그레마스 행위소 모델을 통해 본 기업의 CSR스토리텔링 전략-현대자동차 CSR홈페이지를 중심으로 (Strategy of CSR Storytelling with the application of Greimas Actantial Model -focusing on Hyundai Motor Company's CSR website)

  • 본 연구는 현대자동차의 CSR홈페이지를 중심으로 스토리텔링을 분석하여 CSR스토리 전략을 파악하고자 하였다. CSR홈페이지의 설계에 있어 양방향성, 이용편이성, 최신성, 정보성을 기준으로 분석한 결과 양방향 대화 기능은 미흡하였으며 기업의 활동에 고객의 참여를 유도하거나 고객과 함께 스토리텔링하는 경우가 드문 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자료의 업데이트가 잘 되지 않고 있어 최신성의 기준을 따르지 못하고 있었으나 공유 기능을 갖추고 있어 정보의 확산을 위한 기능은 확보하고 있었다. 그레마스 행위소 모델을 이용하여 내용을 분석한 결과 기업의 사회공헌활동에 관한 뉴스에서 기업은 진정성, 일관성, 유연성의 전략을 보여 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. CSR스토리텔링에서 기업은 가급적 조력자의 역할을 담당하고 활동의 주체로 임직원, 시민단체, 청년을 비롯한 새로운 인물을 내세우는 것이 바람직하다. 또한 기업은 새로운 가치에 대해 전략적 스토리텔링을 수립하여 시대적 요구에 부응하는 체계적인 사회공헌 활동을 펼쳐야 한다.

애니메이션에서 욕망 비주얼 스토리텔링 특징 분석 - 소속, 성취, 보호에 대하여 (An Analysis of Visual Storytelling Characteristics of Desire in Animation - Regarding Affiliation, Achievement, and Nurturance)

  • Successful Visual Story Telling(VST) of desire is a crucial key for the success of animation because desire is the leading power of story development of animation. An analysis of the desire of VST using the top 5 successful American feature film animations is carried out. Totally, 147 desire shots are extracted by using the proposed Objective Selection of Desire Shots(OSDS) method based on the theory of Makee's conflict and desire pursuing modeling, Maslow's 20 desire types, Greimas's actant model, and the 17 narrative process classification. In addition to them, the 5 Beat(5B) model of a scene is proposed. Five image specialists have evaluated VST of the selected 147 desire shots. For each shot, the desire type among the 20 desires and the strength are obtained. Among them, the top 3 desires(affiliation, achievement, and nurturance) appearing 51.8% are analyzed. The composition elements of shots affecting the desire type and the strength have found. These can be used for better VST of preproduction and production of animation.

고층 RC 벽식 건물의 지진 취약도 분석 (Seismic Fragility Analysis of High-Rise RC Box-Type Wall Building Structures)

  • Observations of the damages to high-rise reinforced concrete (RC) wall building structures caused by by recent earthquakes in Chile ($M_w$ 8.8, February 2010) and New Zealand (February 2011, $M_L$ 6.3) have generally exceeded expectations. Firstly, this study estimated the seismic damage levels of 15-story RC box-type wall building structures using the analytical models calibrated by the results of a shaking table test on a 1:5 scale 10-story RC box-type wall building model. Then, the seismic fragility analysis of the prototype model was conducted by using the SAC/FEMA method and the incremental dynamic analysis (IDA). To compensate for the uncertainties and variability of ground motion and its impacts on the prototype model, in the SAC/FEMA method, a total of 61 ground motion records were selected from 20 earthquakes, with a magnitude ranging from 5.9 to 8.8 and an epicentral distance ranging from 5 to 105km. In the IDA, a total of 11 ground motion records were used based on the uniform hazard response spectrum representing a return period of 2,475 years. As a result, the probabilities that the limits of the serviceability, damage control, and collapse prevention would be exceeded were as follows: from the SAC/FEMA method: 79%, 0.3%, and 0%, respectively; and from the IDA: 57%, 1.7%, and 0%, respectively.

  • 축소모델의 지진모의실험을 위해서는 실물 실험체의 구조거동을 축소모델 실험체가 잘 모사하는지 상사성 확인이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 2층 RC 벽식구조 실험체의 반복 횡가력 실험을 통해 강도, 연성과 같은 전체거동과 휨, 전단, 들뜸과 같은 국부거동의 결과를 나타내었다. 인방보의 유무에 따른 3 : 5 실물 실험체와 1 : 7 축소모델 실험체를 비교 분석 하였으며, 1 : 7 축소모델 실험체가 실물 실험체의 전체거동과 국부거동에 대해서 대체로 잘 모사하고 있음을 확인하였다.

  • 최근 도심지 고층 구조물의 수가 증가하면서 수명이 오래된 구조물에 대한 재건축 수요가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 기존 구조물을 철거하는 방법에는 기계식 해체 공법과 발파 해체공법이 있으나 10여층 이상의 고층건물일 경우 발파해체공법을 사용하는 겅이 경제적으로 유리한 것으로 알려져 있다. 발파해체공법을 사용할 경우, 발파에 앞서 미리 그 붕괴거동을 예측하는 일은 안전한 발파를 위해서 뿐만 아니라 발파해체의 실패를 방지하기 위해서 필수적으로 요구된다. 과거의 연구에서 이차원 입자결합모델을 사용하여 구조물 해체과정을 모사한 사례가 있었지만, 실제 발파붕괴 거동을 적절히 모사하는 데는 많은 제약이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 개별요소법을 기반으로 입자결합모델을 사용한 상용 프로그램인 PFC3D를 사용하여 구조물의 3차원 해체발파를 모사하였다. 삼차원 해석에서는 해석 시간이 오래 걸리는 단점으로 인하여 현실에 가까운 모사를 완성할 수 없었지만 몇 가지 입력변수를 바꾸어가며 그들의 효과를 관찰하였다. 보다 현실에 가까운 결과를 얻기 위해서는 입력변수의 설정과 부재 특성의 모사에 보다 많은 노력이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

5층 철근콘크리트 중간모멘트골조의 반응수정계수에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Response Modification Factor for a 5-Story Reinforced Concrete IMRF)

  • 본 논문에서는 푸쉬오버해석을 통해 철근콘크리트 중간모멘트골조의 반응수정계수를 확인하기 위하여 5층 구조물을 KBC2009에 맞게 구조설계 하였다. 보 및 기둥 부재의 휨모멘트-곡률 관계는 화이버 모델로 확인하였으며 보-기둥 접합부 모멘트-회전각 관계는 Simple and Unified Joint Shear Behavior Model과 보-기둥 접합부 모멘트 평형관계를 이용하여 확인하였다. 푸쉬오버해석 결과 보-기둥 접합부 비탄성 전단거동을 무시하는 경우 구조물의 강도가 과대평가 되었다. 반응수정계수는 내진설계범주 C에 대하여 설계한 경우 평균 7.78, 내진설계범주 D에 대하여 설계한 경우 평균 3.64로 평가되었다.

Cumulative damage in RC frame buildings - The 2017 Mexico earthquake case

  • The Puebla-Morelos Earthquake (Mw 7.1) occurred in Mexico in 2017 causing 44 buildings to collapse in Mexico City. This work evaluates the non-linear response of a 6-story reinforced concrete (RC) frame prototype model with masonry infill walls on upper floors. The prototype model was designed using provisions prescribed before 1985 and was subjected to seismic excitations recorded during the earthquakes of 1985 and 2017 in different places in Mexico City. The building response was assessed through a damage index (DI) that considers low-cycle fatigue of the steel reinforcement in columns of the first floor, where the steel was modeled including buckling as was observed in cases after the 2017 earthquake. Isocurves were generated with 72 seismic records in Mexico City representing the level of iso-demand on the structure. These isocurves were compared with the location of 16 collapsed (first-floor column failure) building cases consistent with the prototype model. The isocurves for a value greater than 1 demarcate the location where fatigue failure was expected, which is consistent with the location of 2 of the 16 cases studied. However, a slight increase in axial load (5%) or decrease in column cross-section (5%) had a significant detrimental effect on the cumulated damage, increasing the intensity of the isocurves and achieving congruence with 9 of the 16 cases, and having the other 7 cases less than 2 km away. Including column special detailing (tight stirrup spacing and confined concrete) was the variable with the greatest impact to control the cumulated damage, which was consistent with the absence of severe damage in buildings built in the 70s and 80s.

탄소성 경계면 요소를 고려한 지하 철근콘크리트 박스의 내진 해석 (Seismic Analysis of Underground RC Box considering Elastoplastic Interface Element)

  • Since experimental evaluation of underground RC structures considering interaction with surrounding soil medium is quite difficult to be simulated, the evaluation for the underground RC structures using an analytical method can be applied very usefully. For underground structures interacted with surrounding soils, it is important to consider path-dependent RC constitutive model, soil constitutive model, and interface model between structure and soil, simultaneously. In this paper, an elastoplastic interface model which consider thickness of interface is proposed and applied for the analysis considering the interaction. Failure mechanism of underground RC box of two story and two box subway station under seismic action is obtained and the effects of ductility of intermediate column to entire underground RC system are investigated through analysis.

고층 RC 벽식 비정형 구조물의 지진반응에 대한 비틀림 편심의 효과 (Effect of Torsional Eccentricity on the Seismic Response of High-Rise RC Bearing-Wall Structures with Vertical Irregularity)

  • The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of torsional eccentricity on the seismic response of high-rise RC bearing-wall structures with vertical irregularity. For this purpose, two 1:12 scale 17-story RC model structures, the one has concentric shear wall and the other has eccentric shear wall, were constructed and then subjected to a series of earthquake excitations. The test result shows the followings: 1) the layout of shear wall has the negligible effect on the natural period and the base shear coefficient, 2) the eccentric model behaves in the first and second mode while the concentric model has the first mode predominantly, 3) the stiff frame in the eccentric model resists most of overturning moment in the severe earthquake though both frames (the stiff and flexible frames) resist almost equally in the design earthquake.

  • The purpose of this study is to model the seismic behavior of Welded Unreinforced Flange and Bolted (WUF-B) connections with post-Northridge details and evaluate the system performance of the builidings with WUF-B connections. For this purpose, based on test results, mathematical model of the connections were developed and compared with test results. This connection model take into account both panel zone deformation and connection fractures. Then, SAC Phase II 3 and 9-story buildings were modeled using the connection model developed in this study. From nonlinear static pushover analysis of the buildings, maximum strength, maximum roof drift, and so forth are investigated for the buildings with post-Northridge details. Analysis results were compared with those of buildings with pre-Northridge details and ductile connections with no fractures.
