Generally speaking, weapon system is defined as a combination of primary system and support system which are evaluated by capability and operational availability respectively. Recently comparison of total life cycle cost shows that logistic support system is proved to be more important than primary system. However, until now systematic approach to support system development has not been applied in the area of developing support system. We need to construct a universal metric for effectiveness of logistic support system and to cut out whatever activities or support elements which do not contribute to the metric. This paper describes a new approach based on system engineering approach to logistic support system and also classifies five factors of failure, stock-out frequency, administrative delay time, active repair time and logistic delay time that have influence on operational availability of logistic support system.

We need to construct a universal metric for effectiveness of logistics support system and to cut out whatever activities or support elements which do not contribute to the metrics. This study describes a new approach under the name function approach to logistics support system development and also classifies five factors of failure frequency, stock out of frequency, administrative delay time, active repair time and logistic delay time that have influence on operational availability of logistics support system.

Engineering rock mass classification is extensively used to determine the reasonable support system throughout the tunneling process in the field. Selection of support system based on the results of engineering rock mass classification is simple and straight-forward. However, this method cannot consider the effect of in-situ stresses, mechanical properties of support material, and support installation time on the behavior or rock-support system To handle the various conditions encountered in the underground excavation sites rock-support system. To handle the various conditions encountered in th eunderground excavation sites rock-support interaction program has been developed. This program can analyze the interaction between rock mass and support materials and also can simulate the tunnel excavation-support insstallation process by controlling the support installation time and the stiffness of support system. Practical applicability of this program was verfied by comparing the results of support design to those from rock mass classification for virtual underground excavation at the drilling site KD-06 in Geoje island.

Purpose - This study investigates factors that affected the utilization of trade support policies and further analyzed how the utilization of trade support policies affected export performance. Research design, data, and methodology - With a sample of 223 small and medium-sized export firms from South Korea, this study examines the determinants of the utilization level of trade support system such as export market orientation, learning orientation, network capability and environmental uncertainty by regression analysis. Results - Export market orientation have a positive effect on the utilization of the trade support system and there is positive relationship between learning orientation and the utilization of trade support system. And network capabilities have had a positive impact on the utilization of the trade support system but there is no relationship between environmental uncertainty and the utilization of trade support system. The utilization of the trade support system had a positive effect on export performance. Conclusions - The internal and external factors of the organization have affected small and medium-sized export firms use of trade support systems. The utilization of trade support system can enhance positive export performance by providing valuable information and resource to external knowledge and also to complementary resources from the external partners.

Customer Support Knowledge of Customer Support Organization is one of the important assets of enterprises and "Customer Support Knowledge Management" is also the critical aspect of Business Knowledge Management; however, the attributes of Customer Support Knowledge are complicated, diverse, renewed rapidly and difficult to be managed. Thus, in order to design a successful Customer Support Knowledge Management System, apart from the consideration of "human" and "information technology" aspects, the concerns of attributes and Customer Support Knowledge and industry characteristics should be involved for meeting the requirements of Customer Support Organization and allowing the organization to acquire the competitive advantage of "Differentiation Service". This research used the "Customer Support Knowledge Management System" in a high-tech industry as an example and treated the end users of medical instruments in different types of hospitals in Taiwan which have received the support service of our company in recent six months as the population. The end users were mostly the nursing executives or ultrasonic wave technical personnel in intensive care unit and they had similar educational background and incomes and adopted the medical instruments such as physical supervision system, ultrasonic wave system, heart start or ECG machine produced by our company; the research method was to randomly treat the investigation results of the telephone customers' satisfaction from respective 30 end users in the population three months before and after this system execution as the samples and use hypotheses to validate if the end users' customer satisfaction significantly improved in terms of "Remote Support," "On-site Support," "Service Turn Around time," "Technical Competence" and "Manner" in order to understand the influence and managerial significance of execution of "Customer Support Knowledge Management System" on Customer Support Organization.

경제의 저성장이 지속됨에 따라 고용창출과 경제 활성화를 위해 정부는 중소기업을 지원하기 위한 다양한 제도를 시행하고 있으며 다양한 형태의 지원을 통해 창업을 더욱 활성화 시키고 있다. 이러한 창업지원제도는 창업 활성화에 일정 부분 기여하고 있다고 볼 수 있으나, 본 연구에서는 실증적인 연구룰 통하여 창업지원에 대해 다양하고 구체화된 대안을 제시하고 창업의지를 장려하는 효과를 기대해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 선행연구를 바탕으로 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 조세지원제도, 금융지원제도, 기술지원제도, 경영지원제도, 창업인프라지원제도의 5가지로 설정하고 독립변수가 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 각각 가설로 설정하여 실증 연구하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 변수들을 도출하여 그 변수들 간의 관계를 검증하기 위한 변수의 측정과 문항으로 구성된 설문지를 이용하였으며 측정된 자료의 통계처리에 의거하여 검증하는 실증적 연구방법을 수행하였다. 연구가설을 검증하기 위하여 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 경로분석 등의 통계적 방법을 적용하였으며. 경로분석결과는 조세지원제도, 금융지원제도가 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Computer-aided logistics support system is recognized an essential system to reduce supply and maintenance cost, and to improve readiness of weapon system or operationable composite machines. According to these trends, this paper focuses on the design scheme and the computerization strategy of information management system for Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) work. Suggested system. LAMIS(Logistics support Analysis Management Information System) is a total system that composed of Logistics Support Analysis Management information system (LSAM), Configuration Management Information System (CMIS), Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS), Project Management System (PMS) and Information Retrival System(IRS) etc. Also, LAMIS is a computerized tool that improves current supply and maintenance support program, that attempts to reliable requirment analysis of logistics support elements, and that supports to use the existing technical specification of similar one when weapon system acquisition project is started newly. When LAMIS implication is completed, it can be applied to logistics support of defense or commercial site. Straightway, LAMIS will be enhanced with computer - aided design system, engineering drawing system, interactive electronic technical manual system, electronic data interchange system, and three dimensional simulation system to weapon system configuration. When that is done, LAMIS is CALS system.

본 연구는 복리후생적 인사제도로 인식되고 있는 일과 삶의 균형 지원제도(일, 가족, 성장 지원제도)가 종업원 인게이지먼트(조직몰입, 직무몰입)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고 이들 간의 관계에서 조직지원인식(수단적, 정서적)의 조절효과에 대해서 검증하고자 하였다. 연구모형 및 가설검증을 위해 일과 삶의 균형 지원제도를 시행하고 있는 회사의 종업원 537명을 대상으로 분석 하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 종업원 인게이지먼트의 조직몰입과 일과 삶의 균형 지원제도의 관계에서는 성장, 일, 가족 지원제도 순으로 조직몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 종업원 인게이지먼트의 직무몰입과의 관계에서는 성장, 일 지원제도가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일과 삶의 균형 지원제도와 종업원 인게이지먼트의 조직몰입의 관계에서 조직지원인식의 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째 일과 삶의 균형 지원제도와 종업원 인게이지먼트의 직무몰입과의 관계에서 조직지원인식의 수단적, 정서적 지원 모두 성장지원제도를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내에서 연구가 활발히 진행되지 않았던 일과 삶의 균형(WLB) 지원제도와 종업원 인게이지먼트의 영향관계를 검증하는 실증연구라는 점에서 학문적 의의와 함께 복리후생적 인사제도의 활용을 위한 실무적 시사점을 제공했다는 점에 의의를 둘 수 있다.

As digital and computer technologies have grown, human-machine interfaces (HMIs) have evolved. In safety-critical systems, especially in nuclear power plants (NPPs), HMIs are important for reducing operational costs, the number of necessary operators, and the probability of accident occurrence. Efforts have been made to improve main control room (MCR) interface design and to develop automated or decision support systems to ensure convenient operation and maintenance. In this paper, an integrated decision support system to aid operator cognitive processes is proposed for advanced MCRs of future NPPs. This work suggests the design concept of a decision support system which accounts for an operator's cognitive processes. The proposed system supports not only a particular task, but also the entire operation process based on a human cognitive process model. In this paper, the operator's operation processes are analyzed according to a human cognitive process model and appropriate support systems that support each cognitive process activity are suggested.

종합군수지원(ILS)은 장비의 효율적이고 경제적인 군수지원을 보장하기 위하여 소요제기 시부터 설계, 개발, 획득, 운영 및 폐기에 이르기까지 전 과정에 걸쳐 군수지원요소를 종합적으로 관리하는 활동이라고 정의하고 있다. 즉, 무기체계의 성능을 유지하고 경제적인 군수지원을 보장할 수 있도록 소요제기 시부터 폐기 시까지 수명주기 전 기간에 걸쳐 제반 군수지원 사항을 종합 관리하는 활동이다. 본 연구에서는 전력지원체계의 원활한 종합군수지원을 위해 집중적으로 연구를 했으며, 그 결과 무기체계분야에 많은 부분이 열악한 것으로 확인되었으며 보다 전력지원체계의 원활한 종합군수지원을 위한 몇 가지 발전방향을 제시하였다.
