프랑스는 문화영역에서 강력한 보호정책을 채택하고 있는 국가 중 하나다. '문화적 다양성' 혹은 '문화적 예외'라는 원칙을 내걸고 프랑스는 미국의 '세계화' 정책에 맞서고 있다. 시청각 콘텐츠 영역에서도 마찬가지로 프랑스는 헐리우드 영화의 침범에 맞서 자신의 영화적 영역을 보호하기 위해 보호정책을 채택하고 있다. 프랑스 정부의 다양한 지원 가운데서, 특히 우리는 신인감독에 대한 지원체계와 이 체계 안에서 CNC의 역할에 패해 주목한다. 따라서 이글에서는 정부기관으로서 CNC가 어떻게 프랑스의 시청각영역에 대해 영향력을 행사하는지를 살펴보고, 어떤 과정을 통해 신인감독들의 작업에 실질적인 지원을 제공하는 지를 살펴볼 것이다.

Korea Credit Guarantee Fund(KODIT) is a public financial institution under the provision of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund Act. Facing the waves of change both locally and globally, KODIT will serve as 'social value creator' in making a paradigm shift from a large corporation(Conglomerate-dominated) economy to a social enterprise-oriented one based on social economy. This study focuses on the supporting service programs for social enterprises and job creation how it affects the performance of social value creation of KODIT. There is currently no detailed research of the social value in terms of the business and management academic agenda. Therefore, the present study describes the importance of social value creation on the policy financial institution. This study conducted in-depth case study for social value performance. As a public policy financial institution, KODIT exert diverse efforts to correct market failure and achieve inclusive growth. For example, KODIT extends credit guarantee services for the liabilities of promising corporations and stimulates financial and non-financial supporting programs for social enterprises. Although the role of social value and social economy has gained business field attention, few investigations have been conducted to explain how social value is achieved. The present study can thus act as the foundation for exploring the social value creation in the circumstances of public financial institution.

To enhance Social Welfare and Public Interests, government has been enforcing the policies that induce private Sector to participate in the Public Service. In general, these policies consist of the direct or indirect supporting systems, including the advantages of taxation applicable to Private Sector that takes part in Public Service. Of the various supporting systems taken by government, the privilege from the taxes is known to the most important supporting system. The representative exemple is the tax beduction of amounts donated to the not-for-profit organizations. That is to say that donations can be deductible from taxable amounts on assessing inheritance tax and gift tax. Generally much higher cumulative tax rates are applied to the laws of inheritance tax and gift tax than the other taxes in order to redistribute the social wealth and to restrain the concentration of the wealth. On the other hand, the special exemption from the taxes can be applied to not-for-profit organization according to the standards of the relevant lows and regulations, because not-for-profit organization usually performs the partial role of government in Public Service. The perpose of this study is to find the systematical support that the not-for-profit organizations can practice Public service more efficiently than government. This study approaches the subject by means of examining current taxation systems of inheritance tax law and gift tax law and developing systematic alternatives that can make inefficient parts in taxation systems more reasonable.

Purpose: This study aims to explore the significance and potential strategies for revitalizing local currency systems. Designed for use within specific regions or communities, local currencies play a crucial role in supporting and revitalizing local economies. By promoting local consumption and supporting local businesses, local currencies contribute to economic growth and job creation at the community level. Research design, data and methodology: The research methodology involves a comprehensive review of existing literature and various case studies to analyze the effectiveness and sustainability of local currencies. The literature review investigates the theoretical background and diverse implementation cases of local currencies, while the case studies identify the success factors and challenges faced by actual local currency initiatives. Results: This paper confirms that local currencies contribute to economic growth and job creation at the community level by promoting local consumption and supporting local businesses. Additionally, this study investigates the economic, social, and environmental impacts of local currencies. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study analyzes the challenges faced by local currency systems and proposes strategies to enhance their effectiveness and sustainability. These strategies are expected to provide practical assistance in the development and implementation of local currencies, contributing to the revitalization of local economies and the sustainable development of local communities.

A methodology of ontology design and a computer system supporting ontology design are needed. Our research goals include development of a methodology for ontology design and a its support environment. Although several systems for building ontologies have been implemented, they do not consider ontological theory very much. We discuss how to apply the \"role-concept\" and \"relationship\" in our environment, named Hozo, for creating and using ontologies. We present the architecture, functionalities of its modules, its interface and the some experiences on the design and use of ontologies.

The clinical efficacy of serotonin reuptake inhibitors such as clomipramine in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder(OCD) has fueled interest in the neurobiological basis of this illness. OCD is responsive exclucively to potent serotonin reuptake inhibitors clomipramine, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, sertraline, and paroxetine and this point forms the important evidence supporting a cental role for serotonin in the pathogenesis of the disorder. Other serotonergic medications such as lithium, buspirone, trazodone, or fenfluramine may be useful as adjuvant treatments in treatmentrefractory OCD and adjuvant antipsychotics are useful in tic disorders, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. This paper reviews results of treatment studies, investigations of biological markers, and neuroendocrine challenges and implications for the role of serotonin in pathophysiology and treatment of OCD.

Transient receptor potential (TRP) channels comprise a diverse family of ion channels, the majority of which are calcium permeable and show sophisticated regulatory patterns in response to various environmental cues. Early studies led to the recognition of TRP channels as environmental and chemical sensors. Later studies revealed that TRP channels mediated the regulation of intracellular calcium. Mutations in TRP channel genes result in abnormal regulation of TRP channel function or expression, and interfere with normal spatial and temporal patterns of intracellular local Ca²⁺ distribution. The resulting dysregulation of multiple downstream effectors, depending on Ca²⁺ homeostasis, is associated with hallmarks of cancer pathophysiology, including enhanced proliferation, survival and invasion of cancer cells. These findings indicate that TRP channels affect multiple events that control cellular fate and play a key role in cancer progression. This review discusses the accumulating evidence supporting the role of TRP channels in tumorigenesis, with emphasis on prostate cancer.

Product-related services in manufacturing industry are different from typical services in service industry. Product-related services ensure proper product functioning, provide additional repurchase, and offer attractive margin Product-related services in manufacturing industry are not core activity but taking supporting roles, while services in typical service industry are core parts. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of communication in linking IT and product-related logistics service in manufacturing industry. The relationships among IT, communication, logistics service and business performance are explored using a path analysis. The empirical research reveals that higher degree of IT usability leads to increased communication, and in turn, communication affects logistics service, and ultimately business performance. In addition, this study shows communication plays an intermediate role in linking IT to logistics service.

Purpose: This study is a descriptive research conducted for looking into the role awareness level. role conflicts, and job satisfaction among professional home care nurses in the field of hospital based home care nursing service. Method: 154 specialized home care nurses in 63 hospitals and clinics that are implementing home care programs were subject to the study. Result: 1. The level of role awareness among professional home care nurses was $4.47\pm0.41$ on average out of 5. 2. The average score for role conflicts was $3.87\pm0.61$ out of 5. 3. In terms of job satisfaction level. $3.33\pm0.71$ was scored out of 5. 4. It has been discovered that there are statistically significant positive correlations among role awareness level, role conflicts(r= .224, P= .005), and job satisfaction level(r= .166, P=.040), while a negative correlation was detected between role conflicts and job satisfaction level(r=-.210, P= .009). Conclusion: The level of role awareness among professional home care nurses in the field of hospital based home care nursing service was very high and job satisfaction level was high when the level of home care nursing antecedents was high and the organization structure of working place was independent. But the level of role conflicts coming out of the weakness of job-supporting system was high. So the realistic alternative such as the improvement of working environment by administrative, institutional support, is required to make up for this problem in the future.

스토리를 분석하기 위해서는 스토리의 행동 주체인 등장인물에 대한 분석이 선행되어야 한다. 현재의 등장인물 분석 방법인 Character-net이나 RoleNet과 같은 방법은 최종 누적된 스토리의 결과에 대한 분석만을 진행하여 조연의 역할 분류를 하기에는 부족한 면이 있다. 조연의 역할 분석을 위해 축적된 형태의 스토리 분석 방법이 아닌 스토리 진행에 따른 시계열적 분석 방법을 연구할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 Character-net의 3차원 시각화를 통해 등장인물들 중에 조력자들을 유형에 따라 멘토와 단짝친구로 분류하는 방법을 제안하고 그 방법의 정확도를 평가하는 논문이다. 3차원 시각화를 위해 WebGL을 사용하여 웹브라우저 상에서 누구나 결과를 확인할 수 있도록 인터페이스를 구성하였다. 또한 멘토와 단짝친구를 구별하기 위한 규칙을 제안하였고 그 성능을 평가하였다. 영화 7편에 대해 선정된 10명의 등장인물에 대해 평가한 결과 90%의 정확도를 나타내는 것을 확인하였다.
