The Purpose of this study is working out of the scientific-theoretical and practical recommendations directed on perfection of strategic planning of development of the enterprises of mining and gold mining branch. The methodological basis of research is based on the economic theory developed by a domestic and foreign science. At processing, generalisation and a writing of materials of the master's thesis following methods were applied: - supervision, - comparison, - the analysis and synthesis, - methods of an induction and deduction, - statistical groupings, - average and relative sizes, - the system approach. Finally, the theoretical and practical importance of this research consists that results of research will allow generating a basis of statement of effective system of strategic planning of a long-term sustainable development of the gold mining enterprises reducing risk of acceptance of inefficient strategic decisions. I would like to express many thanks to the NGO "Semey- My Home" and "EastGeoResources" LLP for their help and support in providing the data collection and data analysis stages of my research from 2006.

Purpose - This study aims to suggest policy directions for small retail markets in Korea by statistical analysis, which would help small retailers who are facing various difficulties. Research design, data, methodology - This study diagnoses the problems faced by small retail industries in Korea based on government statistics. In addition, this study identifies three areas for successful collaboration between the SSMs and traditional markets-information distribution, products, and fair trade. Results - This study makes three recommendations-information distribution, products, and fair trade. This includes activation of the existing mutual collaboration efforts, channels, CSR report writing and publicity, ethical management cooperation seminars, contract systems of no return, establishment of staff outsourcing standards, and support for suppliers' organizations. Conclusions - Our suggestions for a collaborative system (based on the three suggestions) show that collaboration rather than confrontation between large and small markets can lead to a sales increase of 2,258.2 billion Won, which is equivalent to the sales loss in 11 traditional markets in one year in Busan.

본 논문에서 제안하는 양식 경영 자동화의 표준안은 개인의 경험과 주관적인 판단에 의하여 비합리적 운영 되오고 있는 양식장의 경영 표준안을 제시하는데 그 의의가 있으며 특히 실제 양식장들이 전통적으로일지를 기록하고 있다는 것에 기초하여 제작되었다. 특히 제안하는 표준안은 1차 기본 모델로 개발되었던 황금어장 S/W를 기초로 하였으며 양식장 관리일지 기입만으로 모든 통계자료와 경영상태 판매시점 예측이 가능하다.

본 연구의 목적은 생명보험회사의 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위한 요인을 분석하는데 있다. 기존의 연구와 달리 단일 성과변수가 아닌 생명보험회사의 경영 활동을 언더라이팅 활동과 투자 활동으로 나누고 각 활동에서 비용 성과와 이익성과로 나누어 각 성과에 영향을 미치는 기업 특성변수를 분석함으로써 생명보험회사의 경쟁력 강화 방안을 제시하고 있다. 연구결과 첫째, 언더라이팅 활동에서의 비용 성과와 다근 성과변수간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있으나, 나머지 세 성과변수인 투자 활동에서의 비용 성과, 투자 활동에서의 이익 성과, 언더라이팅 활동에서의 이익 성과간에는 모두 상관관계가 유의하지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 생명보험회사가 비용 측면에서 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서는 보장성보험의 비중을 높여야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 투자 측면에서는 대출채권의 비율을 증대시켜야 경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

초록작성의 현황을 이해하고 초록의 내용을 조사하기 위하여 사회과학 분야의 전국규모 학술지를 대상으로 현황조사와 내용분석을 하였다. 12개 학문 102종의 학술지 중에서 $53\%$에 해당하는 54종이 초록을 수록하고 있었으며, 34종이 초록관련 편집규정을 가지고 있으며, 33종이 한글초록을 수록하고 있었다. 조사에 근거하여 초록작성이 일상화된 4개 학문의 중앙학술지를 선정. 149개의 초록을 표집하여 6개의 통계적 특성 변인과 12개의 필수내용요소 불필요한 내용요소 문체적요소 변인에 대하여 분석하였다. 통계적 특성은 학문별로 다양하고 범위가 크다. 특히 초록당 평균 문단 수와 자수가 기존의 규격과 크게 차이가 있다. 내용분석 결과 $50\%$가 필수내용요소를 포함하고 있지 않으며 $39\%$는 불필요한 요소를 포함하고 있다. 문체적 분석에서는 불필요한 1인칭 상당어귀와 대명사의 남용이 두드러진 현상으로 나타났다. 사회과학 학술지의 저자초록은 외형적 구조에서뿐만 아니라 내용과 문체 면에서도 크게 개선되어야 할 문제점을 가지고 있다.

본 논문은 <셰익스피어 인 러브> 시청자가 영화를 보는 과정에서 어떻게 스토리를 이해하고 감흥하는 지, 영화의 인물관계망을 중심으로 관객의 인지 감성 스키를 분석하는 데에 목적이 있다. 본 논문에서는 4개의 인물관계망 그림을 절차적으로 제시함으로써, 이들은 왜, 그리고 어떻게 셰익스피어가 "로미오와 줄리엣"이라는 불후의 명작을 젊은 나이에 성숙하게 비극으로 만들어 낼 수 있었는지에 대한 스토리 개연적 증거를 제시한다. 필자는 주인공 셰익스피어의 심리를 라캉의 "주체의 열망" 이론을 방법론으로, 셰익스피어의 글쓰기 과정이 셰익스피어로 하여금 영국 르네상스 시기의 대가로 도약하는 계기임을 분석했다. 본 연구는 어떻게 셰익스피어가 엘리자베스 여왕 영국 제국주의의 전성기 시대에 비올라를 욕망의 주체로 삼아서, 크리스토퍼 말로를 제치고 상류 사회로의 진입을 통해 예술적 대가로 도약하게 되었는지, 시청자의 스토리텔링 아키텍처를 인지 감성 과정으로 분석하였다.

Performing the first peer review of a plastic surgical research article can be an overwhelming task. However, it is an essential scholarly skill and peer review is used in a multitude of settings: evaluation of journal articles, conference abstracts, and research proposals. Furthermore, peer reviewing provides more than just the opportunity to read and help improve other's work: peer reviewing can improve your own scientific writing. A structured approach is possible and recommended. In these ten tips, we provide guidance on how to successfully conduct the first peer reviews. The ten tips on peer reviewing concern: 1) Appropriateness: are you qualified and prepared to perform the peer review? 2) Familiarization with the journal and its reviewing guidelines; 3) Gathering first impressions of the paper followed by specific tips for reviewing; 4) the abstract and introduction; 5) Materials, methods, and results (including statistical considerations); and 6) discussion, conclusion, and references. Tip 7 concerns writing and structuring the review; Tips 7 and 8 describe how to provide constructive criticism and understanding the limits of your expertise. Finally, Tip 10 details why-and how-you become a peer reviewer. Peer review can be done by any plastic surgeon, not just those interested in an academic career. These ten tips provide useful insights for both the aspiring and the experienced peer reviewer. In conclusion, a systematic approach to peer reviewing is possible and recommended, and can help you getting started to provide quality peer reviews that contribute to moving the field of plastic surgery forward.

통계청에 의하면 화재 건수는 2013년 대비 2014년, 1203건이 늘은 42,135건으로 나타났다. 또한, 재산 피해 총 2,560억, 부상자 수 1,599명, 사망자 수 263명으로 발표되었다. 정부에서 화재 시 행동요령을 발표했음에도 불구하고 이렇게 많은 부상자 및 사망자가 발생하는 것은 단순히 글로 배우고, 머리로만 인식하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 가상현실 기반 화재 대응 시뮬레이션 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템을 통하여 화재를 예방하기 위한 행동요령에 관하여 글로 된 메뉴얼로 교육하는 대신 실제 같은 상황에서 화재의 위험성을 체험하고 훈련할 수 있도록 하기 때문에 보다 효과적으로 화재대응 훈련을 할 수 있다.

In this paper,we propose a knowledge-based system for locating Destination Address Block(DAB) by analyzing the structure of Korean envelope images. In the proposed system the preprocessing steps such as adaptive binarization connected component extraction and deskewing are carried out first for the effective structure analysis of the envelope image. Then DAB containing address name and zipcode parts of the input envelope image is extracted by an iterative procedure based on the knowledge acquired from the statistical feature analysis of the various envelope images. Most of the system for slocating address blocks on envelopes have extracted DAB by segmenting an envelope image into several candidate blocks followed by selecting one among the candidate blocks. Because it is very difficult to segment a Korean envelope image into several blocks due to the specific writing habits that the addresses on the envelope are written in close proximity to each other the proposed iterative procedure determines DAB by splitting or merging the connected components and verifies the determined DAB without segmentation and selection. Experiments with a great number of the live envelopes provided from Seoul Mail Center in Koorea were carried out. The results reveal that the proposed system is very effective for address block location on Korean envelopes.

영재교육은 개인이 가진 능력을 최대한 계발하여 자아를 실현하고, 국가 사회가 필요로 하는 인재 육성의 육성이라는 점에서 그 중요성이 강조되어 왔다. 영재교육이 활성화되기 위해서는 제도적인 측면과 함께 그들의 능력수준과 학습욕구에 적합한 영재교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다. 이 연구에 참여한 언어 영재 학생은 총 60명인데, 이 중에서 예비 연구에 참여한 30명은 연구자가 개발한 심화학습 프로그램과 언어 문제해결력 검사의 양호도를 평가하기 위한 대상이었고, 실험집단 30명은 10명씩 세 집단으로 나누어 각 집단에 한국교육 개발원 교재, 연구자가 개발한 심화학습 프로그램, 국어 교과서 심화학습 프로그램에 배정하여 프로그램간의 유의도를 비교 검증하였다. 결과를 종합하면, 언어 영재학생에게 연구자가 개발한 체계화된 개별화 심화학습 프로그램을 제공하면 언어 창의적 문제해결력이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 한국교육개발원 언어 영재 교재나 국어 교과서 심화학습도 언어 영재에게 읽기 능력을 향상시키는 데 약간의 효과는 있지만, 언어 이해 능력과 언어 표현 능력을 효율적으로 발달시키는 데는 효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 한국교육개발원 언어 영재교재나 국어 교과서 심화학습 내용처럼 듣기, 말하기, 읽기와 쓰기를 따로 분리해서 지도하는 것보다 일상생활처럼 듣기, 말하기, 읽기, 쓰기를 종합해서 함께 지도하는 것이 언어적으로 재능있는 영재에게는 더 효과적이라고 나타났다. 또한 지역이나 학교 급별에 따라 언어 영재성의 개념이 달라질 수 있으므로, 그에 알맞은 언어 영재 심화학습 프로그램을 지속적으로 개발할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
