The main purpose of Korea Space Launch Vehicle II(KSLV-II) Program is to develop a domestic launch vehicle that can deliver a 1.5ton class application satellite into a Low Earth Orbit(600~800km). The data management is an essential factor in systems engineering for success of large-scale complex systems development, and it systematically manages the information and technical data for the total life-cycle of a system. In this paper, data management policies and processes on KSLV-II program are presented, and product life-cycle management system for KSLV-II program is also presented.

This paper presents a computer design program for In-Core Instrumentation(ICI) guide tube routing and locations on support system, and checking the interference between ICI guide tubes in the reactor coolant system of typical Pressurized Water Reactor. The program, ICITRIC, has been written in FORTRAN language which is available under UNIX environment. Results of this program are compared with those of the commercial code, PATRAN, and both results are almost same Also the results may provide input data for ICI system static and dynamic analysis performed by the commercial code, SUPER PIPE. This program can simulate ICI guide tube routing and locations on support system, and checking the interference between ICI guide tubes. Through a process of iteration, the designer can apply initial conditions, and modify the routing until satisfied with the overall system performance.

The passive type RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) System using Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) tag at 900 MHz in the range of more than 1 m was fabricated. To improve interrogation range of the system propose a method to increase isolation between transmitter and receiver. This method using a direct conversion architecture achieves a leakage rejection of 10 dB increased compared with conventional system. Measured interrogation range is more than 1 m.

In this study, a robot welding programming system is developed for gantry-type robot using a neutral CAD data format. The system automatically extracts welding line data from tile CAD model represented in IGES format and generates a robot program based on the weld line extracted. The welding program is simulated jar verification by using IGRlP, a virtual manufacturing solution. The robot welding programming system is demonstrated with a simple example.

In this research a real time control system was developed without program codings during control system designing procedures. On the Simulink window control system is designed in the form of block diagrams, program codes are produced automatically with the real time workshop package(RTW), then c compiler compiles the program codes. With this automatic real time program producing mechanism rapid prototyping is realized. To show effectiveness of the proposed designing scheme a DSP-based induction motor vector control system was constructed and implemented

Hasa TM/TC system is composed of one control center, two reservoirs, six pumping stations and twelve canal systems. For this system we developed water management program which includes flood forecast program, drought reduction program, irrigation scheduling program and database program. With these program we expect that operators can improve the irrigation efficiencies of the irrigation systems due to the timely irrigation on a right place, in a proper quantity and reduce the cost of maintenance and reduce flood and drought damages of the Hasa district. In agricultural engineering respect, the databases including water level, rainfall, the amount of flowing can be useful to the researcher who make a study of hydrology and hydraulics in rural area. Water management program records all of the TM/TC data to MOB format file per 10 minutes.

Traditional slicing techniques make slices through dependence graphs. They also improve the accuracy of slices. However, traditional slicing techniques require many vertices and edges in order to express a data communication link because they are based on static slicing techniques. Therefore the graph becomes very complicated, and size of the slices is larger. We propose the representation of a dynamic object-oriented program dependence graph so as to process the slicing of object-oriented programs that is composed of related programs in order to process certain jobs. We also propose an efficient slicing algorithm using the relations of relative tables in order to compute dynamic slices of object-oriented programs. Consequently, the efficiency of the proposed efficient dynamic object-oriented program dependence graph technique is also compared with the dependence graph techniques discussed previously As a result, this is certifying that an efficient dynamic object-oriented program dependence graph is more efficient in comparison with the traditional object-oriented dependence graphs and dynamic object-oriented program dependence graph.

In this paper, a new program recommendation system is proposed to recommend user preferred VOD program in IPTV environment. A proposed system is implemented with hybrid filtering method that can cooperatively complements the shortcomings of the content-based filtering and collaborative filtering. For a user program preference, a single-scaled measure is designed so that the recommendation performance between content-based filtering and collaborative filtering is easily compared and reflected to final hybrid filtering procedure. In order to provide more accurate program recommendation, we use not only the user watching history, but also the user program preference and sub-genre program preference updated every week as a user preference profile. System performance is evaluated with modified IPTV data from real 24-weeks cable TV watching data provided by Nilson Research Corp. and it shows quite comparative quality of recommendation.

This study describes the development of nursing education program on web-based instruction for Nursing Management Practice of nursing school. The program has been developed based on five steps of the teaching-learning design model developed by Chung, In-Sung which is widely used in Web-Based Instruction(WBI). The objective of this study was to develop nursing education program on WEI and to evaluate its effectiveness. The subjects consisted of twenty-four senior nursing students taking the Nursing Management Practice course. Two sets of questionnaires were used for this study. They were asked to evaluate the program in terms of appropriateness of the teaching strategy, precision of the contents, easiness of use, easiness of approaching system, interface design, system management, enhancement of communication, and effectiveness of learning. The program was developed in five steps, analysis of the student, design of the contents, production of the system, implementation of the system, and evaluation of the effectiveness. It is concluded that this program was very useful in increasing the effectiveness of learning and motivation in the students. In addition to this, the web-based learning system would be one of the best qualified educational method for nursing students. Therefore, I would suggest that it can be used for other nursing courses which is available on the Web.
