In this paper, we implemented online real time strategy game using hand as the mouse in augmented reality. Also, we introduced the algorithm for detecting hand direction, finding fingertip of the index finger and counting the number of fingers for interaction between users and the virtual objects. The proposed method increases the reality of the game by combining the real world and the virtual objects. Retinex algorithm is used to remove the effect of illumination change. The implementation of the virtual reality in the online environment enables to extend the applicability of the proposed method to the areas such as online education, remote medical treatment, and mobile interactive games.

This paper presents a satellite relative navigation strategy for formation flying, which chooses an appropriate navigation algorithm according to the operating environment. Not only global positioning system (GPS) measurements, but laser measurements can also be utilized to determine the relative positions of satellites. Laser data is used solely or together with GPS measurements. Numerical simulations were conducted to compare the relative navigation algorithm using only laser data and laser data combined with GPS data. If an accurate direction of laser pointing is estimated, the relative position of satellites can be determined using only laser measurements. If not, the combined algorithm has better performance, and is irrelevant to the precision of the relative angle data between two satellites in spherical coordinates. Within 10 km relative distance between satellites, relative navigation using double difference GPS data makes more precise relative position estimation results. If the simulation results are applied to the relative navigation strategy, the proper algorithm can be chosen, and the relative position of satellites can be estimated precisely in changing mission environments.

In this study, the current state of the plastics industry has been examined. The direction of development and innovation is reviewed and commented. The technical statuses of various sectors such as thermoplastic resin, composite material, mold engineering, and simulation have been scrutinized. In addition, the industrial status of each sector has been reviewed. Then, the challenges that the plastics manufacturing industry has to deal with have been discussed. Especially, the situation in Republic of Korea has been elaborated in detail. Based on the discussion, an open innovation strategy has been suggested. It has been argued in this work that the open innovation strategy will enables efficient funding and development by avoiding resource consuming rent seeking.

이 연구는 미디어 산업의 변화가 가져온 글로벌 진출 확대의 필요성이 EBS(한국교육방송공사)에게도 똑같이 적용된다는 점을 인식하고, EBS가 공영방송인 동시에 미디어 기업으로서 정립해야 할 해외진출 전략의 방향성을 모색하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구는 EBS의 해외진출 전략을 구체적으로 논의하기에 앞서 방향성과 접근방법을 탐색해보는 기초연구의 성격을 띠고 있으며, 이를 위해 글로벌 미디어 기업과 해외 주요 공공 서비스 방송사(PSBs)와 관련된 문헌과 자료들을 종합적으로 분석하는 문헌연구 방법을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 글로벌 미디어 기업들의 해외진출 전략 분석을 통해 도출된 시사점은 EBS 글로벌 전략의 재구조화가 필요하고, 경제적 활동 기회의 확대를 위해 글로벌화를 추진해야 하며, 해외 주요 PSB들은 공적 책무 이행을 위해 개발도상국 지원사업을 실시하고 있고, 글로벌 미디어 기업의 성장 배경에는 국가정책과 지원이 자리하고 있다는 점이었다. 결론적으로 이 연구는 EBS 해외진출의 방향성은 상업적 사업다각화와 공적 책무 이행 등 두 가지 측면 모두에서 접근해야 하며, 특히 한국 교육방송 시스템의 개발도상국 전수사업을 해외진출 확산의 핵심사업으로 발전시켜 나가야 한다는 정책 방향을 제시한다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 후속 연구에서는 이 연구에서 도출한 EBS 해외진출 확산 전략의 방향성과 접근방법을 토대로 종합적인 진출 전략을 제시하는 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

Transportation Efficiency Act of 2009 System National Integrated Transportation System Efficiency Act and the revised Road Traffic in the center of the Intelligent Transportation Systems rail, sea and air transport sector is expanding in various areas to promote business and Industry is planning to. Accordingly, the introduction of Intelligent Transportation Systems Outlook and Direction of the railway sector and to provide a comprehensive introduction of Intelligent Transportation Systems rail sector has raised the need. In this paper, the introduction of Intelligent Transportation Systems rail sector strategy is presented as follows. First, the rail users a convenient rail-centric information system used. Second, the reliability and value-added operating system built for the creation of high-tech rail. Third, crime and accidents are implemented in a safe railway. The results of this paper, the railway sector through the national Intelligent Transportation Systems to develop and introduce strategies to provide operational direction is expected to be present.

The use of digital signage in the public and commercial communication areas has been increasing in recent years. By integrating cutting-edge information technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things, digital signage continues to break apart from traditional outdoor advertising media. This study identified the problems facing the domestic digital signage industry by exploring and analyzing major issues related to digital signage and derived future development measures. Specifically, online documents were collected based on the digital signage-related keywords created over the past 12 years to conduct big data network analysis, and key topics were derived through visualization of the results. This study has great policy implications in that it excluded biased interpretations based on the viewpoints of companies or the government and, more objectively, suggested the direction of the digital signage industry's development in the domestic media market.

The trigger mechanism in active object-oriented database systems is known to be a good tool for describing user-defined integrity constraints. It cannot adequately support, however, certain integrity constrains specified on the objects in class composition hierarchy. Those are the cases where the constraints must be maintained in the forward direction along the composition hierarchy as well as in the backward direction We call theses kinds of problems "backward propagation problem" and investigate several ways to resolve them using the currently available techniques. Based on them, a new constructor, called CONSTRAIN $T^{cch}$, is proposed. This study aims at proposing a direction of improving the efficiency in Korean information technology(IT) industry. In the face of re-engineering which has been done in most industries, it is very important to assess the validity of their restructuring or M&A based on the future efficiency. At first, by using the DEA/WINDOW, we will evaluate how the 30 firms are efficient for outputting their performance with respect to the profit realization and market ability. Then, in order to propose the direction of the efficiency improvement and suitable restructuring strategy, we will clarify how the efficiency of IT firms depends on their firm size. Finally, we will analyze their 'economy of scale' and also reveal how their economy of scale depends on the firm size based on return-to-scale(RTS).

This paper aims to suggest for port development at the dawn of unification of South and North Korea. Referring to the case study of port development in the unified German and on the basis of investigation port traffic between the two Koreas, it is also concerned with direction for co-operation in the port sector and practical methods for implementing port development plans after and before the unification of the Korean peninsular.
