김정은 시대 북한의 금융제도 변화 - 북한 문헌 분석을 중심으로 - (Changes in North Korea's Financial System During the Kim Jong-un Era - Based on North Korean Literature)

  • 본고는 김정은 집권 이후 추진된 금융부문에서의 개혁조치에 주목하여 그 변화의 내용을 북한 문헌을 중심으로 분석하고 개혁수준을 평가하였다. 분석 결과, 김정은 집권 이후 북한은 중앙은행과 상업은행이 조직적·기능적으로 분리된 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업은 은행계좌에서의 현금 인출 및 기업간 현금결제가 허용되는 등 종전의 무현금 화폐가 수동적 화폐(passive money)에서 구매력이 있는 능동적 화폐(active money)로 일부 기능할 수 있게 되었다. 중앙은행과 상업은행이 조직적·기능적으로 분리됨에 따라 중앙은행의 발권이 상업은행을 통한 화폐공급 방식으로 변화되었으며, 화폐유통구조의 변화도 함께 이루어져 상업은행의 신용창조 기능이 구현될 수 있게 되었다. 종합해보면, 사회주의계획경제의 은행 및 화폐·지급결제제도가 시장경제의 방식으로 변화되고 있음을 의미한다. 금융부문에서의 개혁은 제반 경제제도 변화를 뒷받침하고 공금융의 기능 회복을 위해 필요했던 것으로서 개혁수준의 측면에서는 진일보한 것이나, 아직 그 수준은 사회주의 체제 내에서의 변화인 과거 구소련의 페레스트로이카 시기 또는 중국의 개혁개방 초기와 유사한 것으로 평가된다. 북한의 금융개혁은 법제정 측면에서는 구소련 및 중국의 개혁 수준보다 우수하지만, 상업은행의 기능 구현 측면에서는 미흡하다. 또한, 계획경제가 유지되는 제도적 제약요인과 공금융에 대한 신뢰 결여 등은 변화된 금융제도의 실효성 및 발전성을 제한할 것으로 보인다. 본고의 분석결과는 북한에서 발간된 문헌에 기초하고 있다는 점에 유의할 필요가 있다. 즉, 최근의 변화가 김정은 집권 이후의 청사진으로 일부 지역에서 시범적으로 추진된 것인지, 전면적으로 추진되고 있는지에 대한 실상은 설명하지 못한다는 한계가 있다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. Mice from both groups were irradialed for approximately 15 minutes at 100, 300, or 500 mW/cm2 with the argon (488nm/514.5 nm), dye(628nm) and gold vapor (pulsed 628 nm) laser light. A photosensitizer behaved as an added absorber. Under our experimental conditions, the presence of Photolfrin II increased surface temperature by at least 40% and the temperature rise due to 300 mW/cm2 irradiation exceeded values for hyperthermia. Light and temperature distributions with depth were estimated by a computer model. The model demonstrated the influence of wavelength on the thermal process and proved to be a valuable tool to investigate internal temperature rise. 30536 T00401030536 ^x We investigated the structural geometry of thirty-eight Korean femurs. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. The results suggested that the femoral component suitable for Asians should be different from the currently-used components designed and manufactured mostly by European or American companies. 30537 T00401030537 ^x It is well known that nonlinear propagation characteristics of the wave in the tissue may give very useful information for the medical diagnoisis. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Our department has developed an information system for routine hematology using down-sized computer system. We have used an IBM 486 compatible PC with 16MB main memory, 210 MB hard disk drive, 9 RS-232C port and 24 pin dot printer. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The frame and leaflet of the polymer valve were made from polyurethane, To evaluate the hemodynamic performance of the polymer valve a comparative study of flow dynamics past a polymer valve and a St. Jude Medical prosthetic valve under physiological pulsatile flow conditions in vitro was made. Comparisons between the valves were made on the transvalvular pressure drop, regurgitation volume and maximum valve opening area. The polymer valve showed smaller regurgitation volume and transvalvular pressure drop compared to the mechanical valve at higher heart rate. Because the point of maximun temperature of laser-irradiated gelatin exists below the surface due to surface cooling, evaporation at the boiling temperature is made explosively from below the surface. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. We obtained a two-dimensional current density distribution within a phantom by processing the real and imaginary MR images from a 4.77 NMR machine. We implemented a resistivity mage reconstruction algorithm using the finite element method and sensitivity matrix. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury. The main unit includes a 12.1" TFT color LCD, a main CPU board, and peripherals such as a module controller, Ethernet LAN card, video card, rotate/push button controller, etc. The main unit can connect at maximum three module cases each of which can accommodate up to 7 parameter modules. They include the modules for electrocardiograph, respiration, invasive blood pressure, noninvasive blood pressure, temperature, and SpO2 with Plethysmograph.SpO2 with Plethysmograph.

The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction.   • 목적 : 3.0 Tesla 고 자장에서 고 해상도 나선주사영상을 수행하였다. 나선주사영상은 초고속 영상기법의 하나로서, Echo Planar Imaging(EPI)에 비하여 eddy current 가 작게 발생하고, 경사자계 파형의 기울기가 완만하여 상대적으로 낮은 slew rate 를 가진 경사자계시스템으로 구현이 가능한 장점이 있다. 또한 고 자장 영상에서 고속스핀에코(Fast Spin Echo: FSE) 등의 rf 에코 기반의 고속영상방법에서 심각하게 대두되는 SAR 문제가 근원적으로 발생하지 않는 장점이 있어 고 자장에서의 초고속영상방법으로 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 3.0 Tesla 에서 나선주사방식으로 고 해상도 영상을 얻어 고 자장 MRI에서 나선주사영상기법의 다양한 응용 가능성을 살펴보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 3 Tesla 전신 자기 공명 영상 시스템에서 다양한 해상도의 나선주사영상 방법을 개발하였다. 고차(higher-order) shimming 을 통하여 영상의 화질을 개선하였고, 해상도에 맞게 interleaves 수를 조절하였다. 스핀에코 와 gradient에코 기반 나선주사영상방법을 구현하였고, 에코 time 과 repetition time, rf 회전 각도를 조절하여 영상의 대조도(contrast)와 신호대잡음비를 조절하였다. 결과 : 3 Tesla 전신 자기 공명 영상 시스템에서 나선 주사 방법을 이용하여 다양한 해상도의 영상을 얻었다. 고 자장에서 주 자장의 불균일도(inhomogeneity) 의 절대 크기가 커지기 때문에 이를 줄이기 위한 shimming 이 더욱 중요해진다. 한번의 스캔으로 axial, sagittal, coronal 방향의 불균일도 map을 구하여 spherical harmonics 분석으로 고차 shimming을 하였다. 팬텀과 in-vivo 두부 영상에서 single shot 나선주사 영상으로 $100{\times}100$ 정도의 영상과 6-12 정도의 interleaves 를 적용하여 $256{\times}256$ 의 고 해상도 영상을 얻을 수 있었다. 결론 : 신호대잡음비의 향상과 스펙트럼의 분리, 뇌기능영상에서 BOLD 효과 향상 등으로 고자장 영상에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 그러나 고 자장 영상에서의 rf field 에 의한 SAR 증가는 중요한 제한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 나선주사영상은 SAR 문제가 근원적으로 발생하지 않고, EPI에 비하여 하드웨어 요구 조건이 낮아 고 자장에서의 고속영상방법으로 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 고차 shimming 을 통하여 불균일도를 개선하고, single shot 과 interleaving 을 적용한 multi-shot 나선주사영상 기법으로 $100{\times}100$에서 $256{\times}256$의 고해상도 영상을 얻어 고 자장에서 초고속영상기법으로 다양한 적용 가능성을 보였다.

돈 슬러리용 고형물 분리시스템 개발 (Development of an Solid Separation System for Pig Slurry)

  • 본 연구는 경제적이고 효율적으로 돈 슬러리를 분리할 수 있는 새로운 고형물 분리 시스템을 개발하여 최적 시스템의 운행요건을 구명하고 1일 처리용량 200$\ell$ 규모의 pilot에서 분리 시스템의 인자도출 및 분리효율 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 돈 슬러리의 고형물 분리를 위해 간이 저장조와 순환조, 고정식 생물막조로 구성되는 시스템을 개발하여 본시험에 공시하였다. 2. 시스템의 효율을 구명하기 위해서 폭기량과 스크류 배출기의 회전수를 측정한 결과 폭기량은 0.3 l /min에서 Bulking 현상이 거의 나타나지 않았으며 슬럿지 부유현상은 매우 경미하였고 침전효과가 좋았으며 스크류배출기의 회전수는 114ppm에서 고형물 수분 함량이 62%로 수분조절재 없이 축분 퇴비화할 수 있는 조간이 형성되었다. 3. 순환조의 순환 횟수에 따른 오염농도감소는 유입 슬러리의 농도가 낮고 높음에 관계없이 일정한 수준을 감소시켜 주었다. 본 시험에 이용되는 돈 슬러리의 오염농도는 BOD$_{5}$, COD/ sub Mn/, and SS가 각각 15,970($\pm$2,389)mg/l , 20,0040($\pm$5,512)mg/l 및 26,486 ($\pm$5,935)mg/ l 이었으나 순환조의 2회 순환시$BOD_5,\;COD_{Mn}$, and SS 가 각각 5,630mg/l, 5,260mg/l 및 1,250mg/l으로 감소되었다. 4. 따라서, 이 시스템을 돈 슬러리 정화의 전처리시스템으로 적용함으로서 고형물은 수분조절재가 없이 퇴비화 할 수 있고 돈슬러리를 정화처리시 고농도의 오염물질 때문에 처리효율이 떨어지는 활성오니법의 단점을 보완케 함으로서 활성오니 법을 이용한 정화 효율을 크게 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.관찰되었다.3시간 SO$_2$폭로군에서 대조군에 비해 많이 증가하였고 그외의 실험군에서는 대조군에 비해 대부분의 세포에서 감소하거나 소실되었으며 대조군에서 나타나지 않던 점액화된 상피세포들은 모두 SO$_2$폭로군에서 중섬점액질만을 함유하고 있었으며 100 ppm 및 200ppm SO$_2$폭로군에서 그 양이 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 산성점액질의 양은 10 ppm 및 50ppm 3시간 SO$_2$폭로군에서는 대조군에 비하여 많이 증가하였으나. 그외 대부분의 SO$_2$폭로군에서는 현전히 감소하거나 소실되었다. 대조군에 비해 SO$_2$폭로군에서 강 sulfomucin은 감소하는경향을 나타내었고, 100 ppm및 200 ppm SO$_2$폭로군에서 강 sulfomucin은 소실되었으나 sialomucin은 대조군에 비해 증가하는경향을 보였다. 하비중격선의 중성점액질은 양은 대조군에 비해 SO$_2$폭로군에서 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으며 100ppm및 200ppm SO$_2$ 폭로군에서 그 감소가 아주 현저하게 대부분의 선포들에서 중성 점액질이 소실되었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 SO$_2$는 비강에 심대한 병리조직학적 변화뿐만 아니라 점액질 대사에 심대한 영향을 미쳐 심한 병변을 야기시킴을 알수 있었다. 전반적으로 SO$_2$의호흡기 영향은 고농도로 갈수록 심한 영향을 미쳤으며 저 농도 에서도 폭로시간이 길어짐에 따라 나타나는 SO$_2$의영향이 고농도와 유사한경향을 나타내며 또한 모든 SO$_2$의 농도를 비교해보면 폭로 시간이 길어질수록 그영향이 더 심하게 나타났다.ate to harvest

  • 폐플라스틱에 대한 국가 간 수출입 제한에 따라, 폐플라스틱의 국내 처리 및 재활용 방안을 모색할 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 A 기업의 폐필름 발생 현황 및 운영 정보를 참고하여 가구 표면 마감용 sheet 및 edge 제조시 발생하는 PET·OPP 합성 폐필름의 재활용사업에 대한 비용 편익을 분석하였다. 폐플라스틱 처리는 그간 영세업체에 맡겨져 현황 파악이 어렵고 수익성 담보가 되지 않아, 재활용 기술이 있더라도 활용되기에 어려움이 따랐다. 본 연구에서는 폐플라스틱 물질 재활용 방안의 하나로써, 폐필름 발생 사업장에서 PET·OPP 합성 폐필름을 박리하여 폐PET 재활용이 이루어지는 것으로 가정하되, 재활용 비율은 정부가 「전주기 탈 플라스틱 대책」에서 제시한 수치를 활용하여 2%, 10%, 20%, 30% 재활용할 경우 비용편익을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 폐PET 재활용 방안으로 물리적 박리 기술이 도입되는 것으로 가정하여 폐PET 재활용 비율에 따른 비용편익분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 폐PET의 재활용 비율이 30% 이상일 경우에만, 비용 편익비율(Benefit-cost ration, BCR)이 BCR ≥1 에 해당하여 최소비용 편익비율을 충족하는 것으로 나타났으며 이 때, BCR 값은 1.32였다. 향후 정부의 지원금 할당비율과 단가가 상향될 것으로 예상됨에 따라 비용 편익비율은 더욱 높아질 것으로 사료된다. 해당 사례는 유사 업종의 사업장에 폐PET 재활용 및 수익 창출을 위한 시범 Case가 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 출아효모인 Sacharomyces cerevisiae S288C균주를 이용한 효모의 게놈이 완성된 후 S. cerevisiae는 다양한 연구 모델로 이용되어져 왔다. 현재까지 효모를 이용한 기능 유전체학 측면에서의 연구는 laboratory strainin인 S288C 균주 또는 그 유래의 균주들이다. 그러나 자연에서 분리된 효모 또는 산업적으로 이용되어지고 있는 S. cerevisiae의 유전학 측면에서의 연구는 낮은 포자형성률 및 형질전환률, 그리고 S288C 균주와의 게놈상의 상이성 때문에 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 여기서 우리 연구진은 자연에서 분리된 Saccharomyces cerevisiae KNU5377 균주를 이용하여 random spore analysis를 통해 MATa 및 $MAT{\alpha}$ 타입의 각각의 haploid cell을 분리 후 이미 보고된 KanMX module를 가지고 round PCR기법에 의한 short flanking homology 기법을 이용하여 전사조절인자인 HSF1 유전자가 치환된 변이주를 구축할 수 있었다. 덧붙여, 모든 유전자에 이 기법을 적용할 수는 없다는 것을 확인하였다. 앞으로 이 변이주를 통해 기능 유전체학적인 측면에서 이 유전자의 스트레스와의 관련성을 연구하고자 한다.

기질의 담체화를 이용한 키토산올리고당의 생산 (The Production of Chitosanoligosaccharides Using Chitosan Bead)

  • 키토산의 가수분해 산물인 키토산 올리고당의 효율적이고 단순화된 분리를 위하여 기질인 키토산을 담체화 하여 효소를 이용한 올리고당의 생산에 있어서 product의 새로운 분리법에 대한 가능성을 연구하였다. 기질로 사용한 chitosan bead 를 W/O emulsion 상분리법을 이용한 유기상의 방법과 키토산 용액을 알칼리 용액에 적하하는 수상의 방법으로 제조하였는데 bead가 효소와 접촉하는 표면적을 최대로 하기 위하여 구형으로 제조하였다. 이때 유기상 bead의 지름은 $200{\mu}m$였고, 수상 bead의 경우 $4000{\mu}m$, $100{\mu}m$, $30{\mu}m$였다. pH 와 온도, 효소의 양을 변화시켜 가면서 반응 시스템에서 최 적의 유기상 bead의 가수분해 조건을 조사한 결과 pH 6.0, 온도는 $50^{\circ}C$, 그리고 효소의 양은 40U이 최적임을 알 수 있 었다. 유기상 bead의 최적 가수분해 조건을 수상 bead에 적 용시켜 반응성을 살펴보았는데 반응에 사용된 수상 bead의 표면적이 유기상 bead에 비하여 낮음에도 불구하고 거의 동 일한 분해도를 나타내었다. 수상 bead의 경우 크기가 작을수록 높은 분해도를 나타냈으며, 각 bead를 사용하였을 때 생산된 최종 산물의 올리고당의 조성을 HPLC와 GPC로 분석하였는데, 유기상 bead로부터 생산된 올리고당의 조성은 주 로 2-4당이었으며, 수상 bead로부터 생산된 올리고당의 조성은 2-5당이었고, 평균 분자량은 M.W. 540과 M.W. 380이었다.

MC-50 싸이클로트론을 이용한 $^{123}I$ 제법 연구 (The Development of Iodine-123 with MC-50 Cyclotron)

  • $^{123}I$, which is applied for the thyroid and other in vivo kinetic study, has a special role in life sciences. The 159 KeV $\gamma-ray$ from $^{123}I$ is almost ideally appropriate for the current imaging instrumentation. Its decay mode (electron capture) and short half-life (13.3 hr) reduced the burden of radiation dose to the patients, and its chemical property makes it easy to synthesize the labelling compounds. In this experiment, the production of $^{123}I$ via the nuclear reaction $^{124}Te(p,2n)^{123}I$ with 28 MeV protons was sutdied. $TeO_2$ is used as a target material, because it has good physical properties. The target was prepared with $TeO_2$ powder and was molten into a ellipsoidal cavity (a=14 mm, b=10 mm, $270.8mg/cm^2$ thick) of pure platinum. The irradiation was carried out in the external proton beam with incident energies range from 28 MeV to 22 MeV, and current was $30{\mu}A$. The loss of $TeO_2$ target was significantly reduced by using $4\pi-cooling$ system in irradiation. The dry distillation method was adopted for the separation of $^{123}I$ from irradiated target, and when it was kept 5 minutes at $780^{\circ}C$, its result was quantitative. The loss of the target material $(TeO_2)$ was below 0.2% for each production run and $^{123}I$ from the dry distillation apparatus was captured with 0.01 N NaOH in $Na^{123}I$ form, then the pH of the solution was adjusted to $7.5\sim9.0$ with HC1/NaOH. The $Na^{123}I$ solution was passed through $0.2{\mu}m$ membrane filter, and sterilized under high pressure and temperature for 30 minutes. The production of $^{123}I$ is acceptable for clinical application based on the quality of USP XXI.

다층박막적층법을 이용한 담수화용 그래핀 나노복합체 분리막 개발 (Development of Graphene Nanocomposite Membrane Using Layer-by-layer Technique for Desalination)

  • 정삼투법을 이용한 해수담수화는 역삼투 공정에 비해 에너지 절감이 가능하여 해수담수화 차세대 기술로 주목받고 있다. 막을 기반으로 하는 수처리 분야에서 분리 성능을 향상시키고 새로운 기능을 부여하기 위해, 고분자 매트릭스에 필러인 나노물질을 삽입하는 박막 나노복합체 분리막(thin film nanocomposite, TFN) 개발에 대한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 딥 코팅(dip coating) 방법을 기반으로 한 다층박막적층법(Layer-by-layer, LBL)을 이용하여 산화그래핀(graphene oxide, GO)의 나노 적층구조를 제어하여, 정삼투 공정에서의 높은 안정성 및 높은 수투과도 및 염 제거, 낮은 염 역확산을 갖는 그래핀 나노복합체 분리막을 개발하고자 하였다. 정삼투 공정의 성능 향상을 위한 산화그래핀의 환원 반응시간과 LBL 딥코팅 적층 수의 최적화를 통해, 수투과도 2.51 LMH/bar, 물분자 선택성 8.3 L/g, 염 제거율 99.5%를 갖는 나노복합체 분리막을 개발하였다. 이는 상용화된 CTA FO 분리막보다 수투과도는 10배, 물분자 선택성은 4배 높게 향상되었으며, 염 제거율은 비슷한 수준으로 나타났다.
