Computer-aided logistics support system is recognized an essential system to reduce supply and maintenance cost, and to improve readiness of weapon system or operationable composite machines. According to these trends, this paper focuses on the design scheme and the computerization strategy of information management system for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) work. Suggested system. LAMIS(Logistics support Analysis Management Information System) is a total system that composed of Logistics Support Analysis Management information system (LSAM), Configuration Management Information System (CMIS), Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS), Project Management System (PMS) and Information Retrival System(IRS) etc. Also, LAMIS is a computerized tool that improves current supply and maintenance support program, that attempts to reliable requirment analysis of logistics support elements, and that supports to use the existing technical specification of similar one when weapon system acquisition project is started newly. When LAMIS implication is completed, it can be applied to logistics support of defense or commercial site. Straightway, LAMIS will be enhanced with computer - aided design system, engineering drawing system, interactive electronic technical manual system, electronic data interchange system, and three dimensional simulation system to weapon system configuration. When that is done, LAMIS is CALS system.

This investigation used meta-analysis to examine the quality of data of domestic ST(Science & Technical) databases. Analyses measured the quality of data itself, determined whether these databases have any critical errors in terms of accuracy, completeness, and consistency by conducting the data retrieval experiments. The purpose of this study was to diagnose the science & technical databases and to find out the problems of them and also to provide possible suggestions for their improvements. The researcher concluded the results by mentioning the three research questions.

In this paper we present a review of school information education about technical high school in domestic. The review is based on an extensive research in the practical literature. Business of various forms such as industry, education, and medium is appearing by supply of Internet of all the world. The Information Technology market is developing by leaps and bounds among them, but suitable school information education disgrace and improvement plan were not readied in domestic Information Technology and communication situation. Therefore, this paper?wishes to satisfy purpose by school information education improvement plan and manpower practical conditions about ERP education. So that, is used to accelerate medium and small enterprises information through qualitative, quantitative valuation of medium and small enterprises information manpower supply and demand as well as domestic school information.

This study aims to investigate and analyse the present of state and matters of technical services outsourcing in academic libraries. For the purpose summarized methods for outsourcing from reports and papers, suggested principal outline of outsourcing and developed quality control program of catalog. This study also surveyed several academic libraries in outsourcing and analyzed features and related issues of the operation of outsourcing. The results of this study can be refereed to the plan and implementation of technical services outsourcing in the future.

The trend of the electronic trade related with technology has been developed into the steps of service, application networks in its technical skill and scopes. But most fields for the steps were established before the electronic proliferation of the electronic trade and so the existing systems have had a limit in including the viewpoints for the international trade. Accordingly, to cover the limit, the policies for the new technical trend are necessary. In this article, the international networks, problems and improvement plans including the integration between companies in the technical sides are presented. And further the possibility and effects on the companies which are given by the electronic trade in the new technical circumstance are also presented.

본 논문에서 이슈 키워드 추출을 위해 텍스트 마이닝(Text Mining) 기술을 요구한다. 사회적 이슈 키워드를 추출하기 위해 키워드 수집 모델이 되는 사이트에서 크롤링(crawling)을 수행한 뒤, 형태소 단위 의미있는 단어를 수집하기 위해 형태소 분석(morphological analysis)을 수행한다. 한국어 형태소 분석을 위해 파이썬의 코엔엘파이(KoNLPy) 패키지를 활용한다. 형태소 분석을 통해 나뉘어진 단어에서 통계를 내어 이슈 키워드 추출한다. 이슈 키워드를 뒷받침할 연관 단어를 분석하기 위해 단어 임베딩(Word Embedding)을 수행한다. 단어 임베딩 수행을 위해 Word2Vec 모델 중 Skip-Gram 방법론을 적용하여 연관 단어를 분석하도록 개발하였다. 웹 소켓(Web Socket) 통신을 통한 채팅 프로그램의 상단에 분석한 이슈 키워드와 연관 단어를 출력하도록 개발하였다.

Due to the severe market conditions, pre-entrepreneur seeks to start their business through franchise company. This paper, using the data envelopment analysis(DEA) method, examines efficiency of a group of franchise company in order to provide efficiency information with pre-entrepreneur. Output-oriented DEA model is applied in the investigation of efficiency, and the overall efficiency score is decomposed into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. The input variables selected to evaluate the efficiency are franchise deposit, franchise contribution cost and the output variables are sales and number of franchises, and length of business. The results of this paper show franchise industry have the low level of overall efficiency and the main sources of inefficiency is found technical rather than scale. As a result, this paper provides not only the current status of efficiency information of a franchise with pre-entrepreneur but also give warning when they sign-up with franchise business.

The present study aims at figuring out the potential benefits occured from the practical pplications of the information analysis center concept in Korea. The R&D requirements in Korea at the moment is such that the highly specialized and sophisticated information services are essential. With the general information infrastructure still embryonic the best possible answer is sought in a specialized tried-out method, namely, the information analysis center which is to be planned and serviced as an integral part of a specific research project. The article examines the information exchange activities of scientists; the backgrounds of the development of the information analysis center concept into 'a technical institute'; the processess of information analyses and evaluations; the effects and values of an analysis center; and the applicabilities of the information analysis center concept with a special regard to the developing country's needs. The conclusion confirms of the potential benefits of the information analysis center type facilities for the current needs of the Korean research and development environments.

Taking into account the globalization of the economy and the intensification of European integration processes, it has been proved that an important part of evaluating the effectiveness of activity of public sector enterprises should be a comparative analysis of the overall operation environment, namely public procurement, economic environment and tax policy, with the relevant systems of other countries of the world. The indicators and components of international ratings "Doing Business", "Paying Taxes", "Benchmarking Public Procurement" have been studied. Different groups of indicators forming "Doing Business" and "Paying Taxes" in the context of the impact on public sector enterprises have been identified: those which fully comply with the need to evaluate the operating environment of public sector enterprises and those which should be used with restrictions, regarding the peculiarities of creating and functioning of public sector enterprises. A comparative analysis of the place of Ukraine, Lithuania and Slovenia among other countries of the world in accordance with the international rankings of "Doing Business", "Paying Taxes", "Benchmarking Public Procurement" have been made. It has been substantiated that the results of such comparative analysis will allow identifying risk areas, and relevant information can be used in developing of recommendations for improving the effectiveness of activity of public sector enterprises.

While conventional business administration-based information technology management methods are applied to the risk analysis of information systems, no security risk analysis techniques have been used in relation to information protection. In particular, given the rapid diffusion of information systems and the demand for information protection, it is vital to develop security risk analysis techniques. Therefore, this paper will suggest an ideal risk analysis process for information systems. To prove the usefulness of this security risk analysis process, this paper will show the results of managed, physical and technical security risk analysis that are derived from investigating and analyzing the conventional information protection items of an information system.
