standard designs, new materials, and methods for modernized Hanok including houses, public buildings, long-span structures, and even high-rise buildings. To this end, the purpose of this study is to formulate a technological strategy for popularization of modernized Hanok. Influencing variables and issues are analyzed and defined first. At the same time, the five keywords have examined in the perspective of dissemination of modernized Hanok technology. Finally, a technology road map for strategic development of modernized Hanok is proposed through casual diagrams.

  • As a hospital environment is reconstructed from supplier-centered values to consumer-centered ones for the existence in the rapidly changing medical market, it can be said that not only must old slogans such as unconditional restructuring, remodelling, etc. be reconsidered, but a new strategy for the development and renovation of a hospital must be urgently required. Accordingly, development of customer-oriented practical strategies is needed and it appears possible to develop marketing and manage contacts, as a practical management strategy, for raising satisfaction of internal and external customers. The ultimate goal of such strategy development may be to ensure consistent potential development by maintenance of existing customers and securing new customers through a strategy of satisfying both existing and new customers. It appears that the competition in the medial will be keener in the future by human resources, members of an organization, Under these circumstances, and in relation to appearance of a new type of occupation of a coordinator, if a hospital could offer appropriate service which can meet the demand of the customers by efficiently utilizing the limited resources through efficient management of contacts between the customers and personnel, the competitive power of a hospital would be much stronger. Therefore, it is necessary to seek customer-impressing management by utilizing a coordinator as a more specialized intermediary as well as many-sided contact management through positive introduction of an expert coordinator system for internal and external customer contact management. It is expected that a hospital can secure a competitive advantage in the market through strategy development supported by an expert coordinator and increasing competitive power by means of practice of a developed creative strategy.

이동 통신에서 호 수신 확률에 근거한 위치 관리 기법의 분석 (The Analysis of the Location Management Strategy Based on the Call Arrival Probability(CAP) in Mobile Communication)

  • 증가하는 이동 통신망 가입자를 수용하기 위한 셀 크기의 소형화는 잦은 위치 갱신을 유발시켜 위치 관리 비용의 증가를 가져왔다. 본 논문에서는 [l]에서 향후과제로 남겨두었던 호 수신 확률에 근거한 위치 관리 기법의 비용을 분석하여 제안된 기법이 기존의 방식(IS-41)보다 위치 관리 비용을 줄일. 수 있음을 증명하였다. 그리고 분석에 의해 계산된 위치 관리 비용을 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교해 보았다. 그 결과, 제안된 기법은 단말의 호 도착률이 낮은 경우, 위치 갱신을 생략하는데서 얻어지는 비용의 감소로 기존의 위치 관리 기법보다 전체 위치 관리 비용을 줄일 수 있으며, 호 도착률이 높아지더라도 위치 관리 비용이 기존 방식의 위치 관리 비용을 초과하지 않음을 보였다.

  • 최근 경영환경의 불확실성이 커짐에 따라 신규사업 분야 진출, 해외시장 개척 등에 따른 전략 수행상의 리스크, IT 관련 리스크 등 운영상의 리스크가 점점 커지고 있으며, 이러한 리스크의 범주도 확대되고 있다. 최근에 리스크에 대한 개념은 기업의 목적(objectives) 달성에 장애가 되는 요소는 모두 리스크의 범주에 포함시키고 있다. 좀 더 세부적으로 살펴보면 기업을 구성하고 있는 기능, 프로세스의 목적을 정의하고 목적달성에 장애가 되는 요인은 모두 리스크로 정의하고 있는 차원에서 본 논문은 우리나라 기업의 효율적인 리스크관리 방안을 살펴보는 것이다.

6시그마 DMADOV 방법론을 이용한 정보화 전략계획수립 (Information Strategy Planning based on Six-Sigma DMADOV Methodology)

  • Information strategy planning (ISP) pursues alignment of business strategy and IT (Information Technology) strategy as well as derivation of feasible and valuable IT projects. However, conventional ISP methodology hardly obtains the objectives because of its intrinsic shortcomings. Diverse ways are proposed for the improvement of the conventional methodology including, for example, combination of EA (Enterprise Architecture) with ISP. Meanwhile, six-sigma methodology which is characterized by quantification, scientific and systematic approach, customer orientation, process orientation has been gaining considerable attention and extending its application scope continuously. In this paper, an innovative ISP methodology is proposed by decomposing activities, methods, and tasks from conventional ISP process and reorganizing them into DMADOV six-sigma framework. In addition, the usefulness and applicability of the newly proposed methodology are provided using an electronics company example. The methodology enhance the possibility of producing future oriented and beneficial IT projects by associating IT strategy and the projects in the form of quantified causal relationship. Besides, it can also increase the objectivity of IT vision and strategy.

제품구조와 생산기술간의 적합성에 관한 실증적 연구 - 우리나라 전기 . 전자산업을 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on the Fitness between Manufacturing Technology Strategy and product Structure - Based on Korean Electric and Electronic Industry -)

  • Traditionally, the target of manufaturing technology strategy was derived in a efficiency, cost and productivity. So most activities of the manufacturing brought focus into the engineering technology, equipments and research and improvement of new products to maximize the efficiency. As a resell of this legacy, most of the activities of manufacturing has been executed on the method of quality improvement, development of new equipment to incense the efficiency and the research of materials for new products. Those trends, however overlook the operation management activities which is very important as a assets in competitive strategy. But the market enviornment of morden manufacturing companies faced to the uncertainty and complexity. So they need capability of competition which requires new concept of manufacturing technology strategy to grasp the competitive advantages. In this point of view, this paper deal with the empirical study in korean manufacturing technology strategy of the electic and electronic industry. For the empirical study, check list was made to survey the 98 manufacturing companies. The analysis procedures are as below. First, identify the manufacturing technology group an product structure group by each variable. Second manufacturing technology variables are segmented into product technology and vertical integration, suborder and infrastructure, to analyse the decision making pattern which derive the strategy groups. Third, by the fitness analysis between product structure group and manufacturing technology group, the economic results of a growth rate of sale and a profit rate of sale are tested. In this approach, fitness analysis between product structure group and manufacturing technology group show, as a whole, the no significant values in economic results of the company. But investigating the statistical values shows the trend that econmic result of the complany is somewhat higher when the degree of fitness of manufacturing technology strategy by product structure has high value. Concluding the remarks, the competitive advantages of company lies not in the efficiency of manufacturing systems but in the way of the structure and decision making pattern of the manufacturing system. And the cons i stoney between strategy target and manufacturing technology strategy, and the consistency of manufacturing technology strategy and product structure are the term of competitive advantages.

산업간 비교를 통한 기술혁신주도형 중소기업의 성과분석 (Empirical Study on the Factors affecting Technology Innovation-driven SMEs' Performance: Comparison between IT and BT Industries)

  • This paper attempts to identify variables which affect Korean technology innovation-driven SMEs' performance in comparison with IT and BT industries. Technology development strategy, marketing capability, intellectual capital managerial ability are included to generate variables for the empirical research. The results of this study show that technology development strategy, marketing capability, intellectual capital managerial ability influence on the sales growth of technology-based SME in IT and BT industries. It also discusses some implications of Korean technology innovation-driven SMEs' strategy and management.
