A Case Report of Structual Scolosis (연소형 구조적 척추 측만증 환자의 치험례 보고)

  • Objective: This study was to investigate the effect of oriental medical treatment for Structual scolosis. Methods: This patient has scoliosis was treated with Herbal medicine, acupuncture and chuna therapy. And we evaluated the case with radiological measurement by calculating the scoliosis correction angle. Results: After the treatment, the cobb'angle of T-spine was changed 15" to 3". Conclusions: We report the good result of oriental medical treatment on this case. The more study of oriental medical treatment for Structual scolosis is needed.

  • The purpose of the study is to perform structual analysis of 9 type bellows for automotive. The bellows joint which was used as a absorber or safety equipment to prevent the deformation or fracture of a structure, has been analyzed by the FEM modeling using axi-symmetric conical frustum element. Using FEM the general behavior of bellows analysis can be investigate easily, as well as the stability of the analysis can be guarantee. The results of finite element structual analysis and actual result gave a good agreement.

  • When artificial potential field approach is used to avoid obstacle, the problem can be occurred in case that manipulator selects the path which across over an obstacle among paths. In thiscase manipulator can't reach the desired goal form obstacle. This problem is a case of structual local minimum. so this paper proposes the method to solve structual local minimum in this case. The method is that the manipulator goes via temporary goal. This paper proposes that visual region concept to select the temporary goal. The temporary goal is selected on the border of the visual region. To prove its effectiveness, two simulation examples are done by two link manipulator in two dimension and by three link manipulator in three dimension.

  • We live in the building which made of concreat. If a fire break out in the building on a sudden, the heated concreat structual of the building were become very weak and bad poor. In this study, it was investigated by test for thermal expansibility and compressive strength of the highly heated concreat. The experiment was carried out in the temparature range of 150―75$0^{\circ}C$. The obtained results are as follow. 1. The heated concreat has weaken in compressive strength from about at 30$0^{\circ}C$. 2. The concreat heated over 45$0^{\circ}C$ is not proper for structual material. 3. The concreat expanded remarkable when it was heated about at 450―$600^{\circ}C$.
