The purpose of this study is to empirically and practically verify the applicability of visualization data mining tool in detecting real-word insurance frauds that are now emerged as one of the most serious problems socially and economically. For the verification, Analyst's Notebook by i2, which has been known as the most effective visualization data mining tool, was adopted. With Analyst's Notebook, fraud-probable insurance transactions from a very large insurance claims are selected and then substantiation for insurance frauds are attempted. The results show that Analyst's Notebook not only detects insurance fraud transactions from a vast number of insurance claims, but is also able to pinpoint organized crime group by associating one fraud transaction to another fraud transaction. Therefore, it is safe to conclude that visualization data mining is very effective in detecting false transactions and crime behaviors including insurance fraud.

Contemporary design environment is formed with image-centered trend based on pluralism. In this point of view, enterprises' building lobbies are public places containing the equivocal meaning, actively utilizing light as a design element to express the image of enterprises' identifications. Light is an immaterial entity having unlimited possibilities and potentials on space. It also acts as media to activate spaces and create new images in connection with formative elements of space. This study is to figure out how lightings are expressed and affected the formative characteristics of office lobby spaces and activate the specific characteristics of spaces. As a result, we drew conclusions as follows. First, as state-of-the-art technology and media are introduced, light is expressed on spaces as floating, direction, rhythm, silhouette, metaphor and allusion, sense of depth and volume. Second, expressive aspects of light in lobby space are embodiment of light, substantiation of immateriality, standing of materiality from the perspective of spatial aesthetics, and distortion/transformation of shape, pluralism phenomena of space from the perspective of spatial structure. In this way, light on building lobbies which are greatly required design differentiation strategy, specializes space and also integrates all the designs as not only a functional element but also a mental, psychological, formative element. Consequently, light on lobby spaces induces communication between spaces and users, makes formative value of existence in itself, and presents the characteristics of differentiated enterprises' identities.

The purpose of this study is to develop a collaborative print journal preservation model for the medical libraries in Korea. After reviewing previous studies and advanced preservation practices, a survey was administered to the members of the Korean Medical Library Association to collect data about the present states of journal weeding and storage space as well as their needs and preferences for collaborative preservation. Based on the analysis, a hybrid model, consisting of centralized and distributed archives, is proposed with MEDLIS as infra structure. Detailed characteristics and three phases of implement strategies are described. Finally, recommendations for the Korean Medical Library Association to the successful substantiation are suggested.

This study performed simulation tests to prevent induced lightning that occurs to a 22.9 kV-Y distribution line. A simulated distribution line reduced to 1/50 of an actual distribution line was installed to measure the induced voltage according to the change in grounding resistance. It was found that the induced voltage increased as the grounding resistance increased but that the range of its increase was small. This study examined the reliability of the proposed lightning preventive distribution line using the Minitab program (Minitab 17). When a grounding resistance of $300{\Omega}$ was maintained for each electric pole, the Anderson Darling (AD) was 0.410, the smallest, and the P value was analyzed to be 0.323, verifying that the reliability and stability were excellent. Therefore, these results will be utilized as a basis for the substantiation of a lightning preventive distribution line before its installation.

The scale effects on the permanent deformations and fractures of structures subjected to impact loadings have been aware by structural engineers for a long time. Experimental investigations have been performed with various structures to demonstrate the effects, but very few are directly related with marine structural elements. Furthermore, the causes of the scale effects have not clearly been answered yet. In this study, to quantify the scale effects on the permanent deflections, lateral collision tests were performed on steel unstiffened plates and the numerical analyses of the tested models were also conducted using a commercial package, Abaqus. After the substantiation of the numerical tool using the test results, a parametric study was carried out considering and neglecting the strain-rate hardening. Based upon the parametric study results, it may be concluded that the main cause of the scale effects on the permanent deflections of steel unstiffened plates subjected to lateral collision loads is the strain-rate effects.

웰니스 휴먼케어 서비스의 제공은 최근 2010년 이후에 시작되었으며, 이에 대한 효과평가 혹은 서비스 질 평가는 거의 이뤄지지 않고 있다. 활동량계, 심전도계, 식습관 모니터링 앱 등과 같은 신체적 웰니스 측정 장치와 바이브라 이미지, 맥파/호흡 측정기, 코티졸 측정기 등과 같은 정신적 웰니스 측정 장치들이 개발되고 출시되고 있으나, 웰니스 휴먼케어 제품과 서비스 만족도 측정도구가 없어서 개발 제품과 서비스 만족도를 타당성 있게 측정할 수 있는 도구개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실증 대상자 면담과 설문 문항에 대한 관련 전문가 내용타당도 검증을 통해 웰니스 휴먼케어 제품과 서비스 만족도 설문 문항을 개발하였으며, 이를 실증사업 참여자 대상으로 시행한 조사 결과 분석을 제시한다.

The study is devoted to substantiation of directions of intensification of development of small innovative enterprise, which has a significant impact on the overall innovation activity of the country and promotes innovative development, transition to more advanced technological systems. The outlined role of small business in innovative development in the direction of intensifying innovation in the economy, improving organization and production, as well as in the form of direct participation in the innovation process, production of science-intensive products, stimulating demand for innovation. A group of factors hindering the development of small innovative entrepreneurship was identified, including: financial aspects of the activity, shortcomings of organizational and communicative nature, underdeveloped technology market, information plan problems, internal production problems of small business, market problems. The directions of intensification of the development of small innovative entrepreneurship are substantiated, namely: financial and credit support of small innovative entrepreneurship; introduction of tax incentives; material and technical support; nationwide intensification of innovation activity; information support; development of innovation infrastructure. The involvement of the outlined directions of intensification of small innovative entrepreneurship will help to obtain a synergistic effect of innovative development of both small innovative business structures and the economy as a whole.

The presented research is devoted to the problems of achieving the goals of sustainable development, which will contribute to the development of industrial parks and their transformation into eco-industrial parks. The importance of the functioning of industrial parks and their transformation into eco-industrial ones in the direction of achieving sustainable development goals is substantiated. The development of industrial parks and their transformation through the coordination of dynamic development processes and the establishment of a system of mutually beneficial relations, due to the peculiarities of their functioning aimed at achieving sustainable development goals ensure the achievement of sustainable spatial development. Transformation of industrial parks will contribute to: increasing tax revenues of local budgets, increasing employment in the regions, raising public awareness of the need for environmentally friendly, energy efficient production, increasing the balance and harmony of social, economic and environmental development, modernization of territorial communities and regional enterprises resources and increase entrepreneurial initiative, rational use of available resources, intensification of small and medium enterprises, including innovation. The authors' scientific achievements are the substantiation of the principles of functioning of industrial parks in order to achieve the goals of sustainable development, which are based on a systematic approach and provide for the transformation into eco-industrial parks.

The research is devoted to the substantiation of the system approach to the involvement of digital marketing tools as a guarantee of international business development. It is proved that digital marketing, as a type of marketing based on the use of digital technologies allows to make a profit, to promote the brand, as well as goods and services in the market. The digital marketing toolkit system is a set of elements with existing relationships that ensure the effectiveness of the entire digital marketing, which in total is greater than its individual components. The implementation of a systems approach involves the implementation of the philosophy of digital marketing in general, its functions in the form of systems analysis, formation of strategic development goals and entry and promotion in the international market, preparation and implementation of tactical and strategic development plans.The use of such digital marketing tools as: content marketing, social media marketing, Email-marketing, targeted advertising, contextual advertising, media advertising, Search Engine Optimization, affiliate programs and the company's website is analyzed in detail.

The current state of telecommunications infrastructure in the Arctic does not allow providing a wide range of required services for people, businesses and other categories, which necessitates the use of non-traditional approaches to its organization. The paper proposes an innovative approach to building a combined communication network based on tethered high-altitude platform station (HAPS) located at an altitude of 1-7 km and connected via radio channels with terrestrial and satellite communication networks. Network configuration and composition of telecommunication equipment placed on HAPS and located on the terrestrial and satellite segment of the network was justified. The availability of modern equipment and the distributed structure of such an integrated network will allow, unlike existing networks (Iridium, Gonets, etc.), to organize personal mobile communications, data transmission and broadband Internet up to 100 Mbps access for mobile and fixed subscribers, rapid transmission of information from Internet of Things (IoT) sensors and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). A substantiation of the possibility of achieving high network capacity in various paths is presented: inter-platform radio links, subscriber radio links, HAPS feeder lines - terrestrial network gateway, HAPS radio links - satellite retransmitter (SR), etc. The economic efficiency of the proposed solution is assessed.
