This study was undertaken to provide basic data for revitalizing the school meal support centers and improving school meals, by analyzing the purchase conditions and satisfaction of food according to an adoption of a school meal service support center. Comparing the purchasing efficiency, convenience to purchase, and higher overall satisfaction was achieved when a school meal service support center was adopted by the local government, as compared to non-adopted school meal service support centers. Therefore, it is considered that the adaption of a school meal service support center is urgently required by non-adoption local governments. Moreover, the stability of food material supplies was also higher in the adopted rather than the non-adopted centers. Satisfaction with the quality of food ingredients was also found to be significantly higher in the adopted centers. These results indicate that if the local government adopts and introduces the school meal support center, inconsistencies observed in the return and exchange processes experienced by the non-adopted centers can be resolved, and food quality satisfaction can be improved. We, therefore, propose the necessity to implement a system for determining reasonable pricing by establishing systematic cooperation among schools, manufacturing entities (suppliers), and the School Meal Service Support Center.

통신용전원으로서의 전력저장시스팀(BESS)은 전기요금이 싼 심야시간(또는 필요시간)에 2차전지(축전지)를 이용하여 전력을 저장하고 최대 부하시나 필요한 시기에 전력을 방출하는 시스팀을 말한다. 이 시스팀은 축전지의 충분한 사용과 최대전력제어에 의한 전기요금 절감측면 등에서 상당히 효율적이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 전력저장시스팀을 통신용전원으로 활용하기 위한 방법과 실지 적용시 고려사항, 기대효과 및 개략적인 경제성 비교 둥을 통하여 전력저장시스팀의 통신용전원 적용방안을 검토하고자 한다.

The purposes of this study were to determine the functions of actions of the limbs during each of the three support phases of the triple jump and their relationships with the performance of the triple jump. Four elite male triple jumpers were participated as subjects. The statistical analyses used were the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient for establishing relationships and simple regression analyses to determine and compare the relationships between the change of the horizontal velocity and the change of the vertical velocity during different support phases. A level of significance at p<.05 was set. The actions of the arms were responsible for about 25%, 25%, and 30% of the decrease in the horizontal velocity of the whole body center of gravity during the support phases of the hop, step, and jump, respectively. The change in the velocities of the whole body center of gravity due to the actions of the free limbs were significantly related with the whole body center of gravity during each support phase. The action of the support leg was associated with the decrease in the horizontal velocity and the increase in the vertical velocity of the whole body center of gravity during each support phase.

Due to the convergence of voice, data, and video, today's telecom operators are facing the complexity of service and network management to offer differentiated value-added services that meet customer expectations. Without the operations support of well-developed Business Support System/Operations Support System (BSS/OSS), it is difficult to timely and effectively provide competitive services upon customer request. In this paper, a suite of NGOSS-based Telecom OSS (TOSS) is developed for the support of fulfillment and assurance operations of telecom services and IT services. Four OSS groups, TOSS-P (intelligent service provisioning), TOSS-N (integrated large-scale network management), TOSS-T (trouble handling and resolution), and TOSS-Q (end-to-end service quality management), are organized and integrated following the standard telecom operation processes (i.e., eTOM). We use IPTV and IP-VPN operation scenarios to show how these OSS groups co-work to support daily business operations with the benefits of cost reduction and revenue acceleration.

The Pearson product moment correlation coefficient were used to determine and compare the relationships between the change in each component of the normalized angular momentum of the whole body about center of gravity and the actions of the extremities during different support phases. A level of significance at $\alpha$=.05 was set. After analyzing the angular momentum and correlation during support phase of the hop, step, and jump, the following findings are obtained: The actions of the arms created a side-somersaulting angular momentum about the whole body center of gravity toward the side of the free leg during the support phase of the step, and a somersaulting angular momentum about the whole body center of gravity during each support phase. The action of the free leg created a somersaulting angular momentum about the whole body center of gravity during the support phases of the hop and step.

The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve the quality of life in old age. 'Act on Long-Term Care Insurance for the Aged' has been enforced since 2008 in Korea. But This is not encompass all of the elderly policies. Aging policies service separately each part by residential, welfare, and so on. There are 'Local Community Support Service' and 'Community General Support Center' for seniors as a comprehensive institution in Japan. Local Community Support Service is preventive and regional. And Community General Support Centers are sufficiently provide for each region. Japan can be a leading model of Korea. Therefor it analyzes Japanese cases and compares to the domestic situations in this study. Through this process, this study measures the necessity of the General Support Center for the elderly.

본 연구는 보험회사 콜센터 상담사를 대상으로 직무스트레스와 정서적 소진간의 관계에서 사회적 지원의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 서울, 대전, 부산에서 근무하고 있는 A보험회사와 B보험회사 콜센터 상담사 186명을 대상으로 직무스트레스, 정서적 소진, 사회적 지원(상사지원, 동료지원) 척도에 대한 설문을 온라인으로 실시하였다. 세 변인들의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관 분석을 실시하였으며, 직무스트레스와 정서적 소진의 관계에서 사회적 지원의 조절 효과를 알아보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무스트레스와 정서적 소진은 정적인 상관 관계를, 정서적 소진은 동료지원과 부적인 상관 관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 보험회사 콜센터 상담사의 직무스트레스가 정서적 소진에 미치는 영향에 사회적 지원의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 콜센터 상담사의 직무스트레스로 인한 정서적 소진은 사회적 지원이 높을수록 완화된다는 것이다. 이렇듯 사회적 지원은 직무스트레스에 따른 정서적 소진에 대한 보호요인으로 확인되었기 때문에 이를 강화하기 위한 조직 차원의 노력이 필요함을 논의하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a model of an elderly health promotion center after witnessing the effect of a social support program on dependent variables in older adults at a local community health center. Method: The subjects were 60 female adults over 65 years dwelling in a rural area, and they were divided into experimental and control groups each with 30 people. A social support program was implemented 6 hours a day, 3 times a week, for 4 months in the experimental group. Included was health assessment, health education, counseling, consultation, exercise, physical & occupational therapy, primary care, recreation, lunch & transfer service. Data was collected from May 1stto September 14th, 2002 by questionnaires, and analyzed by $x^2$-test, t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression using SAS. Result: The social support program in the elderly was very effective on all dependent variables of physical health (t=4.68, p=.001), health knowledge (t=3.60, p=.001), life satisfaction (t=8.65, p=.001), and health promoting behaviors (t=5.23, p=.001). Conclusion: The Social Support Program at a Community Health Center was effective on health promoting behaviors in the elderly.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) entails independent decision-making for the safety supervision of civil nuclear facilities. To evaluate and review the safety of nuclear facilities, the national regulatory body usually consults independent institutions or external committees. Technical Support Organizations (TSOs) include national laboratories, research institutions, and consulting organizations. Support from professional organizations in other countries may also be required occasionally. Most of the world's major nuclear power countries adopt an independent nuclear safety supervision model. Accordingly, China has continuously improved upon the construction of such a system by establishing the National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA) as the decision-making department for nuclear and radiation safety supervision, six regional safety supervision stations, the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center (NSC), a nuclear safety expert committee, and the National Nuclear and Radiation Safety Supervision Technology R&D Base, which serves as the test, verification, and R&D platform for providing consultation and technical support. An R&D system, however, remains to be formed. Future endeavors must focus on improving the technical support capacity of these systems. As an enhancement from institutional independence to capability independence is necessary for ensuring the independence of China's nuclear safety regulatory institution, its regulatory capacity must be improved in the future.

This study verifies the effectiveness of developing and implementing a leadership educational program specifically customized to improve of leadership competencies among members of multicultural family support centers and healthy family support centers. This program refers to Triangle Leadership that consists of three categories: finding individual strengths and self-esteem to enhance self-leadership, constructing a vision and roadmap to develop transformational leadership, and stress and teamwork management for competent servant leadership. In order to improve its completeness, focus group interview was adopted for 10 employees in the center and supervised by two professionals. The program was also conducted twice for 142 members of multicultural family support centers and healthy family support centers across the Korea. The result of implementation (with regard to the satisfaction level for the contents of the program) showed that both first and second rounds had improvement in all three categories compared to what was expected before taking the education program. The level of satisfaction for instructor and program operation was more enhanced (as well for the second time) compared to the first round. The evidence of program effectiveness indicates that there is a high anticipation for another approach that suits for the circumstances and requirement of centers and facilitator training.
