안면인식 영상처리를 활용한 가정용 로봇 개발 (Development of Home Automation Robots using Face Recognition Image Processing)

  • 본 연구에서는 라즈베리파이에 부착된 카메라로 사람을 얼굴을 인식하는 영상처리기법을 활용하여 가정용 로봇을 제작하였다. 라즈베리파이에 부착된 카메라를 통해 실시간으로 영상을 입력받아서 사람의 얼굴을 인식하게 한 후 결과에 따라 스마트냉온풍기의 동작을 구분한다. 이는 로봇이 사람이 없는 곳에 냉온풍기를 동작하지 않고, 사람이 있는 곳에만 냉온풍 동작을 하게 함으로써 에너지 활용 효율을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 최근 젊은 세대를 중심으로 간단하고 가벼운 삶을 추구하는 미니멀 라이프가 주목을 받으면서 적은 공간을 차지하고 실용도가 높은 제품들이 주목받고 있다. 따라서 복수의 제품을 하나로 합치면서 작지만 실속 있는 제품에 대한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 책상 위의 공간을 절약할 수 있는 스마트 스탠드를 개발하였다. 이 스탠드에는 스마트폰 거치대, 가습기, 음이온 발생기, 스피커의 기능을 스탠드에 결합시키도록 하였다. 이 연구로 인하여 1인 가구의 좁은 집에서 공간적, 경제적으로 효율이 높아질 것으로 기대된다.

  • 본 연구에서는 차량에 화물을 손쉽게 싣을 수 있는 휴대용 간이 리프트의 안정성을 위하여 안드로이드 어플리케이션을 활용하여 휴대용 간이 리프트의 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 이를 위해 Arduino Uno R3 보드를 활용하였다. 기존의 휴대용 간이 리프트를 해체하여 Arduino Uno R3 보드와 회로를 장착하고 블루투스 통신으로 신호를 송수신할 수 있게 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 물류 활동의 안전작업에 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 예상할 수 있다.

  • 자전거 등하교 및 출퇴근족의 안전을 위하여 방향 표시등의 기능은 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 아두이노를 활용하여 조립식 자전거에 방향 표시등 기능을 개발하였다. 아두이노의 간단한 기능을 통해 핸들에 스위치를 부착하여 방향 표시등을 켜고 끄게 할 수 있다. 또한 간단한 기능이므로 자전거를 가지고 있는 사람들이 스스로 DIY를 하여 제작할 수 있는 메이커 활동으로 적합하다고 판단된다. 본 논문에서 제안된 기능을 통하여 자전거에 필요한 서비스를 많이 부착할 수 있는 가능성을 열어두었다.

  • Technical high school aims at educating students to acquire fundamental skill and technology required for being competent technicians, to be creative in adjusting themselves to the changing industrial society, and to do self-realization and find their ways toward the future on their own. To attain that goal and maximize learning effect, mathematics education is very important as prerequisite learning for technical subjects, as most technical courses in technical high school are basically based on mathematics. The purpose of this study was to discuss how mathematics education could be successfully linked to technical courses in an attempt to make it function properly as prerequisite learning for major subjects and facilitate students' technical learning. For that purpose, what problems the mathematics components of major subjects and the curriculum had was examined and the way to offer better education was presented. And there are some suggestions regarding mathematics education: First, technical mathematics should be newly inserted into technical high school curricula to help students learn major subjects in more efficient way. Second, most technical high schools are expected to just require tenth graders to complete a 10-stage mathematics course. In that case, they might find difficulties in learning major subjects when they are in their 11st and 12th grade. The curriculum should be designed to have 11st and 12th graders take mathematics education. Third, many students find a job after graduation, but the growing number of students go on to university to receive more education in the same field. Accordingly, there is a need to enlarge continuous progress plan, rather than completion-type one, to make students well-grounded technically. And mathematics should be taught in more classes as prerequisite subject for major courses. Fourth, mathematics elements necessary for each major subject should be outlined and announced to schools so that they could reorganize mathematics and major courses appropriately.

기술창업의 산업구조 기술특성 및 기술마케팅전략이 창업성과에 미치는 영향: 기술마케팅 전략 유형 조절변수 (Industry Structure, Technology Characteristics, Technology Marketing and Performance of Technology -Based Start-ups: With Focus on Technology Marketing Strategy)

  • Purpose - This study aims to advance our knowledge about factors influencing technical startup performance through analysing technical startup process empirically. This study was conducted to focus on industry structure(industry growth rate, competitive intensity, and enter barriers), technology characteristics(technical excellence and wide range of technical application), and the performance in the technology-based start-ups. Specifically, analyzing moderating effect of technology-marketing strategy, this studied how moderating variables affect technical startup performance under industry structure. Research design, data, and methodology - The subject of this study was technology-based start-ups company that received technology transfer from public organization. The development of the paper model is based on the literature of the preceding research analysis in technology commercialization, performance of technology-based start-ups, and marketing strategy. This study has a construct that was defined in the previous studies, such that technology marketing strategy was defined into the two ways of being broad or narrow in strategic application. From November 3. 2015 to December 22, 220 questionnaires were distributed with targeting to start-up companies in technology-based. 188 responses were collected for empirical analysis except the missing and wrong value responses. This data were used for structural equation modeling and regression analysis. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, as industry structure variables influencing on performance(technical, financial) of technology-based start-ups, industry growth rate, competitive intensity and enter barriers of variables were verified; high growth rate has more positive effect on performance than low growth rate, competitive low intensity has more positive effect on performance than competitive high intensity, low enter barriers have more positive effect on performance than high enter barriers. Second, as technology characteristics variables influences on the performance(technical, financial) of technology-based start-ups, technical excellence and wide range of technical application of variables were verified ; technical high-excellence has more positive effect on performance than technology low-excellence, wide range of technical application has more positive effect on performance than narrow range of technical application. We also find that technology marketing strategy(broad/narrow) in moderating factors on performance (technical, financial) is as follows. Analyzing the moderating effect depending on technology marketing strategy(broad/narrow), application of technology, and the types of technology strategy(broad/narrow) were revealed that broad marketing strategy had a more significant effect on performance of technology-based start-ups. With AMOS, the relevancy of the study model revealed higher for broad technology-marketing strategy than narrow technology marketing strategy, and the explanatory power revealed to be 6.4% higher in broad marketing strategy than narrow marketing strategy. Conclusions - This study confirmed that industry structure and technology characteristics are important factors influencing the performance of technology-based start-ups. Technology-marketing strategy affects the performance of technology-based start-ups between industry structure and technology characteristics. According to additional analysis, moderating variables and technology-marketing strategy are important factors influencing the performance of technology-based start-ups under industry structure and technology characteristics. Broad type of technology-marketing strategy has more attractive industry structure and excellent technology characteristics than narrow types of technology-marketing.

BIM 설계지원 기술콘텐츠 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Technical Contents for BIM Design Support)

  • The BIM libraries and technical contents in order to develop common technical standards that reflect the contents for a BIM design support should be based. It is essential to redress the technological burden on design office requirements. The technical contents consisted of Material Information, Standard Details and Cost Information are made by system of standard classification. By connecting BIM libraries with each of information including the contents, it derives the consistent BIM data application through the integrated model. In addition, we look forward to introducing and applying BIM more easily through securing common technical contents which remove the pressure of engineering developments of each individual architectural design office and prevent overlapping investments.

  • 본 논문에서는 Kinect에서 제공하는 조인트와 스캘리톤 정보를 활용하여 Windows Phone 7 게임을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 게임은 Kinect를 사용하여 조인트의 x, y, z 좌표값 정보를 활용하면 Windows 화면의 depth 영상에 골격들을 표시할 수 있도록 구현한다. 또한 몸을 움직일 때 마다 각 관절 정보인 조인트를 추적하여 특정 포인트를 찾아내는 기능을 구현하여 인체의 움직임을 감지할 수 있도록 구현한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 Windows Phone 7 기반의 모바일 게임을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 게임은 XNA Framework를 사용하여 개발하기 때문에 상속받은 코드들을 자동으로 생성하고, 게임 개발 관련 콘텐트 리소스의 등록 및 게임 로직을 해당 메소드에 구현한다. 이 게임의 특징은 슈팅(shooting), 이미지, 랭킹시스템 등의 3개 요소를 고려하여 개발한 것이다. 다양한 물고기 캐릭터를 사용하였으며 복싱에서 연상되는 펀치를 도입하여 움직이는 물고기를 펀치로 잡아 점수를 얻는 것이다.

자동차 정기검사 주기에 관한 고찰 (A Consideration on the Inspection Frequency of the Periodic Technical Vehicle Inspection)

  • The periodic technical vehicle inspection is to prevent the accident through the finding and fixing the defects of the vehicle. The periodic technical vehicle inspection in Korea was studied for assessing the adequacy of the inspection frequency. The inspection frequencies of many countries including EU, USA and Japan were compared. The average mileages by the vehicle usage and type were represented. The warranty period and recommended replacement period of parts of the domestic auto makers was studied. Currently, the inspection frequency for the periodic technical vehicle inspection in Korea is appropriate. The pass-fail rate and the cost-benefit analysis for the periodic technical inspection in Korea will be needed in the decision making process for the inspection frequency.
