In this paper, we summary known suggestion system which is useful a small and medium enterprise. We don't think suggestion system of a small and medium enterprise active. We reflect 2 points of suggestion system. We propose the Active Plan to Suggestion System for small and medium Enterprise which are (1) suggestion direction for enterprise future, (2) suggestion body for all employee included, (3) suggestion methods for all information shared.

An improvement activity is necessary for the existence strategy of the corporate. We search effective activities by the integration, implemention of the Quality Control Circlle and the Suggestion Activity System on the various improvement activity. Therefore, Each of the concept and step are surveyed. Purpose: Until now, the process was improved by the needs of experimenters personally. But recently, suggestion system in hospital has been activated in various ways. So the department of nuclear medicine laboratory is also aware of the need of operation improvement using suggestion system. It is intend to assist in the development by sharing excellent suggestion cases with other hospitals. Material & Method: A total of 124 suggestion cases from January 2007 to March 2010 were analyzed. Suggestion cases were divided into customer satisfaction, cost reduction, improved testing methods, equipment, environmental improvement, and computational system. Result: Suggestion cases of environmental improvement and computational system were accounted for 26.6% as 33 cases, respectively. Suggestion for customer satisfaction is 25.8% as 32 in a total of 124 cases. Conclusion: Activation of the awareness of operation improvement is induced by suggestion system. By securing system of operation improvement, employees' ideas can lead to the production and systematization. Furthermore, it enhances hospital competitiveness and promotes the development of the hospital.

This paper presents a suggestion for improvement of droppers. To prevent circulation currents in trolly wire system, we developed a new type of elastic droppers and validated/verified its function. In this paper, therefore, we introduced a developed elastic dropper and analyzed economical efficiency of it.

An experience of suggestion system was reported in this paper for the purpose of investigating effective factors of suggestion system at the Suwon Plant of Samsung Corning, Inc. in Korea. Suggestion system is a formal attempt in which employees make suggestions from ideas and thinkings. With the effective system, the company can achieve goals on the improvement of the working processes and products. At Suwon Plant, TPM is connected to both corporate vision and suggestion system: the former is the management concept and the latter is an operational tool. Linked to TPM, suggestion system is found to be effective owing to the factors such as strong support of top management, high job involvement, extensive participation and speedy, convenient evaluation procedure.

This paper presents a suggestion for improvement of tension balancer in trolly wire system. In the overhead trolly wire systems, one of the most things is tension balancer. Because it can be automatically adjusted tension for expansion and contraction of overhead catenary system. In this paper, we introduce and suggest spring tension balancer(STB).

This cross-level study of 77 samples from Korean 1st-tier suppliers participating in knowledge-sharing networks examined the impact of partnering(joint establishment of goal and joint problem solving system) on supplier relationship outcomes(competativeness improvement and innovative idea suggestion). The findings showed that joint establishment of goal and joint problem solving system were positively related to both supplier's competativeness improvement and its innovative idea suggestion. Whereas, joint problem solving system did account for a significant variance only in innovative idea suggestion. The findings, further, demonstrated that mutual trust moderated the relationship between joint problem solving system and supplier relationship outcomes. Implications for theory and practice are suggested.
