빙축열 시스템의 지능형 냉방부하예측에 관한 연구 (The Study on Intelligent Cooling Load Forecast of Ice-storage System)

  • In the conventional operation of ice-storage system based on operator's experience and judgement, the failure in forecast of cooling load occurs frequently due to operator's misjudgement and unskilled operation. This study presents the method of constructing self-organizing fuzzy models which forecast tomorrow temperature, humidity and cooling load periodically for economic and efficient operation of ice-storage system. To check the effectiveness and feasibility of the suggested algorithm, the actual example for forecasting temperature, humidity and cooling load of ice- storage system in KEPCO training institute, Sokcho, is examined. The computer simulation results show that the accuracy of temperature, humidity, cooling load forecast of the suggested algorithm is higher than that of the conventional methods.

  • The electric power load during the peak time in summer is strongly affected by cooling load, which decreases the preparation ratio of electricity and brings about the failure in the supply of electricity in the electric power system. The ice-storage system and heat pump system are possible solutions to settle this problem. In this study. the method of estimating temperature and humidity to forecast the cooling load of ice-storage system is suggested, then the method of forecasting the cooling load using fuzzy logic is suggested by simulating that the cooling load is calculated using actual temperature and humidity. The forecast of the temperature, humidity and cooling load are simulated, and it is shown that the forecasted data approach to the actual data. Operating the ice-storage system by the forecast of cooling load with night electric power will improve the ice-storage system efficiency and reduce the peak electric power load during the summer season as a result.

순엽싸이로 상대습도 및 퇴적 시간 연구 (Investigation of Relative Humidity and Storage Time of Blended Tobaccos on Total Blending Silo)

  • In this study, the effects of the relative humidity and storage time of blended tobaccos at total blending silo on cut tobacco equilibrium moisture contents, leaf moisture contents and migration of casing materials of tobacco types were investigated. To maintain the cutting moisture content(21 $\pm$ 1 %), it is necessary to keep 75 % relative humidity at 28 $^{\circ}C$ at total blending silo. The moisture content of reconstituted tobacco sheet was changed from $13{\sim}14$ % to $19{\sim}21$ % within 2 h after preblending. The contents of glycerin and fructose of tobacco types followed by storage time after preblending were not changed significantly. From these results, it is suggested that 2 h storage time after preblending was sufficient to maintain physical properties of cut tobaccos and tobacco taste and fragrance.

상대습도와 저장온도에 따른 건조마늘 플레이크의 갈변 및 흡습특성 (Browning and Sorption Characteristics of Dried Garlic Flakes with Relative Humidity and Storage Temperature)

  • 건조마늘 플레이크를 상대습도 11%에서 84%까지 7단계의 상대습도별로$5^{\circ}C$, $20^{\circ}C$$35^{\circ}C$온도에 저장하면서 건조마늘 플레이크의 갈변 및 흡습특성을 조사하였다. 저장시간에 따른 건조마늘 플레이크의 흡습곡선은 RH 51% 이하에서는 단시간내에 평형에 도달하여 수분함량의 변화가 거의 없었으나, $20^{\circ}C$$35^{\circ}C$의 RH 67% 이상에서 $5^{\circ}C$의 RH 84%에서 평형수분함량이 급격히 증가하여 갈변현상이 나타났다. 건조마늘 플레이크의 단분자층 수분함량은 온도에 따라서 5.80%(DB)에서 6.20%(DB)로서 온도가 내려감에 따라 다소 증가하는 경향을 나타냈고 수분함량 및 저장온도가 낮으면 낮을수록 흡습력이 크기 때문에 건조마늘 플레이크의 장기저장에 방습포장재가 필요하였다. 상대습도 및 저장온도에 따라서 건조마늘 플레이크의 갈변도를 예측할 수 있는 회귀방정식을 도출하였다.

The Study on Cooling Load Forecast of an Unit Building using Neural Networks

The ice storage system and heat pump system etc. are used to settle this problem. In this study, the method of estimating temperature and humidity to forecast the cooling load of ice storage system is suggested. The method of forecasting the cooling load using neural network is also suggested. The daily cooling load is mainly dependent on actual temperature and humidity of the day. The simulation is started with forecasting the temperature and humidity of the following day from the past data. The cooling load is then simulated by using the forecasted temperature and humidity data obtained from the simulation. It was observed that the forecasted data were closely approached to the actual data.

  • A microcomputer system consisting of 16-bit microcomputer, PCL-711S interface board, censors, and converters have been set up in order to automatically measure temperature, humidity and weight loss which are major variables of storage of apple. This system was operated by PC-LabDAS software. It has been possible to measure continuously the weight loss of Fuji apple stored in CA with the weight converter made by a miniature load cell and a strain amplifier. The temperature was checked by a k-type thermocouple and Pt 100 $\Omega$ RTD, and humidity by PQ653JAl humidity sensor. It has been possible to set up a linear equation which showers high correlationship between the estimate of temperature, weight humidity and the output of the converter in that r2 is more than 0.99. Transpiration rate, a significant factor of quality deterioration for CA storage of apple, can be estimated with these values.

  • For high quality storage of agricultural products, temperature, humidity and gas conditions in a storage house should be controlled properly. But most of the low temperature storage house is depending on temperature control. This study aimed to develop an automatic control system for low temperature storage house that can control storage conditions such as temperature, humidity and $CO_2$ gas concentration. The developed system alarms the user, by telephone or beeper, when abnormal condition has occurred. The farmer can also monitor the inside condition of warehouse in his residence, by Internet. From the results of the performance test, the temperature and relative humidity in the warehouse is controlled within the range of ${\pm}0.5^{circ}C$ and ${\pm}2%$, respectively.

  • Temperature, relative humidity and ventilation are closely related one another, and they are the main factors to be controlled for the environmental control system of a storage facility. Conventional environmental control systems do not consider the interrelationship between temperature, relative humidity and ventilation, which results in low performance and high energy consumption. To overcome the inefficiency of the conventional ones, it was developed an on-off control system based on the interrelationship between the factors. The usefulness of the system was illustrated with the results produced by a set of experiments in a real world.

크랙카의 텍스쳐 특성에 미치는 저장습도의 영향 (Effect of Storage Humidity on the Textural Characteristics of Crackers)

  • 저장습도가 크랙카의 texture 특성에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 관능검사법과 texturometer를 이용한 기계적 측정법을 병행시켜 실험하였다. 국내산 크랙카 제품을 23%, 31%, 51% 79%의 상대 습도에서 1주와 3주간 저장한 결과 일반적으로 저장습도가 증가함에 따라 texture 특성인 crispness의 감소를 나타냈으며 저장기간은 큰 영향을 주지 못했다. 국내산과 외국산 크랙카를 상대습도 31%와 79%에서 1주와 3주간 저장하면서 texture의 변화를 비교한 결과 제품간에 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다.

  • The effects of roll diameter, winding time, winding methods and relative humidity on curl In newsprints(46$g/m^2$, 54 $g/m^2$, and 54 $g/m^2$ SNC) are examined. The larger MD curl appears at smaller roll diameter, with the extension of winding time, and at the treat ment of soft nip calendering. The MD curl shows the back side curl at winding methods with top side as outer side(TSO), and the top side curl with top side as inner side(TSI). While the CD curl in newsprints( 46 $g/m^2$, and 54 $g/m^2$ SNC) treated with calender is hardly influenced by the storage times, roll diameter, and winding methods. However the CD curl in newsprint(54 $g/m^2$) gradually increases to a two weeks, and then hold constant regardless of roll diameter and winding methods.. The CD curl shows always the top side curl regardless of winding methods. At high relative humidity, the CD curl largely reduces, but the MD curl is not nearly changed. Especially, the CD curl in news-prints(54 $g/m^2$ SNC) is little affected by the changes of relative humidity.
