Within the United Nations framework of the Economic and Social Council, the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) serves as the focal point for trade facilitation recommendations and electronic business standards, covering both commercial and government business processes that can foster growth in international trade and related services. Accordingly United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business (UN/CEFACT) was established, as a subsidiary, intergovernmental body of the UNECE Committee on Trade, mandated to develop a program of work of global relevance to achieve improved worldwide coordination and cooperation in these areas. Domestic development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard.

The primary goal of the study is to provide a newly refined data model, an information exchange foundation of modeling operation for rapid prototyping, as one among non-milling STEP-NC modules. The previous data model has been first modified and refined by reflecting specific user requirements. Second, subsidiary information such as fabrication history as well as traditional process information has been introduced into the newly refined model in order to consolidate the model functionality. In short, the main contribution of the study is to provide a foundation where a newly refined data model is utilized easily and conveniently for practical rapid prototyping fabrication within the newly constructed STEP-NC environment.

Construction period is longer than the non-disclosure in civil construction of apartment house. And this process is intensive at the beginning and end of construction. Because this project management expertise is required. Because of, there are the bad factors(trial and error, finish degradation, etc.). Therefore, this study analyzed Hindrance Factor of quality control on apartment complex construction work and presented importance of civil construction engineer's role. Also, forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction was investigated for the construction. To this end, It analyzes the relationship between forms of civil construction engineer, Performance experience and technical Strength of apartment complex construction and Construction of evaluation as required by Construction Technology Management Act.

This study was carried out to investigate ontogeny of stomata and aerenchyma tissue in Trapa natans L. var. bispinosa Makino, an aquatic plant. Ontogeny of stomata in this plant was an aperigenous type surrounding with 5 to 8 epidermal cells without subsidiary cells. Stomata were distributed abundantly on the upper surface of leaf, however, no stoma was found on the lower surface of leaf, and on the epidermis of reproductive organ, petiole and stem. Ontogency of aerenchyma tissue was progressed with five steps; 1) formation of angular cells by division of cortex cells, 2) development of small and large globular cells in accompany with schizogenous intercellular space, 3) enlargement of globular cells and more expansion of intercellular space, 4) cell induction of long elliptic and triarmed shape, 5) completion of the largest intercellular space from endodermis toepidermis. During the growth period two types of leaf were appeared at each node of stems; one type was a submerged and early-fallen leaf, the other was a floating leaf on water surface.

1.3${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ DFB with absorption grating of 1.55${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ InGaAsP layer was fabricated. This new type of DFB laser shows self-plusation for DC operation. At low level of injection the relation between the pulsation frequency and the injection current shows similar behavior with the relaxation oscillation of ordinary laser and at high level of injection the pulsation frequency decreases compared to the relaxation oscillation. Period doubling, period 3 and 4 were observed for AC modulation. In case of period doubling the waveform shows only one pulse within a period without any accompanying subsidiary pulses and the oscillation frequency was quite stable. The pulse widths as short as 58.5 ps was achieved with AC modulation. We propose the time division multiplexing application of this kind of DFB laser.

The force of articulation is different between voiced and voiceless consonants in the binary opposition system. However, the Korean voiceless stop consonants have a triple opposition system: lenis, aspirated, and glottalized. The aim of this study is to find the primary distinctive feature between the force of articulation and the aspiration for the three different types of Korean stops. Two native speakers of the Seoul dialect participated to this study. The corpus was composed of less than eight syllabic words containing consonants in word-initial position and intervocalic position. Radiocinematography and Mingography were used to analyze the articulatory tension and acoustic characteristics. Korean stops have independent features of articulatory tension and aspiration, in which the indices are different according to position. However, in this system which does not have the opposition of sonority, the force of articulation is the primary distinctive feature and the feature of aspiration is subsidiary.

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the relationship among image, customer satisfaction and loyalty of fashion Extension brands. It is expected that this study will provide guidance to fashion companies that are planning to expand their brand in setting up marketing strategies and service strategies. The results of the study are the following. First, women consumers in their 20s had an perception that second brands provided diverse and unique products at cheap prices. However, after purchasing the products, they recognized that the second companies' service level was not so satisfying. Second, consumers were satisfied with the brand awareness, reputation, image, design, color, and packing conditions of the second brands while being not satisfied with the pricing. Third, when the study examined brand loyalty of second brands, consumers have shown high loyalty to the four subsidiary brands. Fourth, the satisfaction level for the four second brands had a significant effect on the brand loyalty for each second brands.

To assess the quality characteristics of black-goat meat extracts and to develop their quality index, the ingredient ratio, manufacturing process and general composition of black-goat meat extracts were investigated. A partial meat of black-goat had high protein content(20.2∼21.6%) and low lipid content (1.9∼3.3%). The crude protein contents, 3.5∼6.1%, of black-goat meat extracts had a high correlation (r=0.88, p<0.01) with black-goat meat content and the soluble solid content had a high correlation (r=0.87. p<0.01) with the subsidiary material content. Two commercial products had total bacteria of 10$^1$∼10$^2$ cfu/ ml. showing the necessity of pressure sterilization of final process.

There are two main approaches for estimating the discontinuous regression function nonparametrically. One is the direct approach, the other is the indirect approach. The major goal of the two approaches are different. The direct approach focuses on the overall good estimation of the regression function itself, whereas the indirect approach focuses on the good estimation of jump locations. Apparently, the two approaches are quite different in nature. Gijbels et al. (2007) argue that the comparison of two approaches does not make much sense and that it is even difficult to choose an appropriate criterion for comparisons. However, it is obvious that the indirect approach also has the regression curve estimate as the subsidiary result. Therefore it is necessary to verify the appropriateness of the indirect approach as the estimator of the discontinuous regression function itself. Park (2009a) compared the performance of two approaches through a simulation study. In this paper, we consider a more general case and draw some useful conclusions.

We show results that examine about electrical properties of XLPE insulated 6.6kV cable termination by mechanical damage. The cable used to produce the cable termination is 6/10kV tray XLPE fire retardant electric cable (6/10kV TFR-CV $35SQMM{\times}1C$) which is domestically made. We apply force to XLPE insulator and made mechanical defect using knife. Defected samples go through the withstand voltage test according to the IEEE std. 48 test regulations and lighting impulse (hereunder, IMP) withstand voltage test regulations. Then the effects of the scars shown during the construction process on electric accidents at the end part are analyzed.
