Online and offline mixed teaching mode has become an important way to promote the connotative development of higher education. Under the background that offline teaching has become mature, in order to further promote the development of online education, and promote the implementation of the mixed teaching mode, to mix and to provide basis for the construction of the mixed teaching mode, this study takes the online learning effect as the evaluation basis, adopts the online questionnaire survey to conduct statistical analysis of the online learning behavior of 2213 college students, and discusses the differentiation phenomenon of online learning groups from the micro, meso and macro perspectives. It is found that there are significant differences in the online learning effect of college students in terms of the type of learning platform, whether the school implements the online offline mixed teaching mode, education background, grade (bachelor's degree), and region. Colleges and universities should strengthen the promotion of online and offline mixed teaching mode; The online learning platform should improve the platform function and strengthen the functional differentiation design of learning resources for students. Education departments pay attention to the learning effect of online learners in different regions, and bridge the gap in regional education.

In this paper, we tried to examine the didactical transpositions of the mathematical knowledges in the computer-based environment for mathematics learning and teaching, and also analyse the extreme didactical problems Computer has been regarded as an alterative that could overcome the difficulties in the teaching and learning of mathematics and many broad studies have been made to use computers in mathematics teaching and learning. But Any systematic analysis on the didactical problems of the computer-based environment for mathematics education has not been tried up to this time. In this paper, first of all, we analysed the didactical problems in the computer-based environment, and then, the mode of using computer for mathematics teaching and learning.

Independent study is a major ability of engineering students. In independent study training practice, we need to use different instructional strategies and responds to individual student needs and learning styles. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate a four-step student independent study training mode we applied to teaching the Biomedical Engineering students in Dali University, China. We developed this teaching mode to fulfill the goals of the first years' undergraduates training and improve the students learning skills. The four-step teaching mode includes both in-class and out-of-class activities. The emphasis is on how to train students to get information from the reading materials, understand the concept, develop critical thinking and eventually become independent learner.

We explored implications of storytelling in learning and teaching mathematics and examined examples of storytelling for deep understanding of the educational meanings of storytelling and new direction of storytelling approach to mathematics teachers. Mathematics had been commonly considered as the subject irrelevant to the narrative mode of thinking and only relevant to the paradigmatic mode of thinking that has rigorous logical forms and independent from human mind. As a result, this common sense forced a transmission pedagogy of mathematics: only the teachers as owners of the objective and logical truth of mathematics could transmit mathematical truths to students. Storytelling is highlighted as an alternative to the common teaching practices of mathematics focused only on the paradigmatic mode of thinking. Although a lot of research about the educational uses of storytelling mainly focused on the development and modification of stories, we suggested that the educational interest about storytelling should move to the elements or techniques for the positive effect of storytelling.

국내 대학의 여러 분야에서 블렌디드러닝과 면대면 수업 방식에 의한 교육 효과를 비교한 연구 결과들이 나와 있으나 대학의 수학 분야 혹은 미적분학 과목에 관해서는 찾아보기 쉽지 않다. 여기서는 공학계열 전공을 선택하고자 하는 학생들을 대상으로 하는 대학 미적분학 과목에서 블렌디드러닝과 면대면 수업방식에 따른 교육 효과를 H대학의 사례를 분석하여 선행연구결과와 종합하여 고찰한다.

In this paper, I will argue that in teaching L2, it is important to take a holistic teaching method considering various learning styles of the learners and the nature of L2 learning. Under the situation that most of the school education is centered on the left brain activity, learners with the right brain preference tend to get only to the lower proficiency than they really can. To prove this, I conducted a experiment on two classes of high school students. I decided the hemispheric preference of each students using HMI (hemispheric mode indicator) Then I compared the hemispheric preferences of students with their scores in English tests. The students with right hemispheric preference show significantly lower scores than the ones with left preference. It is implied that the current English education should adapted to address various learning and cognitive styles and whole-brain L2 teaching method should replace the left-centered instruction in the learning environment.

This study examined the moderating effect of course satisfaction with class on the relationship between the mode of course delivery and learning presence and performance in university settings. Results showed that there was a moderating effect of the course satisfaction on the relationship between course delivery mode and learning presence. Specifically, higher satisfaction with instructor's teaching activities was associated with improved learning presence in face-to-face, blended, and online learning, in that order. However, there was no significant moderating effect on academic performance. These findings suggest that universities should consider not only the mode of course delivery and highlight the importance of systematic course design by instructors.

Background As the coronavirus disease 2019 virus made its way throughout the world, there was a complete overhaul of our day-to-day personal and professional lives. All aspects of health care were affected including academics. During the pandemic, teaching opportunities for resident training were drastically reduced. Consequently, medical universities in many parts across the globe implemented online learning, in which students are taught remotely and via digital platforms. Given these developments, evaluating the existing mode of teaching via digital platforms as well as incorporation of new models is critical to improve and implement. Methods We reviewed different online learning platforms used to continue regular academic teaching of the plastic surgery residency curriculum. This study compares the four popular Web conferencing platforms used for online learning and evaluated their suitability for providing plastic surgery education. Results In this study with a response rate of 59.9%, we found a 64% agreement rate to online classes being more convenient than normal classroom teaching. Conclusion Zoom was the most user-friendly, with a simple and intuitive interface that was ideal for online instruction. With a better understanding of factors related to online teaching and learning, we will be able to deliver quality education in residency programs in the future.

The purpose of this study is to find the research trends relating to flipped learning through keyword network analysis. For investigating this topic, final 100 papers (removed due to overlap in all 205 papers) were selected as subjects from the result of research databases such as RISS, DBPIA, and KISS. After keyword extraction, coding, and data cleaning, we made a 2-mode network with final 202 keywords. In order to find out the research trends, frequency analysis, social network structural property analysis based on co-keyword network modeling, and social network centrality analysis were used. Followings were the results of the research: (a) Achievement, writing, blended learning, teaching and learning model, learner centered education, cooperative leaning, and learning motivation, and self-regulated learning were found to be the most common keywords except flipped learning. (b) Density was .088, and geodesic distance was 3.150 based on keyword network type 2. (c) Teaching and learning model, blended learning, and satisfaction were centrally located and closed related to other keywords. Satisfaction, teaching and learning model blended learning, motivation, writing, communication, and achievement were playing an intermediary role among other keywords.

안광학 분야의 교수 학습개선을 위한 모형은 통합교과 동료와 교수자 멘토링(PIM:Peer & Instructor Mentoring) 경진대회를 활용한 연구 프로젝트 교수 학습모형으로 개발하였다. 이 모형의 적용하여 얻은 결과은 다음과 같다. 교과목간의 유기적 연계성을 고려한 통합교과 교수학습 모형은 학습 성취에 효과적이다. 동료 교수자 멘토링 시스템은 학습자의 연구 프로젝트 수행에 많은 도움을 제공한다. 협력학습 프로젝트 중심수업은 자기 주도적 학습능력 향상과의 의사 소통능력에 효과적이다. 경진대회를 활용한 연구프로젝트 수업은 학습자의 동기유발과 목표지향에 추진력을 부가한다. 연구 프로젝트 수업은 관련 이론과 개념 정립 학습에 유익하다. 이처럼 본 모형 프로젝트 수업은 학과목과 축제를 병합한 새로운 교수 학습 모형을 제안하였다.
