In this paper, we present a Schwarz lemma at the boundary for analytic functions at the unit disc, which generalizes classical Schwarz lemma for bounded analytic functions. For new inequalities, the results of Rogosinski's lemma, Subordination principle and Jack's lemma were used.

The purpose of the present paper is to introduce a new subclass of meromorphic multivalent functions defined by using a linear operator associated with the generalized hypergeometric function. Some properties of this class are established here by using the principle of differential subordination and convolution in geometric function theory.

In this paper, we improve a new boundary Schwarz lemma, for analytic functions in the unit disk. For new inequalities, the results of Rogosinski's lemma, Subordinate principle and Jack's lemma were used. Moreover, in a class of analytic functions on the unit disc, assuming the existence of angular limit on the boundary point, the estimations below of the modulus of angular derivative have been obtained.

In the present paper we introduce and investigate an interesting subclass ${\mathcal{K}}^{(k)}_s({\gamma},p) $ of analytic and p-valently close-to-convex functions in the open unit disk ${\mathbb{U}}$. For functions belonging to this class, we derive several properties as the inclusion relationships and distortion theorems. The various results presented here would generalize many known recent results.

In this paper, we consider a convex univalent function f_α,β which maps the open unit disc 𝕌 onto the vertical strip domain Ω_α,β = {w ∈ ℂ : α < ℜ < (w) < β} and introduce new subclasses of both close-to-convex and bi-close-to-convex functions with respect to an odd starlike function associated with Ω_α,β. Also, we investigate the Fekete-Szegö type coefficient bounds for functions belonging to these classes.

비십진식 분류법에 속하는 BC는 Henry Evelyn Bliss에 의해서 창안된 것으로, 미국에서 시작되었으나 영국에서 개정되고 현재까지 사용되고 있다. BC는 지식의 분류에 근거하여 주류를 배열했기 때문에 학구적이라는 평가를 받고 있다. 또한 기존 분류 체계 중에서는 가장 완전한 분류법으로 인정받고 있다. 그러나 우수한 분류체계임에도 불구하고, 국내에서는 분류론에 조금씩 언급되어 있을 뿐 그 연구가 체계적으로 분석된 적은 없다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 BC의 창안자인 Bliss에 대한 생애 및 사상 연구를 통해 그가 분류학 분야에 끼친 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 또한 BC에 대한 역사 및 특성 연구를 통해 그 우수성과 가치를 연구하였다. 가장 학구적이라고 평가받고 있는 BC의 연구를 통해 분류학이론에 대한 논리성 및 철학성에 대한 기반을 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

Let p be an analytic function defined on the open unit disk 𝔻. We obtain certain differential subordination implications such as ψ(p) := p^λ(z)(α+βp(z)+γ/p(z)+δzp'(z)/p^j(z)) ≺ h(z) (j = 1, 2) implies p ≺ q, where h is given by ψ(q) and q belongs to 𝒫, by finding the conditions on α, β, γ, δ and λ. Further as an application of our derived results, we obtain sufficient conditions for normalized analytic function f to belong to various subclasses of starlike functions, or to satisfy |log(zf'(z)/f(z))| < 1, |(zf'(z)/f(z))² - 1| < 1 and zf'(z)/f(z) lying in the parabolic region v² < 2u - 1.

본 연구는 가짜 자영업자를 고려하고 있지 않은 비정규직 근로자 규모 추정 방식의 한계를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 가짜 자영업자는 근로관계의 실질에서 근로자처럼 종속성이 존재함에도 불구하고 자영업자로 간주하는 위장된 고용관계를 의미한다. 기존의 비정규직 근로의 규모 추정 방식은 실질적으로 임금근로자이지만 비임금 근로로 분류된 가짜 자영업자들을 추정에서 제외시키는 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위하여 한국노동패널 자료 11차년도(2008년)-16차년도(2013) 자료를 토대로 가짜 자영업자를 추정하고, 이를 임금근로에 반영하여 비정규직 근로자 규모의 변화를 예측하였다. 관측기간 중에서 2013년도에 이르면 가짜 자영업자는 사업장이 없는 자영업자 중에서 28.5%를 차지할 만큼 규모가 크다. 또한 가짜 자영업자로 분류된 인원을 임금근로자 중 특수형태근로 종사자로 재배치하여 비정규직 규모를 추정하였는데, 이러한 추정방식에 따르면 가짜 자영업 인원이 반영된 특수형태근로자 비중은 한 해 만을 제외하고 임금근로자의 4.0% 이상을 유지할 만큼 높게 나타나 정부에서 발표한 규모는 현실보다 과소 추정되었다고 볼 수 있다. 통계청에서 공식적으로 발표한 임금근로자수에 특수형태근로자 비중을 적용한 결과 예측된 인원은 74만 명이 넘는 것으로 추정된다. 우리 사회에서 바람직한 비정규직 대책을 수립하기 위해서는 무엇보다 비정규직 범위와 규모를 합리적으로 도출하는 노력이 요구된다.

In order to overturn the exclusion of Korean schools from the newly implemented free tuition program (2010) as part of sanctions against North Korea, members of Korean schools and Japanese supporters have focused on "students' innocence" and "multicultural coexistence" as viable frameworks to explain why the students are sympathetic and legitimate subjects who deserve equal rights. Examining different political strategies employed by the Korean schools and their supporters through ethnography and media analysis, the article pays close attention to how they claim their eligibility for these rights while they negotiate state surveillance and intervention in the process. I argue that in their efforts to gain recognition as deserving and sympathetic subjects, Korean schools are trapped in what political theorist Patchen Markell calls a "permanent temptation" in pursuing "recognition." Anti-North Korea sentiments in Japan have made the desire for good recognition even more urgent among Korean school community members. The paper will demonstrate that the search for recognition unwittingly reinforces and perpetuates existing relations of subordination and state dominance over their education as it has forced the Korean schools to accept various "conditions" that would radically alter the core principle, mission, and pedagogy of Korean school education that is rooted in decolonizing theory and praxis. This paper will shed lights on dilemma of multicultural coexistence the Korean minority population faces in Japan today.
