The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between the entrepreneurship and management strategy perceived by the members of SMEs and their organizational performance. First, as a result of the hypothesis that the entrepreneurship of one hypothesis had a significant influence on organizational performance, risk sensibility, progressiveness, and innovation, which are entrepreneurship, had a positive influence on both financial and non-financial performance. Second, as a result of verifying the influence relationship of the hypothesis two entrepreneurship on the management strategy, risk sensibility, progressiveness, and innovation, which are entrepreneurship, were statistically significant for the management strategy, cost advantage strategy, differentiation strategy, and centralization strategy. Therefore, in order to practice management strategy based on entrepreneurship, it was analyzed to influence mutual cohesion. Third, the management strategy showed a positive influence on organizational performance. In particular, only the centralization strategy, a type of SMEs' management strategy, confirmed the positive impact on the financial and non-financial performance. Therefore, the importance of entrepreneurship and management strategy has been emphasized in order for SMEs to create organizational performance through the advancement of sustainability management system.

The trends of economic business environment have been changed to the ultimate competion, diverse market and need of new technology. To enforce the international competitive power, continuous technology innovation should be propelled. But the characteristics of small and medium company make it hard to get lead of market share. The industry of transportation and stevedoring machinery also have the same situation as small and medium company. This paper try to present the way of competitive power. The Strategic technology innovation for the industry of transportation and stevedoring machinery consists of product strategy, process design strategy, infra-structure strategy and R&D. There are benefits and shortcommings to get the competitive power for the industry of transportation and stevedoring machinery. Therefore the onclusion presented that capital for reverse engineering, export policy, human resource, thechnical cooperation with the institutions are required.

서비스산업이 경제성장을 견인하고 있으며 그 중 금융서비스는 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 서비스를 프로세스화, 표준화, 자동화하는 서비스 혁신을 통해 금융인프라의 생산성과 효율성을 증대시키는 것이 필요하다. 하지만 제조업과 달리 생산성, 품질, 혁신 등의 측정이 어렵기 때문에 과학적이고 체계적인 방법에 의한 서비스혁신이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 기술보증기금의 기술평가시스템 구축 및 활용 사례를 통해 서비스사이언스를 활용한 금융서비스 혁신의 추진전략에 대해 모색해본다. 기술보증기금의 사례로 보아 성공적인 서비스사이언스를 활용한 금융 서비스혁신을 위해서는 고객 중심의 금융서비스 인프라 구축과 더불어, 조직문화 개선과 효과적 인프라 운용을 위한 routine 구축 등 전략적 기술경영 능력이 중요한 것으로 보인다.

To secure national future competitiveness, the Korean government announced the 『National Ultra-High Performance Computing (HPC) Innovation Strategy (2021.5.28.)』 and set three innovation strategy goals throughout establishing an innovation ecosystem. This study presented a heterogenous data-based strategic support framework that allowed to understand both the current status of domestic & foreign R&D areas and domestic industrial economy areas in terms of strategic fields related to ultra-high performance computing, and the empirical research was conducted in the life science and public health area. The HPC innovation ecosystem platform based on the connection of heterogeneous data (domestic R&D project-technology-industry-overseas R&D project) presented in this study provided useful and essential information that allowed establishing a specific action plan for the national HPC innovation strategy and contributing to vitalizing the innovation ecosystem. Since the evidence-based policy assumes that a more reasonable consensus is reached through a non-biased decision- making process among stakeholders, the proposed platform may contribute to enhancing policy momentum by increasing legitimacy and trust of planning of the national HPC strategy.

The purpose of this article is to introduce and describe the case of Fukuoka Next-generation Social System Creation Hub based on the conceptual framework of regional innovation platform strategy. In short, it is a "government-issued" regional innovation platform strategy to improve innovativeness with limited creative capital through "borrowing" not money but network, wisdom, know-how, and ideas from each other between some stakeholder groups in a region. The Fukuoka Industry, Science & Technology Foundation, which is the coordinating institution of the whole program, plays the role of a platformer to unify various projects into the program crossing borders between stakeholder groups for building regional innovation platforms that lends intensive support to feedback loops between the program facilitator and its partners in the program. Thanks to being a government-issued one, it could be tied together with some wide ranging issues of policy on social innovations, such as the "low carbon society" or the "health and longevity society." But at the same time, it is a concern that many regional research institutions that have innovative potential and diverse ideas become governed by the platform without their noticing it and dealt with in the same way based on "selected" and "designated" strategic goals. Therefore, it seems that a regional innovation platform strategy is a kind of "double-edged sword" in public policy in the era of "panopticism of bureaucratic society" in Japan.

Very closely related to technologies, patents, standards, and licensing interact with them, cores of technology innovation, as the technology diffusion media for technology innovation. Todays it is usually impressed that no one can face to international technology competetion environment without the strategy of patent, standardization, and licensing. In this paper, the whole configuration of technology innovation is represented including the patent, standard, licensing as these media, their basic characteristics and how they roles as technology diffusion media interacting with the technology, core of the technology innovation configuration are analyzed, and some related practical cases to be understood as the applications of these three media for technology innovation are also explained : such as IMT-2000 and CDMA technology which have been international issues currently involved in patents and standardization together, the advent of Linux operating system being the new event in the field of computer technology. Finally this paper intends to have the implicated meanings needed for national policy improvement, through appreciating the importance and the mechanism of roles of three media factors for technology innovation.

The explosion in creation and utilization of IP including Patent since 1980s has been regarded as typical trend affecting the environment for technological innovation. Korea also has shown massive creation of IP. These stimulate the focused interest on the effectiveness of IP for protecting the innovation output. We try to analyze the determinants of this effectiveness in Korean manufacturing sector in terms of the charactenstics of firm's innovation strategy. It is shown that, for protection for product innovation, as being larger, and as having made innovation, the IP protection is regarded as effective, and firms making cooperative R&D have a higher possibility of using IP protection. And larger firms give a higher recognition to effectiveness of IP protection irrespective of the types of innovation such as product innovation and process innovation.
