본 논문은 미국이 추진하고 있는 국방 인공지능 관련 정책 및 3차 상쇄전략의 주요 과제와 경과를 살펴봄으로써, 미국 국방전략의 핵심 지향점 및 추진 동향 등을 분석하고, 미래 국방환경에서 우리나라의 안보를 담보하기 위한 유효적절한 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 이에, 미래 국방환경을 위한 첨단 무기체계에 대한 개발 능력 및 핵심기술 확보를 위한 대응방안을 미국의 국방 인공지능 정책과 연계하여 다음과 같이 모색하였다. 인공지능 기반의 국방혁신을 성공적으로 추진하기 위해서는 첫째, 무인·로봇, 자율무기체계 전력 운용을 위한 장기적인 추진전략이 마련되어 져야 한다. 둘째, 국방 데이터의 안전한 수집·저장·관리, 알고리즘 개발 및 컴퓨팅 능력을 확보하기 위한 인공지능 플랫폼 개발이 필요하다. 마지막으로, 한미 동맹에 기반하여 우리나라가 참여 가능한 첨단부품 및 핵심기술을 식별하고, 미국과의 기술협력을 강화해 나가야 한다.

Today, the life cycle of mobile games is getting shorter. In order to overcome this problem, we tried to summarize the strategies and marketing types of game marketing. Recently, I considered the TV advertisement that used the star of the marketing form of mobile game. In this research, user survey was analyzed based on correlation between star marketing and mobile game TV advertisement. And, through an interview with Delphi experts, I summarized the important elements of TV advertisement for mobile games. In conclusion, this research presented a total of five elements on a successful mobile game marketing strategy.The direction of mobile game advertising can promote a successful game that needs to set effective advertising marketing strategy, based on the basic nature of the game and main target.

A path-switching strategy by combining the use of generalized inverse and line search is proposed. A reliable predictor for the tangent vector to bifurcation path is first computed by using the generalized inverse approach. A line search in the direction of maximum gradient of total potential at the point of intersection between the above predictor and a constant loading plane introduced in the vicinity of the detected bifurcation point is then carried out for the purpose of obtaining an improved approximation for a point on bifurcation path. With this approximation obtained, an actual point on bifurcation path is then computed through iteration on the constant loading plane.

Optimal level of sedation and analgesia is important for the comfort and safety of critically ill patients. However, suboptimal sedation is relatively common in the intensive care unit (ICU) and it could cause prolonged mechanical ventilation and ICU stay, also increase delirium and ICU acquired weakness and resultant decreased survival. Therefore, accurate assessment of the level of sedation and analgesia, maintaining adequate level of sedation, and daily evaluation of each patient and following adjustment could be important treatment strategy in critically ill patients. Recently, the strategy for sedation in the ICU is changing toward the direction of lowering sedation level or even "no sedation" with concurrent use of analgesics and the use of ultra short acting analgesics could be helpful in some patients. Clinicians should be aware of the importance of algorithmic approach including daily interruption of sedative and assessment of sedation level and especially in the patients under mechanical ventilation, organizational approaches such as the 'ABCDE' bundle could improve the management of critically ill patients.

Current Korea furniture market is holding and leading with Hanssem, Livart, and other 10 main furnitures companies. The Hanssem furniture company is the first sales in Korea. And whole sales revenue was over 1 trillion KRW. Recently in Korea furniture market is changing rapidly by announcement of IKEA of expansion to Korea. IKEA is the number one furniture company in north european countries. Also, this company spreads at world widely, 44 countries and 358 shops, with their own marketing plans between lowest prices and developing north european furniture styles. Korean furniture companies are get in dangerous condition, and especially serious problems near Korean furniture company using same market place with IKEA. This research is expecting IKEA's brand power will hitting Korea furniture industries. Therefore, Korea furniture companies and industries need analysis of IKEA furniture, marketing strategy of IKEA, production strategy and other plans must be prepare for expansion of IKEA in Korea.

Avionics is a compound word of aviation and electronics that began to be used in the late 1930s. In the components or sub-systems installed to the aircraft, avionics is something that works by electronic technology. In the past, the aircraft mate, the flight engineer, and the radar operators performed the work on board the aircraft but the modern aircraft have replaced these tasks with avionics. the aircraft mechanics who maintain and manage such complex aircraft must have expertise and technics with the development of avionics to maintain aircraft airworthiness. This paper is about the introduction of domestic avionics qualification system and the development of avionics maintenance technology. For this, the SWOT analysis is performed by identifying the internal and external environment. And recommend the strategy and direction of domestic avionics qualification and education system.

This research Investigates the determinants of customer Intention to participate In Internet auction. Based on technology acceptance and trust related studies, our research proposes a theoretical model consisting of factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, institution based trust, beliefs on sellers, trusting beliefs, and participation Intention. For examining the relationships implied by the research model, a field study using a survey methodology for data collection was conducted. The data were analyzed using AMOS based on the structural equation modeling, a second-generation multivariate technique, which has gained distinct advantages over other technique. After some model modification according to model generating strategy approach, this study shows that trusting beliefs have significant effects on the participating intention in Internet auction site. In conclusion, Implications are discussed along with limitations and further research direction.

Design policy in Korea has been dealt as one of the industrial policies in economic policies, and it can be classified as government driven. A problem derived from this is that previous design policies have only pursued creating material values, and have overlooked the emotional values of design, such as creating cultural identity of Korea and cultural independence through it. Therefore, a new mindset of 'Cultural Era of Design' and a new role of 'Designers as Producers of Culture' must be in the strategy and system for supporting the design in Korea. This study can be divided into three major parts. First part compares and examines current design policies of Korea to seek more suitable design policies. Second part suggests a new direction for design policy by analyzing the ideas and cases of such policies. Third part surveys designers and people in related fields to collect opinions about design policies in Korea to propose directions for new design policies and ways to evaluate them. The object of this process is to find out how they, in the center of design and cultural industries, see and follow the policies. It will aid the narrowing of perceptual gap between them and the developers of policies.

KARI (Korea Aerospace Research Institute) is going to launch a Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite (COMS) at summer of 2009. It will be first thing to be developed for a geostationary satellite through domestic technology. Of course, KARI has performed this development program with EADS Astrium in France since 2005. COMS has the non-symmetric configuration that the solar array is only attached on the south panel. Due to the configuration, momentum of satellite will be rapidly accumulated induced by solar pressure and then 3 wheels of large momentum are located on roll-yaw plane for attitude control. Therefore, to prevent the saturation of wheel momentum, wheel off-loading will be performed two times per day during 10 minutes for each one. At the moment, translation movement on 3-axes direction appears because of using thrusters. In this paper, strategy of the wheel off-loading and triaxiality which is the translation effect on 3-axes are introduced. Consequently, the result of optimized triaxiality considering the wheel off-loading strategy is summarized.

PSS (Product-Service System) is a competitive strategy for a service company or a servitized manufacturer. We investigate the product-service integration effect in a mobile phone service industry. Using choice-based conjoint analysis, we measure main and interaction effects of product and service. We collected a sample of size 171 from a college student group in Seoul, Korea. We find the existence of the interaction effect of product and service in PSS and show the direction of PSS strategy using main and interaction effect.
