여성기업의 경영자 특성과 기업성과간의 관계 연구;여성창업기업을 중심으로 (The study of relations between CEO characteristics and performance of Woman's Enterprise)

  • 21세기 글로벌 시대를 맞아 급속한 대내외적 경제 성장과 함께 여성의 경제활동 참여 및 여성 CEO의 등장이 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 시대적인 흐름에 따라 그동안 학계에서는 여성기업에 대한 관심은 물론 체계적인 연구가 점진적으로 나타나는 현상을 볼 수 있다. 이와 같은 시대적 현상과 함께, 본 연구는 여성기업의 경영자 특성과 기업 성과간의 관계를 실증적인 연구로 살펴봄으로써 여성기업의 경쟁력 제고와 기업 성과향상에 이론적 및 실무적 시사점을 제공코자 한다. 본 연구는 전국의 여성기업중 여성창업기업을 대상으로 하여 수행된 자료를 수집하여 실증연구를 실시하였다. 분석결과 여성창업자의 특성과 기업성과에 있어서 인구통계적 특성 중 학력이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 관리적 능력, 기업가정신, 기술적 능력이 매출액, 시장점유율, 수익성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증연구 결과는 향후 여성기업들에게 있어서 여성기업가 자신의 경영자적 특성 확보 및 관리적 능력 및 기술적 능력 향상, 그리고 기업가 정신의 중요성을 밝혀주고 있다.

  • 스마트시티는 도시의 인구 집중화로 인해 발생하는 문제를 IT 기술을 접목하여 해결하는 지능화된 도시를 뜻하며 안전, 교통, 환경, 교육, 의료 등 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있으나 거주하는 시민들이 체감하는 서비스의 정도는 제공되는 기술적 성숙도에 비해 낮아 서비스 체감도의 향상이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 스마트시티 내에 거주하는 시민들이 생활하면서 체감하는 스마트 서비스의 인지도 및 체감도를 향상시키고 서비스를 쉽게 받아들 일수 있는 수용 의도 분석을 위해 이용자 특성과 서비스 특성 변수를 구분하였다. 또한 서비스에 대한 인지 용이성과 인지 유용성의 유대관계 분석 및 시민과 공무원 집단에 대한 조절효과를 분석하여 서비스 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요소를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 시민의 적극적인 참여와 정부 및 민간의 투자를 유도하여 도시의 다양한 문제해결을 통해 시민의 삶의 질 향상과 행복한 사회가 이루어지는 기반이 될 것으로 기대된다.

스팀펑크 패션 스타일의 디자인 특성에 대한 연구 (A Research on Design Characteristics of Steampunk Fashion Style)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate visual elements of steampunk fashion and provide base line data for innovative fashion design ideas and products. We investigated design characteristics of steampunk fashion style shown in 3 movies and 3 animations. Based on the investigation, the research drew intrinsic value of steampunk fashion from three brands 'Vivienne Westwood', 'Dolce & Gabbana' and 'Alexander McQueen'. As the research analyzed movies and animations revealing steampunk style, various characteristics were found and assorted into similar categories. Subcategories of steampunk fashion are pluralism, rebellion and heterogeneity. The followings are result of analyzing three designer collection listed above. First, steampunk fashion made by designers used various color and materials to express multi-pluralistic(multiplicity) characteristic. Second, fashion style in collections revealed artistic and experimental design. This adventurous and innovative characteristic is categorized as rebellion feature. Third, steampunk fashion style used mix-match of unexpected materials or unbalanced silhouette to create a complete fashion style by combining styles in duplicity which could've lack harmony. Intrinsic value of steampunk is defined as graffiti of 19th century's science technology and utopia spirit. Longing for past and fantasy was expressed into fashion. Steampunk fashion wants to escape reality and tries to recreate history of the past faded away with technological development. It defines steampunk as freedom, deviation and fantastical utopia in positive point of view. Furthermore, aesthetic implication of steampunk style found in this research can make a boundary of steampunk style clear and become reference for future researches regarding steampunk fashion.

Evaluation of unsaturated soil slope stability by incorporating soil-water characteristic curve

  • Loess soils are unsaturated and widely distributed in the northwest zone in China. Many steep slope of unsaturated are observed are observed to be naturally stable. However, a low factor of safety (FoS) for these slopes would be computed from the slope stability analysis following local code practices. It seems that the analyzed results following the local code practices do not agree with the real condition as observed in the field. It is commonly known that soil suction plays an important role in slope stability due to a higher shear strength of the unsaturated soil as compared with that of the saturated soil. In this paper, it is observed that the computed FoS can also be affected by unsaturated unit weight of the soil. However, the effect of unsaturated unit weight of the soil on the slope stability is commonly ignored in engineering practice. Therefore, both the effects of shear strength and unit weight of the unsaturated soil on the computed FoS of unsaturated soil slope are investigated in this study. It is observed that the unsaturated unit weight of soil on the computed FoS increases with increase in slope angle. It is also observed that the effects of the unsaturated shear strength and unsaturated unit weight on the computed FoS are more significant than the effect of 3D analyses compared to the 2D analyses on the FoS.

A Study on the Factors that Affect the Negotiation of Technology Trading for Promotion of Technology Transfer Commercialization

  • Purpose - This Study aims to promote technology transfer commercialization and ultimately make contribution towards enhancement of the success rate of commercialization of technology transfer at national level by deducing the factors that impart influence on the negotiation at the time of technology trading between the seller and buyer of technology of public research institutions subjected to transfer and sales. Research design, data and methodology - This Study deduced 5 research hypotheses through preceding researches related to technology transfer commercialization related technology marketing for technology trading negotiation. This Study was conducted by verifying the hypotheses through multiple regression analysis. Results - As the result of the Study, the research hypothesis H1, 'Promotion of commercialization of technology transfer trading will be affected in accordance with the innate characteristic factors of the technology', and H5, 'Promotion of commercialization of technology transfer trading will be affected in accordance with the mutual factors of the parties of the technology trading', among the 5 research hypotheses were chosen. Conclusions - It was found that the technology seller must be able to demonstrate technological value of the technology being sold in order to successfully conclude technology transfer trading negotiation and mutual understanding and harmonious communication between the parties.

A Study on the Construction Method of HS Item Classification Decision System Based on Artificial Intelligence

  • Industrial Revolution means the improvement of productivity through technological innovation and has been a driving force of the whole change of economic system and social structure as the characteristic of technology as the tool of this productivity has changed. Since the first industrial revolution of the 18th century, productivity efficiency has been advanced through three industrial revolutions so far, and this fourth industrial revolution is expected to bring about another revolution of production. In this study, the demand for the introduction of artificial intelligence(AI) technology has been increasing in various business fields due to the rapid development of ICT technology, and the classification of HS(harmonized commodity description and coding system) items has been decided using artificial intelligence technology, which is the core of the fourth industrial revolution. And it is enough to construct HS classification system based on AI technology using inference and deep learning. Performing the HS item classification is not an easy task. Implementation of item classification system using artificial intelligence technology to analyze information of HS item classification which is performed manually by the current person more accurately and without any mistake, And the customs administrations, customs offices, and customs agencies, it is expected to be highly utilized in the innovation of trade practice and the customs administration innovation FTA origin agent.

1920년대와 1960년대의 패션에 나타난 유사성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Similarity of Fashion in the 1920′s and 1960′s)

  • This paper analyzes the similarity of fashion in the 1920's and 1960's. Fashion is a reflection of Zeitgeist. The similarity of fashion appeared in the similar social ideal period. The fashion of the 1920's and 1960's have a lot of similarity in many respects. Androgyny was the new word. The woman cut her hair short, wore short skirt, and projected a self-confidence that was considered by many to be too masculine. The new fashions also appeared very youthful. The cult of eternal youth was born. The mature woman was no longer requested. Instead, in the face of changing lifestyles and extremely rapid technological development, taste ran in favor of a young, athletic, and mobile ideal. The new fashions do-emphasized curvaceous shapes through short dresses and short hair-both styles were supposed to express youthfulness. Characteristic of the times was the short loose dress: straight silhouette disguised feminine curves. The new dresses were invented for very young, slim, and wide-eyed women. The common Zeitgeist of the 1920's and 1960's represents the cult of youth and the adoption of innovative style, which emphasized decoration-cleared simplicity, functionality, practicality, activity, androgyny. Innovative short skirt, youth fashion, androgynous style, unisex style, tubular silhouette, short hair style, and eyeline-emphasized makeup were analyzed by the similarity of fashion in the 1920's and 1960's.

상용차용 디젤엔진의 Engine ECU_ILS 시스템 개발 (Development of Engine ECU_ILS System for Diesel Engine of Commercial Vehicle)

  • The automobile industry requires technological innovations to reduce fuel consumption with the public interest in environmental conservation in recent years. Thus, the hybrid system is applied not only to passenger cars but also commercial vehicles. The purpose of this paper is to develop engine ECU_ILS to develop commercial hybrid vehicles. In order to develop the engine and vehicle, the dynamometer and exhaust gas analyzer is needed. However, a lot of time and cost are required. In contrast, the model-based development environment that can be applied to a variety of test conditions can reduce development time. Therefore, a HILS system environment that can consider the behavior of actual vehicles for evaluation of the control logic, fuel consumption and exhaust gas is required. This engine ECU_ILS system was developed in this study, can analyze parameter such as the fuel injection rate, fuel injection time, fuel consumption and exhaust gas like the actual vehicle test using map data. Also, this system is expected to be able to analyze the characteristic of vehicle behavior and the development of peripheral device in relation to engine and vehicles. This HILS system can be used to develop control strategies of commercial hybrid vehicle systems in the future.

Preparation and characterization of ibuprofen-loaded alginate microspheres using ethylenediamine as a crosslinker

  • In this study, ionotropic gelation method was used for the preparation of ibuprofen-loaded calcium alginate (CALG) and ethylenediamine (EDA) treated calcium alginate (EDA-CALG) microspheres. The effect of EDA-treatment on drug entrapment efficiency, particle size, morphology, swelling behavior and in vitro release characteristics of the microspheres was investigated by varying its concentration from 0.5 to 2% (v/v). The reduction in drug entrapment efficiency by a maximum of 44.60% was noted for EDA-CALG microspheres compared to untreated CALG microspheres. The particle size and swelling index of EDA-CALG microspheres were reduced with increasing EDA concentration. All the microspheres were observed to retain their spherical shapes with rough surfaces. EDA-CALG microspheres prepared using 1% and 2% v/v EDA, released almost all of its content within 7 h in pH 6.8 phosphate buffer, however, CALG microspheres were found to release the same within 3 h. The intensity of melting endothermic peak of ibuprofen reduced significantly at lower drug load as experienced from DSC thermograms. The FT-IR spectrum of pure ibuprofen, ibuprofen-loaded CALG and EDA-CALG microspheres showed the characteristic band of C = O stretching vibration of ibuprofen. Hence, this study revealed that EDA can be employed for the preparation of ibuprofen-loaded CALG microspheres to retard the drug release to some extent.

우리나라 미래 아파트 실내디자인 변화전망에 관한 연구 (An Investigation into the Change Tendency of Interior Design in future Korean Apartments)

  • The co-operated residential form of the apartment has been with us for 30 years. The apartment is becoming the most popular form of residence, although there is still a few aspects of the apartment that need to be Improved. After the institution of the unrestrained house value in 1989 that started in Seoul, the main viewpoint of the suppliers the uniform characteristic idea has been adjusted to the various ideas and the viewpoint of the consumer. This has resulted in the prismatic composition of buildings, more stories, upgrading the quality of the design and a preference for wider space of the residence. In this study: (1) theplane surface of interior space and the design quality of the apartment from tile beginning of the 60s are considered. (2) The attribute of the apartment is grasped through analysis of the current (2002-2003) apartment within the country according to the various areas. The prediction of the future residential environment change is analyzed and as a consequence, the modification of the interior space is forecast and suggests the design trends of the apartment. I hope that this, investigation is helpful as it attempts to produce high quality residential space that reflects the harmony of technological development of the apartment and sentiment and emotion of the human being.
