비교연산을 사용하지 않는 오류주입 공격에 안전한 CRT 기반의 RSA (Secure RSA with CRT Protected Against Fault Attacks without using Checking Procedure)

  • 중국인의 나머지 정리(Chinese Remainder Theorem)를 이용한 RSA 암호 시스템(RSA CRT)은 모듈러 지수승 연산이 기존의 제곱 연산을 반복하는 것보다 빠르게 계산될 수 있기 때문에 표준으로 권장하고 있다. 그러나 1996년 Bellcore가 RSA CRT의 오류주입 공격에 대해서 발표한 이래로 RSA CRT의 안전성 문제가 대두되었다. 1997년 Shamir가 오류 주입을 확인하는 비교 연산을 이용한 대응 방법을 소개하였고, 곧이어 이러한 비교연산도 안전하지 않다고 알려졌다. 최근 Yen이 오류주입 공격에 안전한 두 가지의 CRT 연산 프로토콜을 제안하였으며 이 프로토콜은 오류 주입을 확인하는 비교연산이 존재하지 않는다. 그러나 FDTC 2006에서 Yen의 두 CRT 연산 프로토콜에 대한 공격 방법이 소개되었다. 본 논문에서는 FDTC 2006에서 제시된 공격 방법에도 안전한 두 CRT 연산 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 비트연산(AND)의 특성을 이용하며 추가적인 연산을 고려하지 않아도 된다.

  • Recently, the public postal service of Korea confronts with business environment changes such as the opening of postal market and appearance of the domestic competitive enterprises. It is the current state that the public postal service of Korea should have a competitive edge by the productivity improvement of business processes. In this paper, we proposed new working tables for manual letter sorting which is one of the important process in mail center. We suggested standard working method and standard time in a mail center Based on these, we established the procedure for setting up a fair day's work in other mail centers. By the result of this research, we expect that the productivity of the mail sorting operation will be increased.

750 kW 풍력발전기의 소음 실증 (Noise Test and Evaluation of a 750 kW Wind Turbine Generator)

  • This study introduces an environmental noise evaluation procedure for wind turbines(W/T) and the evaluation result of a 750 kW wind turbine(W/T) system. Test and evaluation are performed according to the international standard IEC 61400-11 on J48 W/T which is under operation in Daekwanryung W/T test site. With the meteorological data and W/T operational data, noise data are monitored and analysed. An integrated monitoring system is constructed in the test site and is utilized for the evaluation. From the measured noise data, acoustic power level, directivity and tonality of the W/T are estimated under the wind speeds required fly the International standard. The purpose of the study is to establish an W/T noise evaluating system satisfying the international standard and to obtain noise data for home made 750 kW W/T.

강화도 지역의 항공기 소음저감을 위한 인천국제공항 운항절차 검토 (A Study on Flight Operation Procedures of Incheon International Airport for Noise Abatement in and around Gangwha Island)

  • After a series of aircraft noise measurements conducted in Noise Sensitive Areas(NSAs) in Gangwha Island, there appeared to be no regions affected by aircraft noise of over 75 WECPNL, the legal noise level standard for aircraft operations. However, with regard to the future environment where flight operations at Incheon International Airport are likely to escalate, an INM analysis result drawn shows that the number of regions afflicted by such noise will increase in Gangwha Island. Therefore, we studied similar cases from developed countries, which are pertinent to solutions for aircraft noise abatement in the vicinity of airports and herewith provided 6 more flight operation procedures other than those 3 currently in service at Incheon International Airport.

  • This paper presents the thermomechanical and fracture mechanics evaluation procedure of thermal striping damage on the secondary piping of LMFR using Green's function method and standard FEM. The thermohydraulic loading conditions used in the present analysis are simplified sinusoidal thermal loads and the random type data thermal load. The thermomechainical fatigue damage was evaluated according to ASME code subsectionNH. The analysis results of fatigue for the sinusoidal and random load cases show that fatigue failure would occur at a geometrically discontinuous location during 90,000 hours of operation The fracture mechanics analysis showed that the crack would be initiated at an early stage of the operation. The fatigue crack was evaluated to propagate up to 5 ㎜ along the thickness direction during the first 944 and 1083 hours of operation for the sinusoidal and the random loading cases, respectively.

NETCONF 계층에 대한 개선 기법 적용 및 통합 (The Application and Integration of an Improvement Technique for Layers of NETCONF)

  • 이기종의 다양한 장비로 구성된 현대의 네트워크는 분산 설치되어 있고, 이를 중앙 집중적이면서 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서 NETCONF 표준이 제정되었다. 본 논문에서는 NETCONF의 각 계층에 대해 개선한 연구를 포함하여 하나의 시스템으로 통합하는 작업을 수행하였다. RPC 계층에서는 멀티스레드를 사용하여 비동기 통신 채널 및 병렬 처리가 가능하도록 하였고, Operation 계층에서는 장비 설정 데이터 간 종속성을 이용한 데이터 그룹을 활용하여 연산의 효율성을 증가시켰다. Operation 계층과 연동할 수 있도록 Content 계층에서의 설정 데이터 모델링 기법에 대해서도 제시하였다. 마지막으로 GUI 프로그램을 구현하고 구현 결과를 나타내었다. 개선된 NETCONF와 표준 NETCONF를 질의 처리율, 질의 처리 속도, CPU 사용률에 대해 비교하는 실험을 수행한 결과 질의 처리율과 처리 속도에서는 개선된 NETCONF가, CPU 사용률에서는 표준 NETCONF가 우수하였다.

국내 전출력 원전 적용 화재 인간신뢰도분석 절차 개발 (Development of a Fire Human Reliability Analysis Procedure for Full Power Operation of the Korean Nuclear Power Plants)

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a fire HRA (Human Reliability Analysis) procedure for full power operation of domestic NPPs (Nuclear Power Plants). For the development of fire HRA procedure, the recent research results of NUREG-1921 in an effort to meet the requirements of the ASME/ANS PRA Standard were reviewed. The K-HRA method, a standard method for HRA of a domestic level 1 PSA (Probabilistic Safety Assessment) and fire related procedures in domestic NPPs were reviewed. Based on the review, a procedure for the fire HRA required for a domestic fire PSA based on the K-HRA method was developed. To this end, HRA issues such as new operator actions required in the event of a fire and complexity of fire situations were considered. Based on the four kinds of HFE (Human Failure Event) developed for a fire HRA in this research, a qualitative analysis such as feasibility evaluation was suggested. And also a quantitative analysis process which consists of screening analysis and detailed analysis was proposed. For the qualitative analysis, a screening analysis by NUREG-1921 was used. In this research, the screening criteria for the screening analysis was modified to reduce vague description and to reflect recent experimental results. For a detailed analysis, the K-HRA method and scoping analysis by NUREG-1921 were adopted. To apply K-HRA to fire HRA for quantification, efforts to modify PSFs (Performance Shaping Factors) of K-HRA to reflect fire situation and effects were made. For example, an absence of STA (Shift Technical Advisor) to command a fire brigade at a fire area is considered and the absence time should be reflected for a HEP (Human Error Probability) quantification. Based on the fire HRA procedure developed in this paper, a case study for HEP quantification such as a screening analysis and detailed analysis with the modified K-HRA was performed. It is expected that the HRA procedure suggested in this paper will be utilized for fire PSA for domestic NPPs as it is the first attempt to establish an HRA process considering fire effects.

  • Urban transit, which takes an important role of traffic volume, is operated in four different urban communities and constructed in two urban communities. However, the urban transit of each communities has different system in operation and construction. It is not efficient to construct and operate. Furthermore, is difficult to maintain urban transit system. In this paper, the standardization of power supply system for urban transit has been performed to solve above problems.

  • In response to the recent surge in aviation demand, major airports and aviation authorities continue to make efforts to formulate arrival and approach procedures that take into account efficient aircraft separation, noise and environmental issues of carbon (CO2) emissions. In order to ensure efficient traffic control and environmental issues, as a result, a new concept Trombone, Point Merge, etc. have been introduced and widely used in the domestic airspace. However, these new concept procedures which do not properly reflect the characteristics of the aircraft operation performance and the FMS vertical descent guidance hinder flight efficiency as well as bring in turn negative factors such as level-off flight and the use of drag device at the busiest phase of the flight descent operation, like the Continuous Descent Operation (CDO). Accordingly, throughout modification the current Standard Terminal Arrival Route (STAR) and Instrument Approach Procedure(IAP) that reflect the aircraft descent performance and the FMS guidance, the flight operation safety and efficiency is expected to be improved eventually. We herewith analyze and propose the way of improving flight efficiency in the arrival operation procedure by supplementary modification which consequently contribute to the aviation industry international competitiveness.
