철도교 세로보 절취부에서의 응력거동에 관한 실험적 연구 - II : 보수·보강 방법 (An Experimental Study on the Stress Behavior of Coped Stringers in Steel Railway Bridge - II : Repair · Strengthening Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 철도교의 세로보 절취부에 피로균열이 발생 하였을 때 이에 대한 적절한 보수 보강 방법을 연구하기 위하여 실제로 피로균열이 발생한 철도교를 연구대상으로 실물크기의 가로보-세로보 바닥틀 모형을 제작하고, 세로보의 절취부 및 균열부에 스톱 홀 보수, 덧댐판 보강, 연결판 보강, 브라켓 보강 등 보수 보강 방법을 적용하여 실내실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 제일 효과적인 보강 방법으로는 세로보의 상부플랜지와 하부플랜지에 연결판과 브라켓을 설치하는 것이고, 균열 선단에 스톱 홀을 뚫는 방법은 보조적인 방법으로 사용할 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다. 그리고 균열 길이가 어느 정도 길 경우에는 복부판에 덧댐판을 설치할 필요가 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is application of strengthening technique of R/C concrete bridge by standardization of repair and rehabilitation. For that, experiment to bridge is necessary, and through the experiment, this study can identify the efficiency o applied method and analysis of design parameters with can't get in the laboratory experiment. This study will prove the structural behavior of R/C type girder bridge which is deteriorated but repaired and rehabilitation from standardized strengthening method with fiber plastic.

  • With difference to strengthening which could be evaluated structural efficiency, it is hard to do quantitative repair efficiency evaluation achieved compressive strength test or appearance investigation. In this paper, chloride ion penetration test is exacted to core specimens picked from repaired structure for quantitative repair evaluation. The result of experimentation shows repair efficiency quantitatively by means of difference between penetration amount of chloride ion for repaired and unrepaired core specimens.

  • In this study, a numerical simulation that can effectively predict the interfacial fracture behavior in repaired structures is developed using the axial deformation link elements. In repaired structures, concrete and interface are considered as quais-brittle materials, and steel plate as a repair material and reinforcement are modeled as elasto-plastic materials. The behavior of repaired reinforced concrete structures under flexural loading conditions is numerically simulated, and compaired with experimental results. The strengthening effect according to the length and thickness of the repair material is studied and rip-off, debonding and rupture failure mechanism of interface between substrate and repair materials are detected. It is shown that the interface properties affect on the mechanical behavior of repaired structures. Therefore, the developed numerical method using axial deformation link elements can be used for determining the strengthening effects and failure mechanism of repaired structures.

카본판을 접착보강한 강재의 거동분석 (Structural behavior on the steel beam with strengthening bonded carbon plate)

  • 구조물에 복합재료를 사용한 보강과 복구에 대한 사용이 증가하고 있는 상황에서 갑작스러운 강도저하로 발생되는 재난을 피하기 위하여 임시 보강하고자 탄소섬유 판을 이용하여 기존금속재와 접합(접착방식)을 통한 강도증진효과를 연구하였다. 특히 실험을 통하여 강-탄소섬유보강재로 이루어진 복합 재 거동을 파악하였으며 여기에 적절한 시험을 위한 새로운 형태의 시험편을 제작하였다. 접합재로 레진을 접착하는 부착 면을 달리하여 거동을 비교하기 위하여 표면처리가 다른 시험편을 각각 고려하여 시험한 결과 강성보강효과는 물론 일체거동의 특성이 잘 나타남을 알 수 있었다.

  • This paper presents the behavior and strenghening effect of reinforced concrete rectangular beams strengthened sing CFRP sheets with different strengthening level. In general, normally strengthened beams are failed by interfacial shear failure (delamination) within concrete, instead of by tensile failure of the CFRP sheets. The delamination occurred suddenly and the concrete cover cracked vertically by flexure was spalled off due to the release energy. The ultimate load considerably increased with an increase of strengthening level, while the ultimate deflection significantly decreased. The tensile force of CFRP sheets and average shear stress of concrete at delamination failure were curvilinearly proportional to the strengthening level. Therefore, the increment of ultimate load obtained by strengthening was curvilinearly proportional to th strengthening level.

  • The concrete structure under fatigue load depresses in mechanical capability or breaks down finally because of the fatigue. So recently the study on strengthening methods using bonded steel plate is widely attended. Which could be constructed under use and without damaging the structure. The intention of this method is to increase the useability of the structure and to recover the strength. So application on fields are sharply increasing. In this study it is tried to develop strengthening methods using notches and anchor bolts which could supply the defect on falling off of the steel plate at the end.

손상상태를 고려한 부재의 보강설계법 개발 (A Development on Method of Strengthening Design for the Different Status of Damages)

  • Recently, many strengthening methods are developed to repair damaged structures, when the original structure is under loading, which causes the difference of initial stresses between original member and bonded material. However, current design method or theory, which mostly depends on ultimately strength design, cannot account the difference of initial stresses between members, and it disregards the reduction of nominal strength. In this study, a new strengthening design theory and the amount of strengthening which can account the difference of initial stresses are developed, and applied to the case when a structure in service is repaired. The results show that the amount of strengthening material depends on the status of damages of structure, and the nominal strength is reduced depending on the degree of damages.
