진해만 담치 양식장내 지중해담치의 생산력 평가 (Assessment on the Productivity of Mytilus galloprovincialis on the Mussel Culture Ground in Jinhae Bay)

  • This study have conducted to calibrate the productivities on the mussel (Mytilus galloprovincialis) cultures in Jinhae Bay. Annual water temperature, salinity and dissolved oxygen have varied to 7.2-$25.9^{\circ}C$, 32.9-34.0 psu, 7.9-8.7 mg/l, respectively. In April, the smallest size of spat, 3.3 mm in shell length, have recruited, and 82.5 mm have recorded to the maximum. In summer, variations of growing up between individuals showed both shell length and weights at same cohort. Annual production at 2 m, 5 m, 8 m depth calculated to 10.91, 10.85 and 9.19 gWWt/ind./yr, respectively. Mussel cultivated in the upper part of the water column (two meter depth) were significantly longer and heavier than those in lower part (eight meter depth). After the recruitment, monthly production showed gradual increment at all positions during summer. As results, annual production of mussel cultivated seemed to be controlled by conditions of growing up in summer. Based on the productivities calculated to this study, the total annual production of the mussel cultivated in Jinhae Bay have estimated about 196 ton/ha/yr.

생활환경온도와 착의량이 기초대사에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Seasonal Variation on Basal Metabolic Rates on Thermal Environments & Clothing Weight)

  • This study investigated the relation between seasonal variation of total clothing weight, room, outdoor temperature and basal metabolic rate in man. The basal metabolic rate and total clothing weight, room temperature was determined seasonal for a period of two years and grouped four seasons. Subjects (adults volunteers) who live in seoul and mokpo were compose 120 subject The results were obtained as follows. Seasonal outdoor temperature was difference of seoul and. mokpo. But room temperature in apartments was a little difference than private house. Total-clothing weight is showed seasonal variations at the seoul, private house than at the mokpo, apartment.. The basal metabolic rate is suggested there in gender difference in the basal metabolic rate (P〈.001). The basal metabolic rate increased gradually with the peak of winter sespectively and deceased again todward summer. The difference of between basal metabolic rate in summer and winter was significant room temperature, of seoul and private house, and light total clothing weight.

A New Spray Chrysanthemum Cultivar, "Cherry Blossom" with Resistant to White Rust, Single Flower Type and Bright Pink Petals for Cut Flower

  • A new spray chrysanthemum cultivar, 'Cherry Blossom' was released by National Horticultural Research Institute (NHRI), Rural Development Administration (RDA), Korea in 2007. A cross was made in 2002 between 'Relance', a spray cultivar with red petals and resistant to white rust and 'Yeonja', a spray cultivar with pink petals. Trials were conducted from 2005 to 2007 for the evaluation and selection of this cultivar, including shading culture in summer and retarding culture in autumn. The natural flowering time of "Cherry Blossom" is late October, but year-round flowering is possible by shading and lighting treatment. This cultivar is single type flowers with dark pink petals and green flower center and resistant to white rust. It is very stable color of petals when the variety is cultivated under high temperature conditions in summer season. The diameter of flower is 55.0 mm. The number of flowers per stem is 10.5 and the number of petals per flower is 24.0. The days to flowering under the short day treatment is about 45 in spring season.

  • Skinfold thickness measurement and total body fat calculation were made in summer (July) and winter (December or January) On 70 medical students (age: 20 yr),8 national team basketball players (age: 20 yr), and 9 middle-age men. Skinfold thickness measurements were made on 4 sites, namely, back, arm, waist and abdomen. The mean skinfold thickness (mm) of the 4 sites was substituted into the following formulae. For adult of 20 years old: % Fat=0.911x+8.1, and for middle-aged men % Fat=1.199x+1.41. In young medical students and ball players body weight decreased, mean skinfold thickness increased in winter season. As a result total body fat .(% body weight) increased in winter In middle-aged men both body weight and mean skinfold thickness increased in winter and resulted in an increase in the total body fat. The detailed data are as follows: 1. In medical students summer: winter values were: body weight, 59.7 :58.9 kg; mean skinfold thickness, 7.85 : 8.12 mm; and total body fat, 15.0 : 15.5% body weight (P<.30). 2. In national team basketball players summer: winter values were: body weight, 73.5 : 69.1 kg; mean skinfold thickness, 7.2 : 7.5 mm; total body fat, 11.6 : 12.1% (P:NS). 3. In middle-aged men summer vs winter values were: body weight, 61.5 : 63.0 kg; mean skinfold thickness, 10.3 : 11.8 mm; total body fat, 17.2 : 18.0% (P:NS). 4. Skinfold thickness on back showed no seasonal variation and on abdomen the thickness increased in winter. 5. It was concluded that the predominant factor in increasing total body fat in winter is the decrease in body exercise in the winter time.

포도 4배체 '후지미노리'와 3배체 '썸머블랙'의 교배로 얻은 미숙배의 기내배양 (In Vitro Culture of Immature Embryo Obtained by Crossing between Tetraploid Grape 'Fujiminori' and Triploid 'Summer Black')

  • 포도 4배체 'Fujiminori'에 3배체 'Summer Black'을 인공교배하여 얻은 미숙배의 발아 및 식물체 분화를 목적으로 MS 배지에 $GA_3$와 Coconut water(CW)를 농도별로 첨가하여 배배양을 실시하였다. 'Fujiminori'에 'Summer Black'을 교배하여 64.3%의 미숙배를 얻을 수 있었고, 미숙배를 기내 배양한 결과 $GA_3$ 모든 처리구(0.01, 0.05, 0.25, $1.25mg{\cdot}L^{-1}$)에서는 95% 이상의 발아율을 나타내었으나, 15.8-31.6%만이 정상적인 식물체로 생장하였다. 또한 $GA_3$의 농도가 높아질수록 하배축은 신장되었고, 비대생장은 억제되었다. CW 모든 처리구(5, 10, 15, 20%) 중에 CW 10%와 CW 15% 처리구에서는 각각 68.4%와 66.7%로 많은 식물체를 획득할 수 있었다. 또한 줄기의 길이생장, 마디수, 발근수는 CW 10% 처리구에서, 뿌리길이는 CW 15% 처리구에서 양호한 결과를 나타내었다. 따라서 포도 4배체 'Fujiminori'와 3배체 'Summer Black'의 인공교배를 통해 얻어진 미숙배의 발아 및 생장을 위해서는 CW 10-15%를 첨가한 MS 배지를 이용한 배배양이 효과적이다.

  • 재배시기, 시설형태 그리고 시설내 계배위치에 따른 가상환경의 차이와 이에 따른 양액계배 오이의 생장 반응을 알아보기 위하여 여름재배와 억제재배, 1-2W형 하우스와 무기둥 하우스에 양액계배를 통해 오이를 패배한 후 시설내 부위별 기온, 상대습도, 일사량과 생장해석을 통해 얻어진 생리적 형질들을 조사하여 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 하우스 내부의 평균기온이나 평균상대습도는 하우스 형태간 유의한 차이가 없었으나 일사량은 1-2W형 하우스가 무기둥 하우스에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 일누적일사량은 1-2W형에서는 남서쪽이 무기둥 하우스에서는 북서쪽이 대체로 높았다. 초장과 엽수는 억제재배보다 여름재배에서 높게 나타났으며 엽면적은 억제재배에서 많았다. 상대생장율은 순동화율 및 엽면적비율과 고도로 유의한 정의 상관관계를 보였으며 상대생장율에 대한 기여도는 순동화율이 엽면적비율보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 작물생장율은 엽면적지수와 고도로 유의한 정의 상관을 보여 엽면적지수의 증대가 단위면적당 생산량의 증대에 크게 영향하는 것으로 나타났다. 전 생육기간의 일평균기온는 상대생장을 및 순동화율과 고도로 유의한 정의 상관관계가 있었다. 억제재배에서는 전 생육기간의 누적일사량과 상대생장을 및 순동화율과 유의한 정의 상관관계가 있었다.

  • Microbiological culture was conducted in the meat surface of cattles and pigs that was slaughtered in the Chung -Ju area and the result are as follows : 1. The number of bacteria in antemortem meat surface was higher ten times in March and ten to one thousand times in June to August compared with postmortem meat surface. 2. Microbes isolated in the meat surface, at the time of slaughter, was Stahylococcus spp., E. coli, Fungus and Streptococcus spp. 3. Bacteria was isolated in every parts of meat surface regardless to their location and many Fungus was isolated during summer.

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 시설재배(施設栽培)에서 잡초방제(雜草防除)의 기초자료(基礎資料)를 얻고자 대전시(大田市) 유성지역(儒城地域)에서 1985년(年) 2월(月)부터 6월(月)까지 15일(日) 간격(間隔)으로 여러 시설재배조건(施設栽培條件)에서 잡초수(雜草數), 건물중(乾物重), 발생잡초(發生雜草)의 종생태적(種生態的) 및 사회적(社會的) 특성분석(特性分析)과 우점도(優占度)를 조사(調査)하였다. 1. 시설재배(施設栽培)에서 노지(露地)의 경우, 명아주, 여뀌, 쇠비름, 바랭이가 우점(優占)하였으며, PE 하우스는 냉이, 명아주, 바랭이, 쇠비름이 우점(優占)하였고 발생잡초(發生雜草) 본수(本數)는 무멀칭에 비해 멀칭과 턴넬내 멀칭에서는 많이 발생(發生)했으며 건물중(乾物重)은 이와는 반대로 무멀칭에서 무거웠다. 노지(露地)에서는 여름 광엽잡초(廣葉雜草)와 여름 화본과잡초(禾本科雜草)가 많이 발생(發生)했으나 PE 하우스내에서는 무멀칭에서 월동광엽잡초(越冬廣葉雜草)가 우점(優占)했으며 멀칭에서는 초기(初期)에 월동화본과잡초(越冬禾本科雜草)와 월동광엽잡초(越冬廣葉雜草)가 많이 발생(發生)했으나 후기(後期)에는 여름 화본과잡초(禾本科雜草)와 여름 광엽잡초(廣葉雜草)가 많이 발생(發生)하였다. 2. 시설내(施設內)에서 PE 하우스는 시설(施設)을 하므로 Simpson 지수(指數)가 높아 몇 초종(草種)이 우점(優占)하고 있는 군락(群落)을 이루었고 종다양도(種多樣度), 최대종다양도(最大種多樣度)가 안정도(安定度)에 비해 낮았고 또한 무피복보다 멀칭, 턴넬내 멀칭에서 높았으며 노지(露地)는 종다양도(種多樣度), 최대종다양도(最大種多樣度)가 멀칭, 턴넬을 하므로써 높아졌고 Simpson지수(指數)는 무멀칭에서 높고 오히려 시설(施設)을 하므로 낮아졌으며, PE 하우스, 노지(露地) 공(共)히 종간경쟁(種間競爭)이 종내경쟁(種內競爭)보다 높았던 것으로 생각된다.

초계탕의 시대적 변천에 대한 연구 (Study on Chronic Changes in Chogyetang)

  • Since its introduction in"Jeungbosallimgyeongje" in the mid-1700s, Chogyetang has continuously changed as a cooked food while still reflecting the era as in the following four phases. In the first phase from 1766 to 1920, Chogyetang was served as a hot pot dish consisting of boiled chicken with spring onions, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, and egg. The second phase from 1930 to 1950 involved the removal of vinegar, an important seasoning. Instead, a wider variety of materials such as beef, sea cucumber, abalone, cucumber, and mushroom were added. Third, from the late-1950s to 1980s, there were significant changes both in the materials and recipe. Chogyetang was changed into a cold food for consumption in the summer in which sesame, a new material, was added to make soup. The prepared soup was then poured over the chicken and vegetables. Fourth, from the late-1980s to the present, sesame, the main ingredient added in the third phase, was removed. Instead, vinegar, mustard, and sugar were added in order to increase taste. Therefore, Chogyetang has been changed into an a la carte menu item in which vegetables and noodles are added to boiled chicken, and it has become a popular summer food consumed when eating-out.

여성 잡지 광고에 표현된 패션스타일 연구 (A Study on Fashion Style Expressed in Women Magazine Advertisements)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyse the fashion style expressed in women magazine advertisements. The method of this study was used content analysis with 692 samples in women magazines ('Woman Sense', 'Yeosung Dong-A', and 'Jubu Saeng-hwal') which were issued in March, June, September, and December from 1998 to 2002. The data analysis were divided nine elements: 1. silhouette, 2. color, 3. pattern, 4. length of skirt & slacks, 5. adjustment, 6. breadth of collar lapel, 7. shoes, 8. make-up, 9. hair style. The results of this study were as follows: 1. silhouette : The four seasons were expressed in square silhouette. 2. Color : The spring, summer, and winter seasons were expressed in white color, while the fall season was expressed in neutral color. 3. Pattern : The four seasons were expressed in plain pattern. 4. Length of skirt & slacks : The four seasons were expressed in various length. 5. Adjustment : The four seasons were expressed in single button. 6. Breadth of collar lapel : The spring, summer, and winter seasons were expressed in small breadth, while the fall season was expressed in middle breadth. 7. Shoes : The four seasons were expressed in high-heeled shoes. 8. Make-up : The four seasons were expressed in light tone. 9. Hair style : The four seasons were expressed in up-style.
