This study analyzed the effects of building and greenhouse structural code on the structural design and the greenhouse construction cost. The over-design possibility of greenhouse was analyzed when building structural code was applied using standard smart greenhouse drawings. The possibility of decrease in greenhouse construction cost was investigated if the currently applied building structural code was replaced with greenhouse structural code. As a result of comparing the member sizes with the standard drawings, building structural code was designed with 13%~74% more steel than greenhouse structural code. When building construction estimate was replaced with greenhouse construction estimate, it was possible to reduce the total construction cost of the glass greenhouse by 17% and that of the vinyl greenhouse by 14%. Since there is no standard construction estimate suitable for greenhouses, the wage unit price is set excessively, and the construction cost of the smart greenhouse is increasing. In conclusion, it is necessary to establish greenhouse structural code and greenhouse construction estimate to lower the greenhouse construction cost.

It is an important issue in cost management to contract with the standard of cost estimate by the reasonable way in public construction projects. For the standard of cost estimate based on the Standard Estimating System, there is a difference of labor inputs between Standard Estimating System and actual quantities in construction projects. The duration of form work in multi-family housing depends on the manpower compared with other work, which is the critical path on the schedule management to be decided quality, and is the important to the cost management of construction projects. This study presented a simulation model of the productivity analysis for selecting the standard work type of form work in Multi-family housing construction projects.

The proportion of maintenance work has been increasing due to the recent aging of the infrastructure, but the standardized construction cost estimation standards are insufficient for this. In particular, reinforced concrete structures are being applied to many structures such as buildings and bridges, and various construction methods for maintenance of reinforced concrete structures are being developed and applied. In this study, we surveyed about the current status of the construction method for the maintenance work of reinforced concrete structures and analyze the factors of the revision of the construction cost estimate standard for the reinforced concrete structure maintenance.

본 연구는 제주특별자치도 내 실적공사비가 적용된 도로현장을 중심으로 물가변동에 따른 실적공사비 등락률 산정의 문제점을 분석하기 위하여 실시되었다. 본 연구를 위하여 제주특별자치도 내 9개 도로공사 현장을 중심으로 실적공사비방식, 표준품셈방식, 건설공사비지수방식에 따른 등락률을 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 9개 현장 중 약 56%인 5개 현장에서 실적공사비의 지수조정률이 표준품셈과 건설공사비지수의 지수조정률에 비해 낮게 산정되었다. 이는 실적공사비가 적용됨에 따라 물가변동으로 인한 계약금액 조정 성립요건이 지연되고 있다는 것을 알 수 있으며, 이에 따라 공사 준공 전 물가변동으로 인한 계약금액 조정횟수의 감소와 함께 물가변동금액 역시 차이를 보일 수 있음을 의미한다. 또한, 건설공사비지수 사례분석 결과, 도로부문에 대한 지수를 적용하여 지수조정률을 산출하였으나 지수조정률이 2.0%~9.4%까지 산정되어 이는 공사금액 및 물가변동 적용시기에 따라 상당한 영향을 미치는 문제점이 나타났다.

민간건축공사의 분양 및 임대 사업에 소요되는 공사기간의 단축은 발주자 측면의 현금흐름의 관리를 위해 중요하다. 그러나 국내 건설산업에는 기준공기의 개념이 정립되어 있지 않아서 공기산정의 기준을 제시하는 데에 어려움이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 공정관리에 관련된 기존의 문헌조사를 통해 공기산정 시 고려되는 영향요인을 파악하고 설문지 조사와 전문가 면담을 통해 최근 완공된 사무소 건축공사의 실적공기를 조사한 후, 수집된 실적공기를 영향요인별로 분석하여 기준공기를 제시하며, 이를 건설 선진국의 실적공기와 비교 및 분석하여 국내 건축공사에 있어서 공기단축의 필요성을 제기하였다.

The plater work in the standard of estimate presents a variety of construction types. However, there is a part that does not fit the change of specification standards and on-site construction status, and it was revised in 2019's standard of estimate. In this study, we analyzed in detail the factors affecting the changes in estimating standards in the plater work. There were changes in the specification standards previously presented as primary coat, secondary coat, and formal coat as well as changes in on-site construction status such as thickness according to the number of plastering. Therefore, it is analyzed that the estimating standards can be classified by the number of finishes according to the site conditions by reflecting the analysis of the specification standards and site application status, and suggesting the finishing standards according to the number of plastering.

The standard estimation system, used to estimate the predetermined cost of construction work, is measured by the standard and typical construction methods and field conditions. And the standard estimation system is applied to basic data for the measuring of construction cost, such as the consumed quantity of material, labor hours, and machinery cost. However it does not reflect sufficiently for the diversity and reality of constructions work Therefore, this study is recognized the necessity of new cost estimation models for the rational construction cost estimation. To improve estimation technique and construction ability, it was analyzed labor hours, production volume based on the work crew in construction work.

This study analyzed the major revision factors and revision contents for 'Construction-Standard-Production-Rate for Construction Works in 2018. Part 16. Pipe Laying Down and Connection" which was revised by the construction expense estimation standard's middle and long-term plans. The main reasons for the revision was analyzed to be unclear construction scope, limitations in applicable pipe material based on the facility type, labor force mainly composed of ordinary workers, limitations of labor force, and incomplete appropriation standard for the tool rent fee and equipment expenses. Through revision of factors, common items were newly established, organization was revised, the labor force was mainly composed of the technicians, and basis for appropriation of equipment expenses was arranged. In addition, through periodic revision, the appropriation standard for bend and special pipes was set. Consequently, more practical construction cost estimate standard is arranged through revision.

Construction equipment cost is critical to estimate the total construction costs, particularly in large and complicated projects. Despite its importance, the construction equipment cost may not reflect the current market value since the equipment database is being updated every 6 years at most. To keep construction equipment cost up to date, it is highly recommended to use the standard market price that is reported each year by the Ministry of Security and Public Administration (MOSPA). However, there is still a gap to adopt the standard market price system for the construction equipment cost computing system. Therefore, this paper suggests an effective way to develop a construction equipment cost estimation system.
