The popularity of the web based education has come the need for variety learning methods and for business to exploit the web not only for interoperability but also standardization. This way of standardization has come to researched for environments, contents and practical uses in ISO. The IEEE has special]y established five technical classes for LTSA which provide advanced e-learning environments. Feedback functions would not be supported and specified in standardization for Query Answer on LTSA. In this paper, we describe the query and answer model which we have developed on layer three of LTSA. We develop the redefined model for transforming data flow oriented into object or component based model. We have developed the Query Answer Metadata (QAM) based on Learning Object Metadata (LOM). We design and showed thing a prototyping implementation the Query Answer Learning Tool (QALT). We have used the QALT to address the problem of efficiency of web based education. We also used it to develop the related tools with quality and productivity.

Purpose of this study is to empirically consider relation between QM activity factor and management result. For this, following 6 major variables of QM activity were established as independent variable; CEO's leadership, communication, process control, standardization, full participation and education/training while satisfaction of members and improvement of quality were established as dependent variable. And, a model was set up and hypothesis verification was conducted on the basis of data collected through questionnaires. The results are summarized as follows; First, QM factors which influenced satisfaction of members in management result were CEO's leadership, communication, process control, full participation and education/training but 'standardization' factor was not statistically significant. Second, QM factors which influenced improvement of quality in management result were CEO's leadership, communication, standardization, full participation and education/training but 'process control' factor was not statistically significant. Third, among main factors of QM activity, the factor which preferentially influenced satisfaction of members was 'full participation' factor while the factor which preferentially influenced improvement of quality was 'standardization' factor. According to such results, it is required to seek a statistical method regarding QM activity with focus on the factor of 'full participation' and 'standardization' among other things for the purpose of satisfaction of members as well as improvement of quality. It is believed that implication of this study can be useful information to realize management result considering main factors of QM activity and that it also can be basic reference data to seek a statistical method for satisfaction of members and improvement of quality by grasping core factors having influence over QM activity.

This thesis is a study for the standardization of the design of ginseng cultivating facility (also known as the sun off facility) for the improvement of farming environment. The core background of this study is to propose a basic study for introducing, for the first time, the modern ginseng cultivating facility that matches the position of korea as a main nation cultivating ginseng and to secure the production and quality value of Koryo Ginseng, which is a special world-level agricultural product of Korea, under the present WTO agricultural product open system. Right now, wood, rice straw, or vinyls, which are non-standardized or are for one-time use only are used. Therefore, as a concept of the design, 1 tried to revise the fact that these materials are being used to set up the facility repeatedly every year which is creating environmental pollution and wasting of our countries labor and resource. Concrete factors to be improved are as follows: First, standardization of the form and structure of mass production system; Second, introduction of new materials such as semi-permanent resin etc., for standardization of materials; 1 tried to make the above two factors into a shape based on a Korean image. As for the design, designed a standard unit model of the ginseng cultivation facility especially keeping in mind to design it so the facility can be freely connected and assembled according to the size and shape of the cultivation area.

In a knowledge-information based society, effective management across IT industries, value of information and interoperation are more important than eyer before. Therefore, ITA/EA which helps to plan and manage IT systematically and effectively, was enacted and announced in 2005 and has been considered as an innovative IT management approach. Unfortunately, however, new standardization of ITA/EA has not fully discussed yet. How to successfully apply EA/ITA to IT is considered as the most urgent challenge and this study aims to find out the most effective method. To this end, it was emphasized that training systems for specialized experts must be operated systematically through 'standardization of terms and tasks' and 'standardization of manpower training' and certification of specialty must be newly established. In addition. it was strongly demanded that dual structure caused by mixed concepts between ITA and EA must be eliminated. At the same time. a new model for domestic standardization was suggested so that not only ITA/EA can be recognized as IT engineering but also professional engineers can accept ITA/EA as a scientific field. In summary, this study is intended to propose how to improve information management efficiency through ITA/EA.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to interpret regional disparities in the number of teeth sealed with pit and fissure sealants, identify the factors that affect these disparities and find solutions for the same. Methods: Data were collected from the National Health Insurance Service and Korean statistical information service using metropolis-city-rural area dental health infrastructure variables, regional health behavior variables, and local finance-related variables. Results: In 2015, the number of teeth sealed with pit and fissure sealants per 100 people was higher in the metropolis or city than in the rural area. There was a positive correlation between the number of teeth sealed with pit and fissure sealants and the number of dentists, dental hygienists, dental institutions, standardization rate of subjective awareness of well-being, standardization rate of brushing after lunch, and the proportion of welfare budget in the general budget. There was a negative correlation with the annual standardization rate of health institution use, the standardization rate of unused medical services, and the local government's financial independence. According to the final model of the multiple regression analysis, while the impact of infrastructure on dentistry was not statistically significant, the statistical significance of standardization rate of brushing after lunch, the local government's financial independence, and the proportion of welfare budget in the general budget were maintained. Conclusions: To reduce regional disparities in the volume of use of pit and fissure sealants, it was concluded that it may be effective to select regions with a consideration of the level of regional economic power, implement separate and appropriate policies and projects, and improve the awareness in residents.

It is a complex project to construct the standard system of sports events. Sports events standard system covers from the implementation plan to the evaluation work after the smooth implementation of sports events, involving many links. Large-scale sports events have extremely high media value. However, the successful organization and operation of large-scale sports events face many problems to be overcome, especially in terms of event safety. Although the organizers and organizers of large-scale events have invested many resources for the safe holding of sports events, violence similar to "football hooligans" in Europe is endless. At present, compared with Western countries, the standardization of sports events in China is low, and there is a problem of a late start and huge difference with Western developed countries. Knowing the construction of the standardization system's situation in China, we have summarized the data related to 15 sports events held in Chengdu is the last 5 years. By analyzing the problems in the process of holding these 15 events and the reflections of participants on the experience of sports events, the problems in the development of the standard system of sports events are discussed in depth. The final conclusion is that the system structure of China's sports events is not so good and athletes have a poor experience. China's sports event system still has many problems. Finally, we built a sports event standardization model using Internet of Things, and after a practical test we found that it has a good effect. Finally, we combined the current situation of sports event standardization system in China and put forward the following suggestions: laws and regulations related to the standard system of sports events must be formulated at the national level. The implementation level must strengthen the degree of integration of sports events and technology. To improve the quality of human resources in the management of sports events. The article puts forward targeted solutions, which play a great role in promoting the perfection and completeness of China's standard system for sports events. At the same time, it also promotes economic development and improves China's international status.

In this paper, we propose set-up model of silicon steel cold rolling mill. Until now, the working of Silicon Steel is operated using the look-up table value of roll force which a field operator finds by making good use of his experience. Therefore, the standardization of data and an improvement of the quality on product are very difficult. So we establish neural model using field data of various kinds of coil at each pass.

This paper aims to investigate and analyze the process solving problems with activities of Quality Control Circle, carried out on a small scale, among various activities of industrial fields. Then this paper intends to provide and integrated model through integrating each process into one. We analyse the structure of slip data used as basic data for improving the transparency of transactions, and design a slip XML Schema. And then we implement Web Services for slip data, common slip data processing functions of accounting, interacting with the slip database. And we propose a standardization model of slip data structure and slip data processing service in order to make them used to diverse distributed Web applications. The result of this paper will contribute to the standardization for accounting information system for e-business area to the simple reuse of common slip data processing functions by Web services, and to the efficient development of distributed applications by grace of spreading standardization for supporting the business-to-business interactivity using easy accessibility of Web services.

The price of the hospitals' services is regulated by the governmental health insurance reimbursement schedule in Korea. On the other hand, the emphasis on the quality of care of hospitals service is ever increasing. Under the environment, hospitals have to understand the effects of the activities to improve quality of care on efficiency and on financial performance so that they develop a management strategy that allows quality of care, operational efficiency, and financial achievement simultaneously. This study investigates the relationship among the concepts. The sample for the study includes 23 hospitals that have more than 300 beds. The concept of quality of care is measured by the score reported by the Hospital Standardization Survey (HSS) instituted by Korean Hospital Association. Efficiency is measured by the ratio of number of employee to the number of patients served. Financial performance is measured by the financial ratios indicating the profitability of a hospital. An analysis is performed using the multiple regression. The results show significant positive relationships between the HSS score and efficiency indicators, md between the HSS score and profit measures. However, the significant positive relationship between the HSS score and profit measures disappeared when efficiency indicators were introduced to the model. This study concludes that the structural quality of a hospital has a positive effect on efficiency of the hospital and that the structural qualify indirectly affects the financial performance of a hospital through the improvement of efficiency. Based on the findings, the implications on hospital management and health policy are discussed.
