Considering teaching methods for computer education is a must for effectively instructing students of knowledge and skills on computers. In this paper, we adopts STAD Cooperative Learning method, among many others, in order to reduce any burden teachers and learners may have. As a result, it finds out that practical training based on STAD Cooperative Learning is very effective in enhancing students' abilities for ICT data collection and manipulation. The teaching model driven out as a result of this study, will be a good example for teaching models in many computer-related departments. In the future, more studies on teaching models will have to take place for more effective teaching of computer courses.

Most of companies related to the area of B2B electronic commerce are making their efforts to innovate their existing business process into new designed process based on the concept of virtual enterprise. Virtual enterprise can take on many forms and definitions. Nevertheless, the rationale for this business model is clear cooperate to compete, the virtual organization advocates collaboration, partnerships, alliance and similar ideas. This studyintends to suggest an empirical clue to test several hypotheses related to the influence of environmental. organizational, and technological factor to the successful implementation of virtual enterprise in automobile industry. This research surveyed 91 corporations in Korean automobile part industry. Among those samples 86 data of corporate general managers turned out to be statistically valid. This study performed the factor analysis, Cronbach-alpha test. Pearson correlation analysis for testing the validity and the reliability of this research. The results of factor analysis and reliability test indicate that thirty issues to be surveyed are to be grouped into nine factors. The result of multiple regression shows that the influencing factors of eight independent variables on a dependent variable are cooperation between partners, information intensity, IT compatibility, IS maturity. The partners in the strategic alliance will have to trust each other in carrying out their designated roles and responsibilities. and supplying the correct information critical for creating value in virtual business environment.

The aim of this study is to find out problems between the '7th National Curriculum' and '2007 Revised National Curriculum' that would initially apply from 2009 and then to suggest better ways to improve computer education in Middle schools. A survey was carried out with a questionnaire. Based on the result, a comparison was made and a suggestion has been derived: Firstly, the computer subject should not be treated as a rival to others anymore, rather it should be considered as an essential subjects. Secondly, teachers who take computer subjects as their major should be allocated to middle schools. Thirdly, computer subjects should be taught systematically from elementary and be continued throughout in order to promote the level of the computer science education. Fourthly, the advantages of computer utilisation should be taken into account to layout the computer curriculum that is practicable and learner-centered. Finally, teachers should recognise the main aim of computer education and teach computer subjects to be useful in education. Though the revised version is not perfect the more the curriculums are revised, the better they might be expected to be developed. Consequently, whenever the newly revised computer curriculum emerges, the defects should be identified and addressed in order to achieve the aim of the computer curriculum.

The Real-time DBMS must provide the keeping, fabrication and control function which the data where the user requsets for processing inside the hour when it is restricted, it is quick most and safely[3]. In order lide this to take chare of the real-time control and fabrication function, details recording (log) of the control processing is very important in accomplished transactions from inside the Real-time DBMS. In this proposal, it sees recording which is like this in base and it proposes the new recovery function for transactions log. This recovery technique which it sees used the concept of the LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) method with basic. The proposed technique will becomes the technique which it will be able and to record to process efficiently with a same attribute and the continuous transactions log.

This study examined sewing methods used to reinforce the opening of clothes of the Joseon period. Through the analysis of a total of 117 clothing items of the Joseon period, the following results were obtained. 1. Most costumes of the Joseon period had the opening. The purpose of the opening was to allow one to put on and take off a costume, act comfortably, and turn a costume Inside out. The opening was located on the Side, Conte. Back, fgwi(Side opening of pants), Wristband, Armhole, and Godae(the bark part of the collar). 2. As the opening tended to get easily worn out, it was often reinforced. The 1911owing three methods were used to reinforce the opening of clothing items of the Joseon period: a method to attach a cloth such as Dang, Binding, and Badae; a method using a variety of knots; and a method by sewing stitches such as a sort of cross stitch called Satteugi, Prick stitch, and Loop. 3. The most frequently used reinforcing method was the one that used a knot(34 items), followed by the one by sewing Satteugi(27 items), and the one using Dang(25items). The most frequently detected location of the opening was Side(59 items), followed by Agui(37 items), Wristband(19 items), and Center Back(13 items). 4. The reinforced opening made a costume more endurable and elastic, decorative and neat.

The purpose of this study was to improve EMS-System in Korea through the research in EMS-System of advanced country. The response time is defined as the interval from the time of call receipt to the time of scene arrival. The important factor was to shorten moving distance of ambulance. It should be considered to accomplish this factor that the vehicle must be increased and the convenient location chosen for optimizing of service area. The transport of emergency patients carried out almost by 119 Emergency Medical Service but out of all the employees at 119 EMS only 11.3% have own qualified EMT degree. They should be employed more and more specially at 119 EMS for a superior level of emergency medical care for civilian. In America, EMT can take care of emergency patients following the order from medical Director at the scene of accident. But in Germany, prehospital care was emphasized from the beginning and, in those days, a medical doctor was sent for treatment of emergency patients at the scene, the so-called a Rendezvous system. Hierby this study makes the suggestion to improve the EMS-System, it is effective to use the medical Director system in America and furthermore a Rendezvous system in Germany. The functional integratin and unification of the report system as well as enough personal and equipmental elements saved together invaluable lives.

The main purpose of the present study are as follows: First, through the extensive literature review, we tried to find out environmental changes in the management thoughts. Second, as we found a new paradigm on valuation-oriented management thoughts, we argued that cost/management accounting information should play key roles in creating values. Third, we pointed out that when firms used only financial performance measurements, problems could take places. Finally, especially to promote the organizational effectiveness and efficiency, we stressed that firms should use the balanced scorecard approach in performance measurements of its own organizations and personnels.

It is very insecure to treat a butane can for cooking out of door. The human injury from the accidents of butane cans has been getting increased 1.5 times yearly since 2003. In this context, the Institute of Gas Technology Training in Korea Gas Safety Corporation carries out explosion experiment to make trainees to take all possible measures to ensure safe management of gas in the field by fully recognizing the hazards of gas explosion accidents. This study intends to examine the influence of such explosion experiments on the trainees witnessing nearby. The GEN exposed to the active students participating in the experiment away from 25 meters from the explosion site was 57.94 dB and the GEN to the passive students not participating away from 50 meters was 51.92 dB. According to Weber-Fechner's law for the lower value than 65 dB which is the environmental standard, it is safe from the place 15 meter far from the explosion place. The environmental standard of offices is 50 dB, and it is lower than the environmental standard if the office is 65 meter far from the explosion place.

This paper is proposed new fuzzy controller for high performance of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) drive New fuzzy controller take out appropriate amounts of accumulated control input according to fuzzy described situations in addition to the incremental control input calculated by conventional direct fuzzy controller. The structures of the proposed controller is motivated by the problems of direct fuzzy controller. The direct controller generally give inevitable overshoot when one tries to reduce rise time of response especially when a system of order higher than one is under consideration. The undesirable characteristics of the direct fuzzy controller are caused by integrating operation of the controller, even though the integrator itself is introduced to overcome steady state error in response. Proposed controller fuzzy clear out integrated quantities according to situation. This paper attempts to provide a thorough comparative insight into the behavior of IPMSM drive with direct and new fuzzy speed controller. The validity of the comparative results is confirmed by simulation results for IPMSM drive system.

After the Enforcement of Price Deregulation of Apartment, Apartment house get down to originality goods, The Housing Market have reorganized the nucleus by a user, have demanding the development for discriminative unit plan. The purpose of this study is that before and after the Price Decontrol of Apartment take part a variety of unit plan, search for transformation factor and analyze into the tendency of the distinction plan of Housing Goods. Before and after the Price Decontrol of Apartment, Apartment unit have analyzed from 85 $m^2$ till 152 $m^2$ private area; ten corporations of civil construction' unit in Seoul and The national capital region supply apartment, will supply apartment. For selected examples, first, unit plan is normalized from the ratio of front to side wall, bay, a Room' organization and a kind of Room, number, and for examples of unit plan of apartment, the examples were analyzed with respect to change of a Room' organization and the number of a room and the ratio of front wall to side wall for item investigated. Finally, I search out course of transformation tendency of an apartment unit plan after Enforcement of Price Deregulation and analyzed a factor. The results of the study are follows, after Enforcement of Price Deregulation, unit plan of apartment lead to change lay out, to secure each family's privacy, to secure feeling for open hearted, tendency of flexibility.
