  • 신뢰성 평가 시험은 종종 성능 평가에 장기간의 시간이 요구되며, 전체 생산비용까지 증가시키는 문제점을 안고 있다 스트레스를 이용한 가속수명시험은 제품의 신뢰성 고장과 밀접한 관련이 있는 고장 메커니즘의 촉진을 통해 고장에 이르는 기간을 단축함으로써 신뢰성 평가의 효율성을 도모할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 스트레스 가속 시험에 빈도가속(Usage-Rate Acceleration) 또는 판정가속(Tightening Critical-Values) 등을 결합하여 한층 높은 가속효과를 도모하는 방법을 제안하고, 국내에서 생산되고 있는 2차 전지 제품에 대한 실제 시험 사례분석을 통해 결합된 가속방법의 효과를 실증적으로 보여주고 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest a method to support decision making of researchers, when we estimate the safety of the high-speed railway using F-AHP. To apply this method, Korean type of high-speed railway was engaged, and the 8 Stages of accident type and the five criteria were suggested that we must meet. Then, the interview with the researchers working for high-speed railway was used to confirm the alternatives suggested. The employed F-AHP for this study estimate using emotional words based on AHP of Saaty, so it is very good to estimate the high-speed railway safety.

Pb-Free 도금용액 및 피막의 신뢰성평가 (A Reliability Test for Pb-Free Plating Solution and its Deposit)

  • This study found a reliable evaluation for four kinds of pb-Free plating solutions and it's layers, through pure Sn, SnAg, SnBi and SnCu. These four kind of solutions are widely used to pb-Free plating. Hull-cell, Harring-blum, coverage, throwing power, current efficiency, stability, life-time, composition, hardness, roughness, abrasion, scratch, solderability, corrosion, contact angle, morphology, SIR(Surface insulation resistance) and Whisker test were experimented. Also, Using ICP, XRF, FE-SEM, EDS, temperature/humidity chamber, solderability tester, hardness tester, roughness tester, abrasion tester, salt spray tester, contact angle tester, SIR tester, and microscope. In this paper could be shown the systematic and various analysis for reliability about four kinds of pb-Free plating solutions, processes and it's deposit surface.

  • A stress-strength analysis is used to assess the reliability of a multi-pulse rocket motor system. Main stress is found to be thermal during explosion and the distribution is obtained by simulation. The strength distribution is derived from the results of actual specimen tests. The failure rate of barrier type pulse separation device is estimated.

항공유도로등화용 LED 광원의 가속수명시험 (An Accelerated Life Test of LED Lights for Aviation Taxiway)

  • This paper presents an accelerated life test of aviation taxiway lights installed in the airport to help safe navigation of airplanes at night or in bad weather. Recently halogen lamps of taxiway lights are replaced by LED ones and their reliability needs yet to be verified. Thus, effective test conditions are designed reflecting the failure modes and mechanisms from the previous studies on LED, which include the accelerated degradation process. The test is performed under the temperature $70^{\circ}C$ and $90^{\circ}C$ for two types of LED lights, taxiway center line lights(TCLL) and taxiway edge lights (TEDL). The failure time data were analyzed using lognormal distribution and Arrhenius model to find the life-stress relationship, acceleration factor and life characteristics under the normal condition temperature $30^{\circ}C$.

  • In recent years, the widespread application of quality management and measurement reliability has put increasing emphasis on procedures for periodic instrument calibration. By optimizing calibration intervals, unnecessary calibrations can be minimized, thereby reducing costs. Moreover, optimizing intervals will improve compliance with regulatory directives while ensuring maximal compliance with reliability targets. In this paper, we present Calibration Interval Analysis Program developed using several establishment methodologies of calibration interval for measurement quality and reliability improvement. Also, we perform calibration interval analysis for some measurement instruments and analyse its results.

  • Pb-Free Technology was born with environmental problems of electronic component, Being connected by big and small project of every country. Also, in each country environment is connected and various standards of IEC, ISO, MIL, JIS, KS, JEDEC, EIAJ etc. All products can divide at solder part and finishing part These can tested each and synthetically divide. This research is reliability evaluation for three kind of ph-free SnCu solder plating solution and it's deposit. First, executed analysis about Pure Sn, SnCu solutions and plating surface by way similar to other plating solution analysis. Next, executed reliability about test method and equipment for reliable analyzer system construction. Next, data comparison and estimation, main estimation test method and item's choice. In this paper the systematic surface analysis and reliability for plating solutions and it's deposit in metal surface finishing processes could be shown.

  • Purpose: This article provides an efficient cushion molding method for improving reliability of the rotation driving system. Method: Allowable stress level for cushion is calculated by using physical characteristics of the rotation driving system. In addition, various test units are manufactured and used to conduct the rebound resilience, the burst pressure and the alternating load test. Results: Actual allowable stress level and test results of the rebound resilience, the burst pressure and the alternating load test are provided. Conclusion: The cushion manufactured by the compression molding method gives more preferable characteristics for improving the reliability of the rotation driving system.

  • In previous study, make an attempt to estimate exhaust valve seat and seat-ring wear acceleration factor for engine durability test with measuring and consideration of wear mechanism. But found abnormal initial wear rate in exhaust valve seat-ring. And have to improve exhaust valve seat-ring wear rate for reliability reason, because next GDI/Turbo engine is based on this engine and GDI/Turbo engine have higher combustion pressure and higher thermal load. In this study, Trying to find the cause of abnormal wear factor, improve valve-train durability by change specification & design of parts and verify variant parts for improving durability of valve-train. And then I would like to propose a design guide line of valve-train system in a reliability point of view, besides make a complement of previous study.

  • In evaluation of electronic reliability on the PCB(Printed Circuit Board), electrochemical migration is one of main test objects. The phenomenon of electrochemical migration occurs In the environment of the high humidity and the high temperature under bias through a continuous aqueous electrolyte. In this paper, the generating mechanism of electrochemical migration is investigated by using water droll acceleration test under various waters. The waters used in the water drop test are city water, distilled water and ionic water. It found that the generated velocity of electrochemical migration depended on the temperature of water and the electrolyte quantity which included in the various waters.
