WCBT를 이용한 대규모 자격관리 성능개선 시스템의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of a Large Scale Qualification Management System for Performance Improvement Through the Use of a WCBT(Web and Computer based Test))

  • 본 논문에서는 대규모 국가기술자격 종합관리시스템 구축 및 운영에서 중요한 관리요소인 상설검정체계가 안정성과 시스템부하 측면에서 불안요소를 가지고 있는바, 최대 효율성과 안정성을 기반으로 WBT(Web-based test)와 CBT(Computer-based test)의 장점만을 혼용한 WCBT시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템의 성능평가를 위하여 기본적 시뮬레이션으로 파일럿시스템에서 제안 기술을 적용하여 검증 한 후 대한상공회의소 실시간 국가기술자격 시험에 적용한 결과 안정성이 입증되어 지방상공회의소까지 지속적으로 확대할 계획이다. 제안 시스템은 해외자격시험에서 자주 발생되는 통신장애 문제를 근본적으로 해결하였으며 시스템부하 측면에서 최대 효율성을 보여주었다. 본 논문에서 설계 및 구현한 WCBT 서버 및 클라이언트시스템은 운영자 및 시험 감독자의 관리체계와 편리성에서도 좋은 평가를 도출하였다.

Script-based Test System for Rapid Verification of Atomic Models in Discrete Event System Specification Simulation

  • 모델링 및 시뮬레이션은 목표 시스템의 동작 검증, 성능 분석, 운용 최적화, 예측을 위해 사용되는 기술이다. 이 기술의 대표적인 이산사건 시스템 명세(DEVS)는 모델들을 엄격한 형식론으로 정의하고 모델 간의 구조를 계층화한다. 이 DEVS 모델들의 원자 모델은 목표와 다른 의도로 동작하게 될 경우 시뮬레이션은 잘못된 의사결정으로 이어질 수 있다. 그럼에도 대부분 DEVS 시스템은 모델 테스트의 부재 또는 수동 테스트 환경으로 제공하여 개발자가 모델을 검증하는 데 오랜 시간이 소비된다. 본 논문에서는 파이썬 기반 DEVS에서 정확하고 빠른 원자 모델의 검증을 위해 스크립트 기반 테스트 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 테스트 시스템은 기존 방식인 수동 테스트와 새로운 방식인 스크립트 기반 테스트를 둘 다 사용한다. 우리 시스템의 실험 결과, 제안 테스트 방식은 스크립트를 10번 연속 실행 시 24ms 이내에 실행되었다. 그리하여 제안 시스템은 스크립트 기반 테스트를 사용해서 빠른 원자 모델 검증 시간을 보장하고, 테스트 스크립트의 재사용성을 향상한다.

  • This study was conducted to construct the soil bin system and associated microcomputer-based data acquisition system which is to be used for the effective evaluation of wheel performance. The soil bin system consists of four main parts; soil bin, carriage drive system, test carriage and soil processing carriage. The test carriage was constructed to measure the five performance parameters of testing wheels; pulling forte, motion resistance, sinkage and rotational speed of test wheel, and speed of test carriage. The test wheel is powered by a hydraulic system up to 8 ps. Soil processing carriage was designed to provide uniform test soil condition across the toil bin, and reproduction of soil conditions found satisfiable. The data acquisition system consists of APPLE II PLUS microcomputer, strain amplifier, I/O interface, A/D converter, digital counter and various transducers. It takes about 0.86 seconds to measure a set of performance parameters and store on the floppy disk simultaneously. Series of experiment showed that this system can be used effectively for evaluating the wheel performance associated with soil.

  • An underwater mooing target position tracking system using image tracking system of CPMC is developed to use in a test basin. Generally the performance tests of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles(AUVs) are conducted in the sea. Some efforts to perform the test in a test basin are exist, because the real sea tests need much time and manpower. And also the real sea tests are high cost. There is a restriction to acquire the position of AUVs using sonar sensor system in the test tank, because many sound reflecters are exist in a test basin. In this paper a position tracking system for underwater mooing target developed to break though this restriction. A Tank-test is conducted to examine the performance of the position tracking system.

Study on Influences and Elimination of Test Temperature on PDC Characteristic Spectroscopy of Oil-Paper Insulation System

  • Test temperature is an important factor affecting the measurement results of dielectric response of field power transformers. In order to better apply the polarization and depolarization current (PDC) to the condition monitoring of oil-paper insulation system in power transformers, the influences and elimination method of test temperature on PDC characteristic spectroscopy (PDC-CS) were investigated. Firstly, the experimental winding sample was measured by PDC method at different test temperatures, then the PDC-CS was obtained from the measurement results and its changing rules were discussed, which show that the PDC-CS appears a horizontal mobility with the rise of temperature. Based on the rules, the “time temperature shift technique” was introduced to eliminate the influence of test temperature. It is shown that the PDC-CS at different test temperatures can be converted to the same reference temperature coincident with each other.

Integral effect test for steam line break with coupling reactor coolant system and containment using ATLAS-CUBE facility

  • To improve safety analysis technology for a nuclear reactor containment considering an interaction between a reactor coolant system (RCS) and containment, this study aims at an experimental investigation on the integrated simulation of the RCS and containment, with an integral effect test facility, ATLAS-CUBE. For a realistic simulation of a pressure and temperature (P/T) transient, the containment simulation vessel was designed to preserve a volumetric scale equivalently to the RCS volume scale of ATLAS. Three test cases for a steam line break (SLB) transient were conducted with variation of the initial condition of the passive heat sink or the steam flow direction. The test results indicated a stratified behavior of the steam-gas mixture in the containment following a high-temperature steam injection in prior to the spray injection. The test case with a reduced heat transfer on the passive heat sink showed a faster increase of the P/T inside the containment. The effect of the steam flow direction was also investigated with respect to a multi-dimensional distribution of the local heat transfer on the passive heat sink. The integral effect test data obtained in this study will contribute to validating the evaluation methodology for mass and energy (M/E) and P/T transient of the containment.

Development of the Unmanned Automatic Test System for a Portable Detector using TRIZ TESE

  • 본 논문에서 운용자의 지속적인 작업 없이 휴대용탐지장치의 기능 및 성능시험을 원격으로 수행하기 위한 무인자동화시험시스템의 설계 개선을 위해 TRIZ 방법론의 기술적 진화법칙(TESE, Trends of Engineering System Evolution)을 적용한 방안을 제안한다. 시험에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 고려하여 휴대용탐지장치 한 대당 소요되는 시간 비용을 최소화하고 한번 시험시 최대한 많은 수의 휴대용탐지장치를 시험할 수 있도록 개선된 효율적인 설계 개발 방안을 도출한다. 또한 설계된 구조와 개선된 설계 구조에 대한 3D 모델링 형상을 설계하여 설계 개선 전과 후의 무인자동화시험시스템을 비교한다. 여기서 제안된 방안을 적용한 무인자동화시험시스템은 기존 시험시스템의 여러 가지 단점들을 해결함으로써 이상성을 높이고 휴대용탐지장치의 기능 및 성능시험 효율을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The KSR-III developed by KARI is the first rocket vehicle which is adopting the liquid propellant rocket engine system in Korea. Not only the engine itself, but also the propellant feeding system is one of the most important component in liquid rocket vehicle. In this paper, the authors are intended to introduce the multi-purpose test facility(PTA-II Test Facility) which is constructed for the variety of tests on KSR-III feeding system(single component tests, verification tests, cold flow tests and combustion tests). With the results of these tests, we can identify the characteristics of rocket feeding system and decide the optimum setting values of feeding system for the successful flight.

자동비상제동 시스템의 안전성능평가 (Performance Evaluation Procedure for Advanced Emergency Braking System)

  • This paper presents a performance evaluation procedure for advanced emergency braking (AEB) system. To guarantee the performance of AEB system, AEB test scenario should contains various driving conditions which can be occurred in real driving condition. Also, performances of each elements of AEB system, such as sensor, decision, human machine interface (HMI) and control, should be evaluated in various situations. For this, driving conditions, road types, environment, and elements of AEB system were introduced. Test scenario has been designed to represent the real driving condition and to evaluate the safety performance of AEB system in various situations. To confirm that the proposed AEB test scenario is realistic and physically meaningful, vehicle test have been conducted in two cases of proposed AEB test scenario: subject vehicle cut-out scenario and narrow street turn left scenario.

웹소켓을 이용한 모바일 앱 테스트 시스템 설계 (A Design of Mobile App Test System Using Web Socket)

  • In this paper, we propose a testing method of the quality of device application effectively reflecting the necessity of increasing mobile device application quality test, and designed and developed it as a web system. We have studied traditional software testing methods for designing and developing a system. We have developed a next-generation alternative technology that can analyze and compensate for the weaknesses of the web and weaknesses of the Android in order to realize the access system and the responsive web system. As an example applied to the system, we analyzed the requirements of the system implementation and expressed the functions of the system through the use case diagram. The test scenarios were conducted by connecting 5,000 devices to each system using the existing HTTP polling method and the proposed web socket method. After setting the comparative group, the result of the proposed web management system was observed and compared through repeated tests. The research shows that the proposed web socket system has better performance than HTTP polling. The more the number of simultaneous processing of the devices, the lower the server stability but the better the time efficiency. In conclusion, the more the number of devices to be tested is, the more the number of devices can be effectively tested using the proposed web management system.
