Recently, support vector learning attracts an enormous amount of interest in the areas of function approximation, pattern classification, and novelty detection. One of the main reasons for the success of the support vector machines(SVMs) seems to be the availability of global and sparse solutions. Among the approaches sharing the same reasons for success and exhibiting a similarly good performance, we have KFD(kernel Fisher discriminant) approach. In this paper, we consider the problem of function approximation utilizing both predetermined basis functions and the KFD approach for regression. After reviewing support vector regression, semi-parametric approach for including predetermined basis functions, and the KFD regression, this paper presents an extension of the conventional KFD approach for regression toward the direction that can utilize predetermined basis functions. The applicability of the presented method is illustrated via a regression example.

본 논문에서는 정보가전용 실시간 운영체제 Q+에 탑재된 라이브러리의 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술한다. 실시간 운영체제에서의 라이브러리는 표준 인터페이스에 따라 정의되어야 하고, 실시간 운영체제의 응용 분야에 적합한 함수들을 제공하여야 한다. 구현된 Q+ 라이브러리는 응용 프로그램간의 호환성을 보장하기 위해서, POSIX.1, ISO 7942 GKS 등의 업계 및 국제 표준에 따라 설계되었다. 그리고, Q+ 응용 분야에 적합한 C 표준 함수, 그래픽/윈도우 함수, 네트워크 관련 함수, 보안 지원 함수, 파일 시스템 관련 함수들을 제공한다. Q+ 라이브러리는 Q+ 커널과 디지털 TV용 셋탑박스, 그리고 디버깅 툴인 KBUG를 이용하여 구현되었다.

본 연구는 스마트시티의 발전과 고도화를 위해 스마트도시서비스 지원기관이 나아가야 할 발전방향에 대해 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 스마트도시서비스 지원기관의 필요성과 법적근거, 주요기능 등에 대해 이론적으로 검토하였다. 둘째, 스마트도시서비스 지원기관의 기능영역별 현황을 검토하고 기능영역별 상대적 중요도 도출 및 의견수렴을 위한 전문가 심층인터뷰를 수행하였다. 셋째, 이론적 검토와 기능별 현황파악, 우선순위 도출, 전문가 의견 수렴 등을 종합한 스마트도시서비스 지원기관의 발전방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 국내 스마트시티 사업에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행할 것으로 예상되는 스마트도시서비스 지원기관의 역할과 기능, 그리고 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to describe maternal social networks and to examine their relationships to maternal perceptions of parenting task difficulty. One hundred and thirty-three mothers of preschool children responded to a questionnaire indicating individuals in their networks, support functions, and perceptions of task difficulty. Mothers reported an average of 6.5 persons in their networks, including primarily with her own mother, the husband, mother-in-law, and sisters. While support was provided mainly by her husband and her own family members, the kinds of support varied depending on the person in networks. It was also found that support functions were different in terms of maternal job status, sex of the child, and the child's previous experience in day care or early childhood education settings. Emotional support from networks was significantly related to parenting task difficulty, especially in daily routine care. Mothers who perceived more emotional support from networks reported parenting to be less difficult.

The support points of $S^{*}(\alpha)$ is completely characterized and shown to coincide with the extreme points of its convex hulls. Given any finite collection of support points of $S^{*}(\alpha)$ a continuous linear functional J, is constructed with this collection as the solution set to the extremal problem ReJ(f) over $S^{*}(\alpha)$.

IN this note we study more about the omitted are for the extremal functions and its {{{{ {π } over {4 } }}}}-property based upon Schiffer's variational method and zBrickman-Wilken's result. we give an example other than the Koebe function which is both a support point of S and the extreme point of HS. Furthermore, we discuss the relations between the support points and the L wner chain.

많은 실제적인 공학 설계문제에 있어서, 목적함수의 형태는 설계변수들에 의하여 정확하게 주어지지 않는다. 이러한 환경 하에서, 구조해석, 유체 역학 해석, 열역학 분석과 같은 등과 같은 문제에서 설계변수들의 값이 주어졌을 때 목적함수들의 값은 실제 실험이나 계산상의 실험을 통하여 얻어지게 된다. 일반적으로, 이러한 실험들은 많은 비용이 든다. 이런 경우에는 실험의 횟수를 가능한 적게 하기위하여, 목적함수의 형태를 예측하는 것과 병행하여 최적화를 수행하게 된다. 반응표면분석(Response Surface Methodology, RSM)은 이러한 접근 방법에서 잘 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 목적함수의 예측을 위하여 서포트 벡터 기계(Support Vector Machines, SVM)의 방법을 적용할 것이다. 이러한 접근에서 가장 중요한 과제들 중의 하나는 가능한 실험의 횟수를 적게 하기 위하여 적절하게 표본자료들을 배치하는 것이다. 이러한 목적에 서포트 벡터의 정보들이 효과적으로 사용되어짐을 보이고 제안한 방법의 효율성은 공학 설계문제에서 잘 알려진 수치 예제를 통하여 보인다.

A hybrid kernel function of support vector machine is proposed to improve the classification performance of power quality disturbances. The kernel function mathematical model of support vector machine directly affects the classification performance. Different types of kernel functions have different generalization ability and learning ability. The single kernel function cannot have better ability both in learning and generalization. To overcome this problem, we propose a hybrid kernel function that is composed of two single kernel functions to improve both the ability in generation and learning. In simulations, we respectively used the single and multiple power quality disturbances to test classification performance of support vector machine algorithm with the proposed hybrid kernel function. Compared with other support vector machine algorithms, the improved support vector machine algorithm has better performance for the classification of power quality signals with single and multiple disturbances.
