Purpose - Usage of E-services is critical for businesses to maximize work efficiency and gain competitive advantage. The aim of the study is to explore how awareness of technology and e-services usage in an emerging economy in Pakistan. The studies aimed to explore as to what extent these factors can potentially motivate transport employees towards e-services; who are generally not aware about technology and hence also not confident in using it also. Research design, data, and methodology - Employees from the three transport subsidiary units from a large private company in Pakistan were sampled for the study. Through using self-administered technique, the questionnaires were distributed during the month of April, 2016 to 189 employees. A total of 150 responses were taken further for analysis where the study found a positive link between awareness of technology and e-services usage. Results - This study found positive relationship between intention to use and e-service usage among the employees of three subsidiary units. The paper has reported 30 percent variance explained by the predicting variables in relation with e-services usage. Conclusions - Employees could be motivated to use e-services and latest technology through enhancing their awareness about their respective importance and viability. Accordingly, organizations can foster employees' intentions to use to enhance e-service usage.
The purpose of this study examines the level of awareness and practice for the oral health care of the pregnant women, finding problems and proposing the problem point regarding hereupon and an improvement point by analyzing the result. Data for this study are collected by the questionnaire method from pregnant women who attend gynecology clinic located Gwangju provide for the period between December, 2007 and January, 2008. The obtained results were as follows : 1. The experience of oral health education for pregnant women were 'none' 94.8%, 'yes' 5.2%, the majority no received oral health education. 2. The awareness score of dietary treatment was 34.09 and practice score was 29.73, the awareness score of periodontitis prevention was 33.31 and practice score was 29.04. The awareness score of subsidiary oral hygiene articles was 32.19, practice score was 17.95. The awareness score was higher than practice score. 3. The relationship between the awareness and practice of oral health care was positively correlated: dietary treatment(r=0.483, p<0.01), periodontitis prevention (r=0.531, p<0.01), subsidiary oral hygiene articles (r=0.515, p<0.01), oral health care (r=0.531, p<0.01). Conclusion of these survey showed that it is crucial to increase the level of practice of oral health care. It is also necessarily to increase the level of awareness of the oral health care.
The purpose of the study is to identify the point of knowing. The point of knowing is the time, which indicates that 'knowing' occurs in the recognition process. To understand recognition process, the researchers analyzed the questions in units of lessons presented in elementary mathematics textbooks. The researchers analyzed the validity of the point of knowing and found out the basis of the point of knowing. The results are as follows. First, the point of knowing is time to expect to change from a leaner's 'not-knowing' to 'knowing'. Second, the point of knowing can be identified with the questions on textbooks to ask students to do practical action. Third, the point of knowing is closely related to instructional objective in a class. Fourth, in relation to subsidiary awareness and focal awareness, the point of knowing corresponds to focal awareness. Fifth, the point of knowing is equivalent to the inflection point at which personalization/contextualization is changed into depersonalization/decontextualization.
This study was carried out to investigate awareness and attitude of monitors in 206 small sized industries in Seoul and Kyeonggi area toward the occupational health programs using a specially prepared questionnaire. The industries had been running Government-Funded Subsidiary Program since 1998. The questionnaire was designed to be self-administered by respondents. Data were collected for two months from November to December, 1998. Major results are as follows: 1. Between two groups of industries, there were no significant differences in classification, scale, methods of production, existence of trade union, but in type of working pattern and facility ownership there were significant differences. 2. Between two groups of monitors, there were no significant differences in gender, age, marital status, rank, years of education, but in duration of working there was a significant difference. 3. In awareness and attitude of monitors toward their activities and occupational health programs, there was no significant difference by groups of industries, but a significant difference by type and scale of industry, gender, age, years of education 4. It was found that newly subsidized industries were more necessary to provide education programs on occupational health than old industries, and there was a significant difference between two groups of industries in the contents of education needed. In conclusion, it is desirable that the government should develop specific training programs for monitors on occupational health to provide them practical knowledge and specific skills which monitors can apply to their specific situation, and implement the training programs and continue Government-Funded Subsidiary Program for years until small scale industries would have been able to develop and keep their own health management system spontaneously.
The purpose of this study is to develop and applicate textbook relevant to school indoor air quality. To achieve the purpose, concrete study process are as follows. First, the survey research to teachers, supervisors, and students is conducted to grasp cognition of subjects in elementary school and management situation about school indoor air quality. Second, contents relevant to indoor air quality on textbooks in the 7th elementary curriculum and subsidiary textbooks is analysed through reference study. Third, environmental textbook relevant to school indoor air quality for 5th and 6th grade in elementary school is developed, applicated, and inspected its effect on the basis of implications from results of survey and reference study. The results of this study are as follows. First, the result of survey concerning school indoor air quality showed that three groups had negative attitude for its management even though they thought that it affected human's health and study by and large. Student group thought that each of students itself was a little influence to school indoor air pollution though all of three groups answered that' activities of students' was its main source. Efforts of students to improve school indoor air quality was not much, and its main reason was that they didn't know about school indoor air pollution well. Second, result of analysis into textbooks on the 7th elementary curriculum and subsidiary textbooks, contents concerning indoor air on the 7th elementary curriculum textbooks was little or nothing. And it trended to be included to subsidiary textbooks. However, education textbooks about indoor air for elementary students was insufficient still. Third, environmental textbook relevant to school indoor air quality for 5th and 6th grade in elementary school was developed. It was constructed for themes - importance, sources, effects, and management of school indoor air quality. After its application to the 6th grade students in elementary school, it was meaningful in the level of p<.05 that the result of knowledge and awareness in the pre-post test within experiment group. However, all of the results in comparison group didn't represent statistically meaningful difference. In conclusion, environmental textbook developed by necessity of education about school indoor air quality will play a role as useful tool for the 5th, 6th grade students in elementary school to understand relation of quality of health and life and school indoor air quality, to have attitude to make an effort to manage it by develop right awareness about it.
The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the relationship among image, customer satisfaction and loyalty of fashion Extension brands. It is expected that this study will provide guidance to fashion companies that are planning to expand their brand in setting up marketing strategies and service strategies. The results of the study are the following. First, women consumers in their 20s had an perception that second brands provided diverse and unique products at cheap prices. However, after purchasing the products, they recognized that the second companies' service level was not so satisfying. Second, consumers were satisfied with the brand awareness, reputation, image, design, color, and packing conditions of the second brands while being not satisfied with the pricing. Third, when the study examined brand loyalty of second brands, consumers have shown high loyalty to the four subsidiary brands. Fourth, the satisfaction level for the four second brands had a significant effect on the brand loyalty for each second brands.
The purpose of this study is to develop and applicate the elementary environmental textbook in order to solve its problem and to improve attitude related to the Asian dust. The results in this research are as follows. First, it was showed that three groups who composed of teachers, parents and students in the elementary school had recognized the serosities and problems caused by the Asian dust form TV, and that such problems was associated with increase of the desertification and the global warming. Especially the student group insist that the cause in Asian dust is due to the natural phenomena or industrialization. Second, as a result in analysis on the Asian dust through both textbooks on the 7th elementary curriculum and subsidiary textbooks, contents concerning Asian dusts was little or noting. In addition, in the subjects of Science, Society and Health for the 5th and 6th grade students in the elementary school, they were explained partially as one of the air pollutants. Third, the elementary environmental textbook on the Asian dust was developed for the 5th and 6th grade students. The textbook is composed of four contents on the material which is harmful of the human health and life in Asian dust, the special news of Asian dust, and the best answer to solve Asian dust as well as the cause and the source of Asian dust. Forth, as a result in classes using the environmental textbook developed by four themes about the Asian dust, its application is meaningful in the level of p value in the view of knowledge, awareness and attitude of the experiment group. They was more improved in 37%, 14%, and 15%, respectively, than the comparative group. In conclusion, the environmental textbook related to Asian dust will play an important role in useful tool to understand the right knowledge, awareness, and attitude which makes an effort on its effective management in the elementary school.
This article discusses the purpose of mathematics education based on the epistemology of Michael Polanyi. According to Polanyi, studying is seeking after the truth and pursuing the reality. He opposes to separate humanity and knowledge on account that no knowledge possibly exists without its owners. He assumes tacit knowledge hidden under explicit knowledge. Tacit knowing is explained with the relation between focal awareness and subsidiary awareness. In the epistemology of Polanyi, teaching and learning of mathematics should aim for change of students' minds in whole pursuing the intellectual beauty, which can be brought about by the operation of their minds in whole. In other words, mathematics education should intend the cultivation of mind. This can be accomplished when students learn mathematical knowledge as his personal knowledge and obtain tacit mathematical knowledge.

In May 2012, the collaboration of Hana Bank, top financial service company, and SK Planet, top telecommunication service provider, introduced a new credit card that was filled with all-in-one benefits into the market. Leveraging strong infrastructure of two companies, each top in its own industries, the awareness and preference of 'Club SK Card' brand rapidly increased to about 25% in less than one year. Moreover, this new card was enthroned in the most sold credit card of year 2012, accounting for a market share of 7.2% in the credit card market and more than 80% in the mobile credit card market. To make these results possible, 'Club SK Card' marketing team developed an effective marketing communication strategy which followed the 6M model. The mission of the marketing communication strategy was simple and clear. It was to deliver the card's inherent strengths on consumer benefits that come from the support of subsidiary and affiliated companies of SK Planet. According to OK Cashbag data, the marketing communication team selected the appropriate target consumers and approached them directly, inducing actual purchase behavior. The target consumers received straightforward messages about 'Club SK Card' and were led to join in the new membership at their most frequently visited supermarket or franchise restaurant. The straightforward communication message embedded in an eye-catching commercial ad with a hook song accompanied with a dance was delivered via public media. The ad became so popular that many other television programs quoted or made parodies of the ad. Courtesy of the commercial ad, the brand name disseminated rapidly and widely among the public. In October 2012, an ingenious planning and persistent implementation of the communication strategy results 'Club SK Card' to be ranked top in brand awareness as well as advertising preference tests.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate role·activity factors, ideal·value factors stress and stress amount relationship in clinical practice of dental hygiene students. Methods: The participate in this study were 231 dental hygiene department students. the survey was conducted from August 24 to September 30, 2018, using a structured questionnaire(1040460-A-2018-036). The collected data were compared and analyzed using a ANOVA and multiple regression. Results: The factors affecting the amount of stress were investigated. Role and activity factors stress in case of too much assignment, repeat simple and funtional work, ideal and value factors stress in case of utilized as a subsidiary work practice institution rather than clinical practice, lake of awareness that the training institution is a trainee. Conclusions: School institution and departments form organic relationships with industries. Uniform training guidance for each training institution does not help with diversity or creativity and problem-solving skills. It gives some autonomy to the training guidance of training institutions, also a clear standard for the contents of the training. we need a system that can provide and evaluate basic guidelines for what students can do in clinical practice.
