Purpose: Service quality is a topic of constant interest in marketing research and practitioners. Service quality is an important factor influencing performance even in the context of coffee shops, and research on service quality management strategies continues by coffee shop researchers and practitioners. The service quality of coffee shops is a source of competitive advantage and is an important factor in enhancing customer and business performance. This study aims to identify the effects of cognitive evaluation on emotional and behavioral responses using a cognitive-emotional-behavioral framework and SOR model in the coffee shop context. Cognitive evaluation (service quality) consists of tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, reliability, and empathy dimensions. Research design, data, and methodology: In the proposed model, positive and negative emotions and satisfaction mediate the relationship between service quality and money to spend and visit frequency. The data were collected from customers who visited a coffee shop within the last 1 month. The survey was conducted for about one month. Among a total of 300 distributed questionnaires 261 responses were used for data analysis. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, measurement model analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis with SPSS 28.0 and SmartPLS 4.0. Results: Tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy had significant positive effects on positive emotion, while only reliability had a significant negative effect on negative emotion. Both positive and negative emotions had significant positive effects on customer satisfaction, but not on money to spend and visit frequency. Lastly, customer satisfaction had significant positive effects on money to spend and visit frequency. Conclusions: The study revealed the relative weight of cognitive factors on customer emotions and confirmed the validity of SOR model. The fact that tangibility is the most important factor in increasing positive emotions and reliability is the most important factor in reducing negative emotions provides a direction for emotional branding strategies using the service quality mix of coffee shops. This study confirmed the full mediating role of satisfaction between positive and negative emotions and consumer behaviors (money to spend and visit frequency). This infers that when a coffee shop increases customer satisfaction through customer emotion management, the customer's money to spend and visit frequency in the coffee shop increases.

Participants in this research were individualis who assumed responsibility for being the main caretaker of patients that were in hospitalization The following main results were derived. First, among the quality of medical services, tangibles, realiability, responsiveness, empathy were found to have a significant positive effect on customer trust. Second, among the quality of medical services, tangibles, realiability, responsiveness, assuracne, empathy were found to have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Third, among the quality of medical services, only realiability variable were found to have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. This result means that customer satisfaction and customer trust plays a mediating role between the medical service quality and loyalty. Fourth, customer trust was found to have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Fifth, customer satisfaction was found to have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.
The biggest change in the current medical service market is the shift from producer-based approach to customer-based approach. Thus, there is a high necessity for an introduction of market-oriented and customer-oriented marketing activities in medical institutions. Especially, revisitation and positive word-of-mouth of customers are the most effective marketing methods of consistently obtaining customers and drawing new loyal customers. Hence, the factors influencing the reuse of medical services and word-of-mouth are demonstrated using SERVQUAL, and the results show that the service factors influencing reuse intentions on medical services are assurance, responsiveness, and tangibles and the factors strengthening word-of-mouth are empathy and assurance on the services provided by medical institutions. This study has determined that revistation and word-of-mouth of customers are not only influenced by satisfaction on medical services but by the quality itself as well. Therefore, medical service providers need to pursue standardized strategies in order to enhance the quality of medical services simultaneously in addition to simply increasing the customer satisfaction level.

Statistical data analysis was completed using SAS programs for descriptive analysis and t-test. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Employees´first choice was distance when they select foodserveices. They answered their preference as the first factor when they order menu in the foodservices. The first complain factor concerning university foodservices was the taste of food. 2) Customers did not satisfied with the foodservice quality of university employee foodservices. Importance mean score of service quality was 3.81 out of 5 but percption mean score of service quality was 3.10. As the mobile internet service market is rapidly growing, measuring and managing the service quality become a more critical issue to the service providers. Thus the purpose of this study is to compare SERVQUAL, SERVPERF, and non-difference score measures and to determine which one is superior to measure the service quality of the mobile internet service. This study also aims to analyze the structural relationship between the service quality, customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions (repurchase intention and word-of-mouth). For the purpose, survey data were gathered from the respondents who have used the mobile internet services and an empirical test was conducted. As the first research result, it was revealed that the non-difference score measure showed a much better model than other service measuring models (SERVQUAL, SERVPERF). And the second result was that two service quality factors (tangibles and empathy) among the mobile internet service quality factors significantly influenced the customer satisfaction and also the customer satisfaction had a significant effect on the repurchase and word-of-mouth.

Questionnaire was prepared on the basis of the SERVQUAL model and the structural equation modeling was made on the basis of the contents surveyed. The main results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, tangibles structured with store clearance, neat uniform, information and others is the factor of service quality satisfaction. Secondly, reliability structured with service practice, problem solving, and service in accurate time is the factor of service quality satisfaction. Thirdly, assurance structured with the reliability of employees, sufficient knowledge of employees, courteous and good manner is the factor of service quality satisfaction. Fourthly, responsiveness structured with prompt service, voluntary help, customer response service and the like is the factor of service quality satisfaction. Fifthly, the sympathy structured in interest for each customer, provision of service in time convenient to use, encountering the customers with genuine feeling are the factors of service quality satisfaction. And sixthly, the service satisfaction factors would influence on the consumer behavior factors.
Continuous quality improvement through process refinement is a must for survival of all industries in the contemporary market place. This is true for both manufacturing and service sectors. While manufacturing has spearheaded quality efforts, the service sector has lagged behind primarily because of inherent difficulties. Customer satisfaction is perhaps the most important performance measure for service quality. There are a number of quality dimensions in service quality, such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. An issue of concern is ‘how can one have a unified measure of service quality across all the dimensions?' The intent of this paper is to determine if the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method could be used to derive a single quality index. AHP is a quantitative technique that structures a multi-attribute, multi-person and multi-period problem hierarchically so that solutions are facilitated. This paper presents the development of an AHP model and the derivation of a Quality Index through it. The model is used in a hypothetical case and a quality index was developed. The advantages of using such a technique are discussed.
Purpose - There is little research on the market of foreign infant education materials. So, it is needed to deeply examine the development and preference factors of foreign infant education materials. Therefore, this study presents a future method and model for analyzing the important variables of buying foreign infant education materials. Research design, data, and methodology - The conjoint analysis method and model of this paper is used as follows. Conjoint analysis method is possible to derive the attributes to be analyzed through the model of the preferred factors, and then to derive the sub-attributes of the attributes. Results - This study derived preference attributes between brand benefit, equity (brand image, loyalty, awareness), distribution network (department store, specialty stores, discount store, internet mall), and service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) in infant education materials conjoint model. Conclusions - Since the opening of the education market in Korea, parents have a high education level due to low birth rate. The advantages of the conjoint analysis method have been extended to the study of infant education materials. Based on this, this paper will identify important attributes that are considered in preference of foreign infant education materials and help to establish and implement future marketing strategies.
