The purpose of this study is to help prepare basic data which is required for married women's vocation career education through analyzing the influence of career barriers perceived by unemployed married women on career preparation behaviors. Research subjects of this study are following. First, how are career barriers perceived by unemployed married women? Second, how are the career preparation behaviors levels of unemployed married women? Third, how is the influence of career barriers perceived by unemployed married women on career preparation behaviors? The summary of this study results are following. First, married women perceive career barriers highly in 'restriction of employment', 'discrimination', and 'child rearing environment' among 7 subordinate factors. Second, married women's average on career preparation behavior level is 3.06. When comparing with preceeding researches which analyzed career preparation behaviors levels of university students, married women's career preparation behaviors levels are relatively higher. Third, there are negative correlations between career barriers and career preparation behaviors perceived by married women. Furthermore, 'preparation/skill lack' and 'child rearing environment' factors among 7 subordinate factors of career barriers brought out negative effects on career preparation behaviors. 'Restriction of employment' factor, however, gives positive effects on career preparation behaviors. It showed that 7 subordinate factors of career barriers include 14% of career preparation behaviors.

The purpose of the present paper is to introduce some new subclasses of strongly close-to-convex functions in the open unit disk defined by multiplier transformations and study their properties. Our results include several previous known results as special cases.

본 논문은 threshold 에 기반한 (threshold-adjusted) EZW(Embedded Zerotree Wavelet) 부호화 모듈의 설계와 구현에 대하여 소개한다. EZW 부호화는 먼저 입력된 정지 영상에 대하여 Haar 웨이브릿 변환을 수행한다. Haar 웨이브릿 변환된 영상은dominant와 subordinate의 2-pass과정을 거쳐 zerotree를 구성함으로서 EZW 부호화 과정을 수행한다. Threshold에 기반한 EZW는 부호화 과정에서 인간의 시각 체계를 고려하여 threshold 값을 적절히 조절함으로서 효율적인 출력 영상을 얻을 수 있도록 구현하였다.

Let $Q(\beta)$ be the class of normalized strongly quasiconvex functions of order $\beta$ in the open unit disk. Sharp Fekete-Szego inequalities are obtained for functions belonging to the class $Q(\beta)$. We also consider the integral preserving properties in a sector.

Various modeling approaches to study a long term behavior of streamflow or groundwater storage have been conducted. In this study, a Multivariate AR (1) Model has been applied to generate monthly flows of the one key station which has historical flows using monthly flows of the three subordinate stations. The Model performance was examined using statistical comparisons between the historical and generated monthly series such as mean, variance, skewness. Also, the correlation coefficients (lag-zero, and lag-one) between the two monthly flows were compared. The results showed that the modeled generated flows were statistically similar to the historical flows.

A systematic classification of Korean traditional patterns has been made according to their objects and presenting methods. The classification is represented with 3 levels of categories. First, the superordinate category is composed of 7 groups of patterns, i.e. Naturals, Animals, Plants, Artifacts, Geometric, Composites, and Others. Second, the basic category is composed of motifs in each group. Third, the subordinate category is composed of 3 types, i.e. realistic, stylized, abstracted, according to the degree of simplification. As this classification is a method for organizing informations in Korean traditional patterns in a systematic way, it can offer a useful basis for computerization of the patterns.

This paper deals with functions of the form $f(z)=a_1z-{\sum}{\limits}_{n=2}^{\infty}a_nz^n(a_1>0,\;a_n{\geqslant}0)$ with $(1-{\mu})f(z_0)/z_0+{\mu}f'(z_0)=1(-1. We introduce the class $\varphi({\mu},{\eta},{\gamma},{\delta},A,B;\;z_0)$ with generalized fractional derivatives. Also we have obtained coefficient inequalities, distortion theorem and radious problem of functions belonging to the calss $\varphi({\mu},{\eta},{\gamma},{\delta},A,B;\;z_0)$.

The Korea Post has become the first government management entity to introduce Six Sigma Management Innovation Movement, a private-sector management technique in August 2003, and has since then successfully improved the quality of postal services including efficiency through enhanced business processes and public services. In 2006, The Korea Post expanded the Six Sigma down to six subordinate organizations including the KOVIX, pursuing the innovation of the entire organization from the regional off ice to each post offices.

본 논문은 웨이브릿을 기반으로 하는 EZW(Embedded Zerotree Wavelet) 복호기의 설계와 구현에 대하여 소개한다. EZW 부호화는 zerotree를 이용하는 부호화 방법으로서 웨이브릿 변환된 영상이 지니고 있는 계수의 특징을 잘 활용한 부호화 방법이다. EZW 복호화는 EZW 부호화와 대칭 관계를 갖는 구조로 구성되어 있다. EZW 복호기는 부호화의 결과로 생성된 파일의 bit stream을 입력으로 받아서 dominant와 subordinate pass로 구성된 2-pass의 EZW 복호화 과정을 수행하여 부호화 이전의 웨이브릿 변환된 입력 영상의 계수값을 복원한다. 복원된 웨이브릿 변환된 영상의 계수 값은 IDWT(Inverse Discrete Wavelet Transform)를 수행하여 부호화 되기 이전의 원래의 영상으로 재구성된다.

Two chiral stationary phases (CSPs) derived from two diastereomers consisting of (R)- or(S)-α-naphthylethylamine and (S)-naproxen were found to show different chromatographic behaviors in resolving N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)-α-arylalkylamines and N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)-α- or β-amino amides and esters. From the different chromatographic resolution behaviors on the two CSPs, the chiral recognition is proposed to be controlled mainly by the (R)- or (S)-α-naphthylethylamine part of the CSP. In contrast, the (S)-naproxen part of the two CSPs is proposed to exert some subordinate effects on the chiral recognition.
