비선형 단면해석을 통한 합성지하벽의 휨 거동 분석 및 설계 (Analysis and Design on the Flexural Behavior of Composite Basement Wall Through Nonlinear Sectional Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of composition of underground structural wall and H-pile in soil cement. The results of previous experimental studies are re-analyzed and the nonlinear cross-sectional analyses of composite basement walls are performed to verify their nonlinear flexural behavior. Based on the study, it is explained how the gap deformation between H-Pile and RC wall should be considered in the design of flexure of composite underground walls. The nonlinear cross-sectional analysis shows that the load-displacement curves of composite basement wall specimens exhibiting flexural behavior exist between the results of the analysis of the complete and non-composite cases. When predicting the behavior of the composite basement wall by nonlinear cross-sectional analysis, the flexural behavior of the composite basement wall could be suitably predicted by considering the reduction of the composite ratio due to tensile stress acting on shear connectors.

구난장갑차 윈치 마운트의 안전율 향상을 위한 구조설계 연구 (A Study on the Structural Design for Safety Improvement of the Winch Mount of an Armored Recovery Vehicle)

  • In this paper, we studied the structural design for safety improvement of the winch mount of the armored recovery vehicle. From the finite element analysis using the safety factor of the original winch mount, the results determined that the safety factor was very low, namely 1.14 at $-15^{\circ}$ when towing the maximum force. For considering the usage and safety, the safety factor needs to increase to between 1.4 and 1.6. To improve the safety factor, a re-design, such as shape modification and strengthening the welded zone, was performed. After the improvement of the structural design, the safety factor of the improved mount was calculated at 1.78, an increase of about 56.1% from that of the original mount.

  • One of the most important roles in the nonlinear dynamic structural analysis is to select a proper ground excitation, which dominates the response of a structure. Because of the lack of recorded accelerograms in Korea, a stochastic model of ground excitation with various dynamic properties rather than recorded accelerograms is necessarily required. If all information is not available at site, the information from other sites with similar features can be used by the procedure of seismic hazard analysis. Eliopoulos and Wen identified the parameters of the ground motion model by the empirical relations or expressions developed by Trifunac and Lee. Because the relations used in the parameter identification are largely empirical, it is required to apply the artificial neural networks instead of the empirical model. Additionally, neural networks have the advantage of the empirical model that it can continuously re-train the new recorded data, so that it can adapt to the change of the enormous data. Based on the redefined traditional processes, three neural-networks-based models (FAS_NN, PSD_NN and INT_NN) are proposed to individually substitute the Fourier amplitude spectrum, the parameter identification of power spectral density function and intensity function. The paper describes the first half of the research for the development of Neural-Networks-based model for the generation of an Artificial earthquake and a Response Spectrum(NNARS).

Laser based impedance measurement for pipe corrosion and bolt-loosening detection

  • This study proposes a laser based impedance measurement system and impedance based pipe corrosion and bolt-loosening monitoring techniques under temperature variations. For impedance measurement, the laser based impedance measurement system is optimized and adopted in this paper. First, a modulated laser beam is radiated to a photodiode, converting the laser beam into an electric signal. Then, the electric signal is applied to a MFC transducer attached on a target structure for ultrasonic excitation. The corresponding impedance signals are measured, re-converted into a laser beam, and radiated back to the other photodiode located in a data interrogator. The transmitted impedance signals are treated with an outlier analysis using generalized extreme value (GEV) statistics to reliably signal off structural damage. Validation of the proposed technique is carried out to detect corrosion and bolt-loosening in lab-scale carbon steel elbow pipes under varying temperatures. It has been demonstrated that the proposed technique has a potential to be used for structural health monitoring (SHM) of pipe structures.

구조방정식 모형을 적용한 대학도서관 재이용과 추천의향에 영향을 미치는 품질요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Quality Factors Influencing University Library Re-visitation and Recommendation Intention Analyzed using Structural Equation Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 선행연구에서 도출된 대학도서관 서비스 품질요소를 대상으로 재이용과 추천의향에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 구조방정식 모형을 적용하여 분석하고자 하는 것이다. 2020.4.30.부터 2020.5.10.까지 11일간 이용자 그룹(학부생, 대학원생, 교수/강사) 총 127명을 대상으로 재이용과 추천의향에 대한 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. '자료'와 '서비스 고객화'는 재이용에 영향을 미치는 품질 차원으로 나타났으며, 재이용은 추천의향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 '자료'와 '서비스 고객화'가 재이용 뿐만 아니라 추천의향에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 '서비스 고객화'는 추천의향에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 이용자의 요구가 다변화하고 개인화되고 있는 도서관 환경에서 도서관 서비스와 마케팅에 고객화 개념을 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다.

건설공정의 낭비제거를 통한 생산성 향상 방안 (Productivity Improvement through the Waste Elimination of Construction Process)

  • 철근공사는 거푸집공사와 더불어 건축물의 구조적 안정성과 내구성 및 공기에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 공사이다. 그러나 국내 철근 콘크리트 공사는 철근현장가공조립을 주로 하고있어 낮은 생산성을 갖고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 생산성 향상을 위해 철근현장가공조립 프로세스를 부가가치 생산성향상을 위한 낭비요소를 분석하였다. 낭비요소 분석은 비가치창출 작업으로 인해 발생하는 요소로 철근현장가공조립의 가치분석을 통해 부가가치를 극대화 하고자 하였다. 그 결과 가치창출작업들이 비가치창출 작업보다 월등히 적다는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 본 논문에서 낭비는 불필요한 작업 단계와 인력, 장비, 자재, 시간 등에서 낭비되고 있었다. 또한 흐름생산이 되지 않고, 과잉생산을 하고 있는 것으로 조사되었으며, 가치의 변화가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 논문에서는 부가가치 생산성 향상을 위해 프로세스 상에 내재되어 있는 낭비요소를 분석하여 부가가치를 창출하는 가치창출 작업을 최대화하고, 비 가치창출작업을 최소화하는데 목적이 있다.

점용접의 간격 변화에 의한 구조 강성 영향 평가 연구 (A Study of the Effects on the Structural Strength by Change of Spot Welding Pitch)

  • In general, spot welding is used at no welding rod or flux for the process, low welding point temperature compared to arc welding, short heating time, less damage to the parent material, and low deformation and residual stress, relatively. Also, because of the pressurization effect, better mechanical qualities of the welding parts are obtained. Therefore, in various fields of industry its rapid operation speed can make mass production possible such as motor industry. In FEM analysis for the spot welding process, it is effective to use simple modeling rather than complicated one because of its numerous number of spots and reduction of analysis time. Therefore, this study provides with not only simplification of modeling analysis by using beam component composition of structure without re-compositing the spot welding point mesh but also modeling analysis of which property of fracture strength is reflected. In addition complete spot welding model is examined at rectangular post shape (hat shape) by impact test, compared the results, and verified its validity. As a result, it is possible to optimize the welding position and to recognize the strength of structure and the proposed equal distance model shows the effect of welding point reduction and improvement of stiffness.

클래식 관객의 소비가치가 관람몰입과 만족 그리고 재관람의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Consumption Value of Classical Music Concert Audience on the Re-Spectating Intention through Flow and Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 클래식 음악공연 관객을 대상으로 공연을 소비할 때 추구하는 가치를 파악하고, 유형별 영향력의 차이를 규명하여 기존 공급자 과잉이었던 클래식 음악공연에서 수요자인 관객 중심으로 학문적 연구의 기반을 넓히고자 하였다. 또한, 소비가치가 관람몰입과 만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치며 재관람의도로 이어지는가를 구조적 관계를 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 소비가치이론 적용하여 클래식 음악공연을 1년 이내에 관람한 관객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, smartPLS 3.0을 사용해 분석하였다. 그 결과, 관람몰입에 기능적 가치와 감정적가치가 영향을 주고, 만족에는 기능적가치는 유의미한 정(+)의 영향, 사회적가치는 부(-)적 영향으로 나타났다. 관람몰입과 만족, 재관람의도의 구조적 관계는 서로 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 클래식 음악공연의 시장 특성과 현황을 고찰하고, 이를 바탕으로 관람만족에 영향을 미치는 관객의 소비가치 요인들을 찾아 재관람율을 높일 수 있는 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 구사할 수 있는 것에 시사점이 있다.

골조공사 관련 공종 근로자의 안전보호구별 만족도 조사 (A Study on the Survey of Worker's Satisfaction with Safety Gear in Structural Frame Work)

  • Safety management is the most important factor in the construction industry. If the construction company don't control the risk, it causes the accident which give the company fatal loss. According to the Korea industrial safety analysis reports, the 25.72% of the disasters are from the construction industry, and the 13.6% construction disasters are caused by not properly using the safety gears. Therefore, this study is to investigate the Wearing Safety Gear by Occupational Classification and the Satisfaction in the Construction Field. The results are ; Carpenters are dissatisfied with the safety shoes and belt, re-bar workers are dissatisfied with the safety helmet and shoes, Concrete workers are dissatisfied with the safety helmet and goggles.

Seismic performance evaluation of a RC special moment frame

  • The probability and the reliability-based seismic performance evaluation procedure proposed in the FEMA-355F was applied to a reinforced concrete moment frame building in this study. For the FEMA procedure, which was originally developed for steel moment frame structures, to be applied to other structural systems, the capacity should be re-defined and the factors reflecting the uncertainties related to capacity and demand need to be determined. To perform the evaluation procedure a prototype building was designed per IBC 2003, and inelastic dynamic analyses were conducted applying site-specific ground motions to determine the parameters for performance evaluation. According to the analysis results, distribution of the determined capacities turned out to be relatively smaller than that of the demands, which showed that the defined capacity was reasonable. It was also shown that the prototype building satisfied the target performance since the determined confidence levels exceeded the objectives for both local and global collapses.
