최근린사상법을 활용한 금강서해유역 녹지네트워크 구축에 관한 연구 (Establishment of a Forest Network in the Western Geum River Basin using the Nearest Feature Model)

  • This study used the nearest feature model to connect forest patches within the western Geum River Basin. Due to many different forest patch sizes, 3 alternative methods were tested to determine the best way to establish an ecological network with forest patches. Alternative 1 used all forest patches to determine whether patches were large enough. Alternative 2 used forest patches over 10 ha in size. Alternative 3 used natural conservation indices to select forest patches containing better qualities in the natural conservation level. As a result 635 out of 724 patches of over 10 ha were selected for comparison. Alternative 1 showed that forest patches of less than 10 ha were outliers interrupting the establishment of the ecological network. They generated an unnecessary ecological network to link core areas to comparison features. The ecological network was improved by using forest patches greater than 10 ha in size(Alternative 2). Each comparison feature was much more hierarchically connected to core areas in Alternative 2 than in Alternative 1. Forest patches filtered by natural conservation indices were useful for obtaining the best ecological network. Alternative 3 clearly showed the connections in the ecological network between core areas and forest.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of herbal medicine products for the establishment of drug utilization review system. To accomplish of the purpose, we investigated medical treatment pay of insurance and consumption of herbal medicine products in pharmacy at jeollabuk-do, two oriental hospital etc. To gain valid and reliable the actual conditions of herbal medicine products, it needed close relationship with oriental hospital, society for manufacture of herbal medicines etc and further study classify herbal medicines by Korean Medicine.

  • A business model (BM) can be developed based on a business model framework (BMF) consisting of key components such as value proposition, customers, and resources. To systematically generate and analyze emerging BMs such as healthcare BM, an integration of diverse BMF components is needed. The present study is to establish a comprehensive BMF and evaluate its applicability to healthcare BMs. Based on a review of eight BMF studies, ten BMF components were identified and classified into five major components (value proposition, resources, organizing model, customers, and revenue model) and five minor components (technology, service platform, delivery, competitive strategy, and growth/exit) by analyses of frequency and functional importance. Lastly, the BMs of three emerging healthcare companies (WellDoc, Inc., CFW Shops, and Aravind Eye Care System) were analyzed and compared in terms of the proposed BMF components. The comprehensive BMF components presented in the study can be of help for developing new BMs and analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of BMs.

  • The study aimed to realize one of the basic requirements for designing and building the integrated automated system for scientific research at Northern Border University, which includes the establishment of an automated interconnected system to manage all academic and financial operations of scientific research. From receiving the budget of the funded research courses, then the regular financial regulation of all the research team's rewards, the cost of publishing, translation and equipment, then receiving the research plans and linking them financially, preparing the total and detailed financial value for all stages, then financial disbursement operations, financial closure of research when published, and preparing financial reports The research team used the analytical approach to build the main and subsidiary requirements for designing the financial system, and the study concluded that all the elements required for the stages of financial management for scientific research at Northern Border University can be met based on sufficient by sequencing these processes and how they are sequenced as e It is designed in the research study.

  • Metabus, a three-dimensional virtual environment for digital communication, has gained a lot of attention recently. Even so, there are still many unanswered questions about the user's consciousness and behavior. A difference in nature from conventional digital communication is also unclear. This paper aims to study Metabus on a hypothetical premise by organizing the possibility of Metabus for communication activation based on a research project aimed at using Metabus to support the formation of a community of school dormitories and studio rental residents. After reviewing the establishment process and application cases of Metabus, we focus on the character (avatar) used as the user's alter ego within the metabus, which will allow customization of both form and content different from text-based communication. The "physicality" and the "spatiality" of the metaverse and the "immersion" they bring are among the most important, functional innovations. Based on this summary, a case of using metabuses will be reviewed to describe the research plan aimed at supporting community formation.

Lessons Learned from Institutionalization of ML (Machine Learning) Supported HR Services in the Existence of Multiple Institutional Logics

  • This study explores how an organization has successfully implemented ML-supported HR services to resolve high employee turnover problems in the IT sector. The empirical setting of the research is where contradicting institutional logics exist among technical, HR, and business groups regarding the ML model development and use of the model predictions in HR services. Institutional framework is used to identify the roles of organizational actors and the legitimacy structures in the organizational environments that can shape or constrain the ML led organizational changes. In institutional theories, technology adoption and organizational change are not only constrained by organizational context, but also fostered through organizational actors' roles and efforts to increase the legitimacy for the change. This research found that when multiple contradicting institutional logics exist, legitimizing the establishment of an enabling environment for multiple logics to reconcile and for the project to move forward is critical. Industry-wide conditions, previous experiences with the pilot ML project, forming a TFT with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and relevant KPIs are found to legitimize the HR team and the business division to collaborate with the technical personnel to launch ML-supported HR services.

초등학생의 과학선호도 (The Preference for Science of the Elementary Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to draw up the promoting plan of science preference by survey and analysis of the preference for science of the elementary students. The preference for science is defined theoretically with three categories ; they are emotional response, behavioral response and value establishment. Causal factors of the science preference were composed of individual factor, educational factor and social factor. According to this theoretical model, a questionnaire was developed, and administered to 696 students of 4,5,6 grade of randomly selected eight elementary schools all over the nation. Elementary students liked science, but they didn't want to select their future job in science-technology area. The science preference of boys was higher than that of girls. The science preference of 4th grade students was higher than that of 5th and 6th grade students. Individual factor affected the curiosity. learning interest, subject accomplishment on the science and course selection in life. Educational factor not only directly affected the curiosity. learning interest, value establishment and belief of the science but also indirectly affected the individual factor and social factor. Therefore, educational factor was the most important on the science preference. Social factor only affected the value establishment and belief on the science. Elementary students wanted to team science through experiment and they wanted science to be easier than that of now. On the analysis of result, the promoting plan of the science preference was suggested.

국내 유통 다소비 농산물의 잔류농약 모니터링 및 노출평가 (Monitoring and Exposure Assessment of Pesticide Residues in Domestic Agricultural Products)

  • 본 연구는 유통 농산물의 잔류 실태를 조사하여 잔류농약에 대한 안전성을 평가하기 위해 수행되었다. 전국 9개 지역에서 수거된 농산물 15개 품목 232건을 식품공전 다종농약다성분 분석법으로 분석하였으며, GC/MSMS로 분석 가능한 농약 196종을 대상으로 하였다. 그 결과 53건의 시료에서 64종의 농약이 검출되었고 이 중 chlorpyrifos와 procymidone이 가장 빈번히 검출되었다. 검출된 64종 중 깻잎에서 검출된 chlorpyrifos와 복숭아에서 검출된 picoxystrobin은 잔류허용기준을 초과하였으며, 나머지는 각각의 잔류허용기준을 초과하지 않았다. 잔류허용기준을 초과한 chlorpyrifos와 picoxystrobin을 포함한 검출 농약에 대해 위해평가를 수행한 결과, 1일 섭취허용량(acceptable daily intake, ADI) 대비 1일 추정섭취량(estimated daily intake, EDI)이 0.001~0.902%로 조사되어 매우 낮은 수준임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이번 연구 결과 유통 농산물에서 잔류농약은 안전하게 관리되고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었고, 향후 식품안전 정책 수립의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것을 생각된다.

응급실에서의 질 향상 기법 적용 (Application of General QA Tools to Quality Improvement Activities in a Hospital's Emergency Room)

  • Background : Although a number of studies are related to QA improvement, there are few studies applied various method of QA tools. This study reviewed the availability of general quality assurance(QA) tools according to ten steps in performing quality improvement activities at emergency room of a tertiary teaching hospital which has more than 1,000 beds. Methods : All patients in emergency room from 15th Oct. 1997 to 5th Sep. 1998 were surveyed. The survey data based on the patient's records of emergency room were evaluated according to length of stay, and we tried to identify problems with management of emergency room. To solve the problems, our team applied general QA tools(brainstorming, flow chart, nominal group technique, benchmarking, cause-and-effect diagram, run chart, control chart) to quality improvement activities and discussed the availability of the tools. Results : After the activities such as changes of staffing, the establishment of local area network and chest pain clinic, application of triage and so on, the percentage of patient who had stayed more than six hours was reduced from 56.0% to 46.8%. The mean number of patients per day in emergency room was increased from 49 to 62. But the reporting time for laboratory test was not changed after these activities. Conclusion : Each QA tool has unique benefit and limitation, but we can implement and evaluate the quality improvement activities more scientifically and systematically by applying these tools to practice according to QA ten steps.

  • 무기체계 소요제기부터 연구개발, 시험평가, 운영유지까지 국방 무기체계 획득 전 과정에서 활용하고 있는 국방M&S(Modeling & Simulation)정보를 과학적이고 체계적으로 관리하기 위해 SBA(Simulation Based Acquisition)통합정보체계가 구축·운영되고 있다. 국방 무기체계 획득 전 수명주기에 M&S자원을 적극적이고 효과적으로 활용하기 위해서는 SBA통합정보체계의 효율적인 운영방안이 필요하다. 이를 위해 SBA통합정보체계의 이용현황을 식별하고 운영성과측정을 수행한 결과, M&S자원 활성화와 획득업무 지원을 위해서는 SBA통합정보체계 운영 절차 수립과 더불어 세부적인 제도 마련이 필수적인 것으로 판단하였다. 본 논문에서는 SBA통합정보체계의 효율적인 운영을 위해 국방 M&S 정보관리 현황을 분석하고 국방 M&S 활성화와 체계적인 운영을 위한 정보체계의 개선방안을 제시한다.
