The development of multimedia environment based on such technology as graphics, image, voice, and video, personal computer systems use has become the media for interactive teaching-teaming service. These features have made integrated multimedia education feasible. This research suggested a direction for the development of an interactive distance education system. I have developed an education system which cooperate problem bank and learning system. This system support arbitration of the relative difficulty in the problem bank database. An ongoing version of this research was evaluated. Those findings reveal several factors that influence how the proposed system can be tailored to the students' perspectives in order to come up with the enhanced version of this system.

Furthermore, the study aims to suggest advertisements that contain meaningful materials through the criteria among the public and commercial advertisements as of 2017. Advertisements have advantages in three aspects as they focus on current culture, cultural implications and the ease of teaching and learning. These advantages indicate the usefulness of advertisements in value education. Also, the research of Hofstede (2010), Kang (2007), and Kim et al. (2011) provide discussion regarding educational contents. Subsequently, the criteria for selecting advertisements are further developed as the main purpose of this study. The criterion are to consider the objectives of culture education, to take into account the learning situation, to find relevance between the contents of the advertisement and the contents for the value system education, and consider expressive methods of advertisements and extensibility to the activities. Next, advertisements were selected for core educational items and the list of 22 is presented according to the value system, educational contents and the criterion of the advertisements discussed in the above.

  • What are the implications for us through the discussion on the effect of Germany's dual system of vocational education on the youth unemployment rate? You can find out what kind of evaluation Germany is receiving on the dual system vocational education system implemented based on the 'Vocational Education and Training Act' (Berufsbildungsgesetz), and the specific system establishment form for the industry-academic-government cooperation system. It was possible to present the crises and problems of these systems. Responsibility for the dual system of vocational education in Germany rests with the national and state ministries of education, and private enterprises and chambers of commerce are responsible for business practices. Practical work in a company is conducted through skill-oriented education, and in vocational schools, competency-oriented theoretical education is received. In addition, the necessity and demand for digital vocational and education training in accordance with German Idustrie 4.0 and higher vocational education degree acquisition through dual-degree courses were identified. It can be seen that the youth unemployment rate is the lowest in Europe due to the successful development and utilization of human resources to improve the competitiveness of companies, such as dual vocational education and training (VET) at all levels, higher vocational education at universities, and continuing vocational education programs. Vocational education in Korea will also be able to improve the unemployment rate by establishing a system that allows schools and businesses to conduct vocational education and training simultaneously. In particular, it was possible to judge the necessity of 'close consultation between labor, management, and government', which we consider the most important and should lead to in-depth discussion and cooperation for dual education between vocational schools and companies.

  • This paper analyzes the current state of operation and the effect of introduction of the single accreditation system, which was fully introduced in 2016 by the Accreditation Board of Engineering Education Korea(ABEEK). Because Engineering Education Accreditation are program-based certification, and department operates accreditation programs and non-accreditation programs, if a student under the accreditation program fails to graduate from the accreditation program, he or she must complete the transfer to a non-accreditation program at least one year before graduation. Since 2016, when the single accreditation system was introduced, freshmen of department have allowed non-accreditation graduation only for reasons prescribed separately by the program's regulations or guidelines. In order to identify and reflect the operational status and effectiveness of the single accreditation system in the 2020 accreditation review, ABEEK conducted a complete survey on the current status of graduates in February 2020 among 157 programs at 26 universities receiving the 2020 accreditation review. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the improvement of the single accreditation system in the future by examining the effects of the single accreditation system implemented after 2016 and considering the problems at the site due to the introduction of the single accreditation system of programs that ABEEK had not previously expected.
