Purpose : This study was conducted to confirm the correlation between team sharing spirit, team effectiveness, team cohesion, team reliability, and turnover intention of hospital nurses and to identify the influence factors affecting the turnover intention of hospital nurses. Methods : The sample for this study consisted of 200 nurses from four general hospitals of less than 500 beds located in J city. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Pearson Correlation and Hierarchical Multiple Regression. Results : Factors influencing nurse turnover intentions included satisfaction with nursing position (β=.274), team reliability (β=-.250), satisfaction with department (β=-.178), and career (β=.149) in order, and these influence factors accounted for 32.1 % of nurses' turnover intentions. Conclusion : Based on the results of the study, it is necessary to consider ways to reduce the turnover intention of nurses by devising strategies to increase the factors of satisfaction with nursing positions, team reliability, and satisfaction with department by making good use of the resources of the medical institution. It is suggested to conduct repeated studies of nurses working in various clinical sites and further studies applying various outcome variables in the future.

This research deals with a new concept regarding creative enlargement in order for useful space composition. Architecture, through interior design case analysis has given birth to a new concept and inspiration altering interior designer's perspectives on the future environment. Focusing exclusively on those offices that express in design terms a commitment to such concepts as team-Working, just-in-time Working, virtual and mobile working and those using the newest technological tools and the latest space-planning concepts available. Emphasis is placed on how an office environment can be designed to encourage group working, the sharing of knowledge, a spirit of community within larger organizations, and non-territorial working-employees that work where and how they want supported by cordless technologies.

본 연구에서는 종합 설계 교과와 학부 졸업기준이 되는 졸업 작품 구성에 관련된 주제 설정 및 작품 완성 단계까지 지도교수역할과 학생들의 진행 절차를 요약하고, 결과에 대한 학생들의 만족도를 조사 분석하였다. 1-2인을 1개조로 하여 담당교수를 지정하고 면담 및 기술 지도를 실시하였으며, 팀별로 자체 주제를 선정하도록 유도하였고, 2011년부터 2015년 12월까지 진행된 내용 중에서 소형 무인기 또는 스마트폰을 이용한 주제들에 대해 그 구성 결과를 제시하고, 2011년과 2015년 각각에서 1개 전공의 참여 학생들에 대한 작품 제작 활동 결과에 대해 설문 조사된 내용을 비교, 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 다음 학년도 개선사항에 대해 검토하고, 지속적인 교육 개선을 이루어 열정과 도전 정신을 갖춘 융합형 창의 인재가 양성되고 취업 및 창업과 연결되는 선순환 구조를 형성하는 방안을 공유한다.

본 연구는 중고령층 문해학습자의 흥미 유발 및 학습 효과를 높이는 문해교육 방법을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 충북 중고령층 문해교사, 기관 운영자, 평생교육사, 문해학습자 총11명을 면담 및 참여관찰 하였다. 연구결과 중고령층 학습자들은 배운 것을 쉽게 잊어버리고 받아쓰기를 통해 글씨를 정확하게 익히며, 높은 경쟁 심리 등 공부가 일상생활에서 1순위가 되고 있다. 글씨 형성 의미를 알게 하는 놀이활동, 실생활과 연결된 학습, 받아쓰기가 기억력 및 인지력 향상에 효과적이다. 또한 일상생활에서 익숙한 재료를 활용한 만들기, 교과서에 나오는 극과 시로 역할극, 글씨 큰 그림 동화책 활용, 팀 단위 게임 및 활동, 배우기 쉬운 악기 및 노래 부르기, 공연 및 발표회 등 무대 경험, 실생활 및 교육문화 시설 현장 체험 등이 중고령층의 흥미와 학습 효과를 높일 수 있다. 결과 공유 발표회 및 연합 행사, 자료 및 재료비, 문해교사 역량강화 교육 및 공유, 문해교육 연중 운영, 학력인정과정과 병행 및 보조강사 지원이 중요하다. 시사점으로는 문해교사 교육, 보조강사 활용, 학력인정 문해교육과정 활성화 방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다.
