This paper discusses details of modeling and robust control of an AMB (active magnetic bearing) spindle, and part I presents a modeling and validation process of the AMB spindle. There are many components in AMB spindle : electromagnetic actuator, sensor, rotor, power amplifier and digital controller. If each component is carefully modeled and evaluated, the components have tight structured uncertainty bounds and achievable performance of the system increases. However, since some unknown dynamics may exist and the augmented plant could show some discrepancy with the real plant, the validation of the augmented plant is needed through measuring overall frequency responses of the actual plant. In addition, it is necessary to combine several components and identify them with a reduced order model. First, all components of the AMB spindle are carefully modeled and identified based on experimental data, which also render valuable information in quantifying structured uncertainties. Since sensors, power amplifiers and discretization dynamics can be considered as time delay components, such dynamics are combined and identified with a reduced order. Then, frequency responses of the open-loop plant are measured through closed-loop experiments to validate the augmented plant. The whole modeling process gives an accurate nominal model of a low order for the robust control design.

XML 기반의 SMIL(Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language) 문서는 문서를 구조적인 특성에 따라 논리적 구조 정보, 공간적 구조 정보, 시간적 구조 정보, 하이퍼링크 구조 정보로 표현할 수 있다. 본 논문은 이와 같이 SMIL 문서에 내재된 다중 구조 정보를 효과적으로 모델링하고, 관련 정보를 검색할 수 있는 기능을 지원한다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 SMIL문서의 구조 정보에 대한 객체 클래스와 클래스간의 계층 구조 및 관계를 표현하기 위해 UML의 클래스 다이어그램을 이용하여 객체 지향 모델링을 제공한다. 또한 객체 클래스들을 정의하기 위해 데이터베이스 표준 언어인 SQL3를 이용하고 있다 그밖에, SMIL 문서의 구조적인 구성 요소들을 효과적으로 검색하기 위해 계층 구조 접근 연산을 제공하며, SMIL문서의 효율적인 검색을 지원하고 있다.

Using an exchange standard, we can design an open architecture for the interchange of decision models and data. XML (eXtensible Markup Language) provides a general framework for creating such a standard. Although XML -based model representation languages such as OOSML were proposed, they are partly limited in expression capability, flexibility, generality, etc. This paper proposes a new method for expressing and sharing decision models and data based on XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language), which is a XML language specialized in business reporting. We have developed a XBRL taxonomy for decision models with the concepts and relationships of a representative modeling framework, SM (Structured Modeling). The method allows for expressing data as well as decision models in a consistent and flexible manner. Diverse dependencies between components of SM models can also be affluently expressed.

Interlocking software used in the electronic interlocking has been implemented through the structured approach until now. But there was the demerit that interlocking software has some problem in the standardization and the maintenance because of the limit in structured approach. Object-Oriented method overcoming this demerit was specified in the design step and the analysis step. There were object model, dynamic model and functional model in the analysis step and there were also two steps which were system design and object design in the design step. In this paper, Interlocking software was designed using Object-Oriented method to improve the standardization and the maintenance of the electronic interlocking. The electronic interlocking was analyzed with object modeling, dynamic modeling and functional modeling.

본 논문은 이동 로보트가 실제 환경속에서 주행할 수 있도록 하기 위한 간단한 structured light 센서의 개발과 이용에 관한 연구로써, 이동로보트에 이 센서를 부착하였을 경우 그 적용범위는 첫째, 복잡한 3차원 물체들 속에서의 실시간 주행경로 주변 물체의 모델링과 인식을 위한 것으로 나뉠 수 있다. 개발된 센서가 갖추고 있는 데이타 습득 속도와 정확도는 실용화 하기에 충분하며, 여러 다양한 상황속에서의 실험을 통하여 이를 확인하였다.

Presented in the paper is a structured approach to modeling automated manufacturing system (AMS) in the form of an event graph. The proposed two-phase procedure for formal modeling is 1) reference modeling by schematic supervisory control modeling and 2) event graph transformation from supervisory control model. Also described is a formal model for a small-sized FMS in the form of an event graph.

본 연구에서는 학생들의 생활과 밀접한 공간을 기반으로 한 비구조화된 문제를 개발하고 수업에 적용하였다. 이 과정에서 6학년 학생들의 공간 추론 능력으로는 외적 추론에 비해 내적 추론에서 어려움을 표했으며, 공간 추론이 수와 연산, 측정 등의 영역과 연계되어 활용될 때 그 수준이 더 높게 나타났다. 문제 해결 능력에서는 반성 요소가 미흡하게 나타났으며 초등 현장에서 온라인 환경에서의 협력과 수학적 모델링 학습이 적용 가능하다는 결과를 얻었다. 이를 통해 수학 교육 현장에 공간 학습과 실생활 문제 해결에 관한 의미 있는 시사점을 도출할 것으로 기대된다.

IFC 정보의 시멘틱 무결성 확보를 위해 BIM 부재와 IFC 엔티티 간 매핑 검증이 필요하다. 이와 관련된 기존 연구들은 기하정보 기반으로 학습시킨 기계학습 알고리즘을 활용하여 BIM 부재 인식 및 분류를 통해 매핑 검증을 실시하였으나, 유사한 기하특성을 가진 부재를 구분하지 못한다는 한계점이 존재하였다. 이에 본 연구는 BIM 모델의 주요 부재를 인공신경망 기반으로 자동 분류하되, 부재 간 관계정보를 삽입하여 분류성능을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 특성 외에 구조화된 신호를 함께 학습하는 NSL 프레임워크를 활용하여 8개의 BIM 부재를 분류하는 모델을 구축하였으며, 그 결과 기하정보 기반 인공신경망 모델과 대비하여 부재 간 관계정보를 삽입한 NSL 모델의 분류정확도가 현저히 상승한 것을 확인하였다.

Current therapies against ulcers caused by H. pylori infection consist of antibiotics, an acid reducer, and some clinical trials underway to develop a H. pylori vaccine. We develop a structured model with age-dependent mortality of peptic ulcers and H. pylori infection. Our main goal is to analyze our structured model mathematically and to compare it to our previously unstructured model to examine the disease transmission dynamics in terms of annual prevalence and annual incidence of the disease.
