  • Recently, the construction structure repeats the brilliant development including the shper high rising, high functionalization, environmental friendliness, conversion to ubiquitous, and etc. upon with the construction industry development and it is continually soothed. Meanwhile, as to the construction structure of the modern society, the research for corresponding to the box-frame construction way where the response to the diversity of the life of the occupant is difficult is needed. Thus, the lightweight of the structure is the important factor in order to secure the functionality. Therefore, this research tries to study the water absorption ratio and flexural strenght of the magnesium oxide light weight matrix according to the powdery modified sulfur addition ratio.

  • Today's aesthetics and design orientations seem to be: flexibility, mobility, multi-functionality required front user's new needs. Our spaces have changed increasingly contain the needs of constant mobility and ability to adapt to a wide variety of situations. For efficient use, a modular system in furnishing can manage the spaces with components which are easy to assemble and disassemble. The function comes from spacial technological structure that is an 'union' formed by units to joint each other. The repeated module is tailored to unchanging environmental conditions. On the other hand, the structure defined by change reacts flexibility to a dynamic environment. In decision-making, it is flexible and able to adapt. Their ability to be positioned freely anywhere in the room allows individual tasks to be carried out by different people, and their almost endless variety of uses create distinctive spaces for living.

  • As for the insufficient nature of the fossil fuel resources, the renewable energies as alternative fuels are imperative and highly heeded. To deliver the required electric power to the industrial and domestic consumers from DC renewable energy sources like fuel cell (FC), the power converter operates as an adjustable interface device. This paper suggests a new boost structure to provide the required voltage with wide range gain for FC power source. The proposed structure based on the boost converter and the quazi network, the so-called SBQN, can effectively enhance the FC functionality against its high operational sensitivity to experience low current ripple and also propagate voltage and current with low stress across its semiconductors. Furthermore, the switching power losses have been decreased to make this structure more durable. A full operational analysis of the proposed SBQN and its advantages over the conventional and famous structures has been compared and explained. Furthermore, a prototype of the single-phase converter has been constructed and tested in the laboratory.

  • The need of space-resolved x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) has developed scanning photoelectron microscopy (SPEM). SPEM provides space-resolved XPS data from a spot of a sample as well as images of specific element, chemical state, valency distribution on the surface of a sample. Based on technical advancement of tight x-ray focusing, sample positioning accuracy, and electron analyzer efficiency, SPEM is now capable of providing ~100 nm space resolution for typical XPS functionality, and SPEM has become actively applied for the investigation of chemical state, valency, and electronic structure on the surface of newly discovered materials, such as graphene layers, dichalcogenide 2D-materials, and heterogenous new functional materials.

  • Withstand voltage characteristics of the nanocomposites, as a material with excellent abrasion resistance and water resistance, low shrinkage upon curing with moisture even in very good adhesion, workability is not lost. In this study, the fusion of nanoparticles and the high functionality epoxy nano-composite material produces the electricity. Degeneration of the unit based on this power structure and breakdown characteristics, efficiency and cross-measurement system as closely related organisms that can be applied to the power plant electrical efficiency of the nano-composite material is designed to develop skills.

  • A new anion receptor utilizing carbamate functionality as hydrogen bonding site has been designed and synthesized. This new receptor 2 has two amide hydrogens and two carbamate hydrogens anchored at 1,8-position of anthracene. These four hydrogens form a concave structure for the anions and the receptor 2 was found to be a selective receptor for acetate among the anions investigated.

  • In this paper, we proposed an block-based evolvable neural network(BENN). The BENN can optimize it's structure and weights simultaneously. It can be easily implemented by FPGA whose connection and internal functionality can be reconfigured. To solve the local minima problem that is caused gradient descent learning algorithm, genetic algorithms are applied for optimizing the proposed evolvable neural network model.
