Recently, the transmission amount of information that each single person requires is growing by development of electron information communication technology. So in this paper we analysis the phase noise characteristics to obtain a most suitable of SNR performance request characteristic by BER on CATV transmission system that satisfy performance request DOCSIS 2.0 standard. Especially we get the parameter value of PLL that satisfy phase noise characteristic request standard using developed simulator. Presented method can be used to obtain a performance request standard connection performance request standard of high speed CATV transmission system in the future.

In Korea we didn't have fundamental legal system on telecommunication until 'Communication Act'(Act No. 923) of Dec. 1961. After then, with rapid advances of technology and increases of request to telecommunication services in the field of telecommunication, circumstances around the telecommunication market have been changed. The market has been enlarged and slowed. Regulating of that field has been diverse and complex, Specially, as WTO went into effect, it's been recognized that standardization is more important for correspond to openness and liberalization in the field of telecommunication. In our country, national industry standardization began with 'Industry Standard Act of 1961', but it put mainly importance in manufacturing standard or industry standard till 1980's. Telecommunication standardization began to be active as TTA was set up in 1989. Now regulating rules to telecommunication standard are including 'the Fundamental Act of Information Promotion', 'Telecommunication Act', 'Act relating to Telecommunication Network Use Promotion, etc:, 'Software Industry Advancement Act','Knowledge Information Resource Act'. In this paper, we will survey regulating rules to telecommunication standard and Produce the future proposal to that.

In order to promote the volunteer activity management of public libraries, the need on the standard manual for volunteer activity of public libraries has become inevitably urgent. In this context, this study builds a theoretical background on the volunteer activity of public libraries, on its management and on its standard manual; examines the volunteer activity management of public libraries including its planning, personal management and administration; and classifies them into twelve domains and six work flows based on the literature review and case studies; and develops the standard manual for volunteer activity of public libraries. By so doing, this study aims at enhancing our understanding on the volunteer activity management of public libraries.

In order to manage the underground spatial information in systematic and effective way, production of an integration underground spatial information map is essential process. The government has been making efforts to expand manage the production of 3D underground spatial integrated map. In recent the GPR is actively used for exploring underground facilities in non-exploring area and sinkhole. For achieving the research objectives presenting the accuracy of verification standard in underground spatial information surveying using GPR, the related legislation standard, the experiment resutls and international criteria have been analyzed. From this research it is found that the accuracy standard has been made by the related academic society(USA) and association(UK) in foreign counties. It is recommended that indicate the verification standard with number and percent together considering the characteristics of GPR.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the score data released by the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation to find out the problems with the current scoring system provided by the College Scholastic Ability Test and to suggest improvement measures to solve these problems. Methods: We calculated the descriptive statistics of the standard scores using the frequency distribution table of the standard scores and identified the characteristics of the standard scores by expressing the distribution as a graph. Also, we developed an index to evaluate whether each stanine level was stably assigned and calculated the indexes for each area/subject by using the data on the number of examinees for each level. Results: We found that the relationship of conversion from raw scores to integerized standard scores is different depending on the size of the standard deviation of the raw scores, and identified the problem that the raw score information is not fairly reflected in the calculation of the percentile and level as the two raw scores are converted to one standard score. This problem can be solved by calculating the standard score to a decimal point. Conclusion: In this study, as a way to improve the quality of the scores of the current CSAT, the standard score and percentile decimal notation, the specific regulations of the standard score and stanine level calculation method, and the expansion of the open range of the scores were suggested.

The purpose of this study, was to examine and understand the possibility of introducing a standard field training semester system and the possibility of operating an autonomous field training semester system that can be operated without payment and propose a response strategy based on their perception survey conducted with the field training institutions. As a result of the study, first, it is apparent that the practice institution shows a very low perception of operating hours and operating methods, including the allocation of job-related training hours. Second, the introduction status of standard field practice turned out to be very low, while the introduction status of standard field practice, operation and agreement, change of standard field practice, specific details of standard field practice contract, and satisfaction of standard field practice turned out to be very low. Based on which, this study considers the introduction of standard field practice based on the reference research including surveys, such as the amendments of the relevan laws, adoption of standard field practice semesters or autonomous field practice semesters, securing and sharing sufficient field practice manuals, among others.

Development of hospital information system and Picture Archiving Communication System is not new in the medical field, and the development of internet and information technology are also universal. In the course of such development, however, it is hard to share medical information without a refined standard format. Especially in the department of radiology, the role of PACS has become very important in interchanging information with other disparate hospital information systems. A specific system needs to be developed that radiological reports are archived into a database efficiently. This includes sharing of medical images. A model is suggested in this study in which an internal system is developed where radiologists store necessary images and transmit them in the standard international clinical format, Clinical Document Architecture, and share the information with hospitals. CDA document generator was made to generate a new file format and separate the existing storage system from the new system. This was to ensure the access to required data in XML documents. The model presented in this study added a process where crucial images in reading are inserted in the CDA radiological report generator. Therefore, this study suggests a storage and transmission model for CDA documents, which is different from the existing DICOM SR. Radiological reports could be better shared, when the application function for inserting images and the analysis of standard clinical terms are completed.

The purpose of this study is to make out a draft for the standard classification of the National Knowledge and Information Resources. As the result of the Study the standard classification system of the national knowledge and information resources, named "Knowledge Classification 'KC' is suggested. KC consists of 3 classification systems classification by subject, type of resources and type of media. The classification by subject has 12 main classes, and each main class has divisions. Main classes consist each of major discipline or group of related disciplines. The type of resources is classified by 10 types of content, likewise numbered 0-9, and the media of knowledge are classified by 8 types. likewise 0-7. In the Practice the notation always consists of 2 characters and 2 digits. The first character designate main class and the second character designate division. The first number designate the type of resources and the second number designate the type of media.

According to the increasing use of information in the mobile web environment, web information techniques previously developed considering only a specific platform become unable to use. Such techniques need to be replaced by the web standard techniques guaranteeing interoperability and to develop a new graphic user interface required in the mobile web environment. Based on such backgrounds, this paper surveyed the standards for implementing web geographic information system(GIS) service considering mobile and desktop environments. Based on the survey results, a GIS system configured with open source is designed and web mapping clients based on ExtJs are implemented for mobile and desktop environments. For the purpose of coping with the new web standard environment, the methods and prototype system suggested and implemented in the paper can be used as a case study to implement a GIS in the use of mobile and desktop environments.

The purpose of this study is to research space recognition change of the high school students according to geographic information quantities, focused on Factors Influencing the Land Value. The region of case study was some places of Songtan Special Tourism Zone, which responding students were unfamiliar with. The results are as follows. First, through the results of analysing 'the highest valued standard land and choice reasons' in two ㄴregions of the old town and the new town, it is perceived that the relative factor of land is more important than the absolute factor as the factors influencing the land value of the highest valued standard land. Second, there are students' recognition differences in the choice reasons of the highest valued standard land of two regions which have different characteristics. Third, though in the same region, recognitions about factors influencing the land value change according to geographic information quantities, and as students' knowledge about geographic information increases, the choice rate of the highest valued standard land increases. Lastly, it is perceived that there is a facility which has a decisive effect on formating the land value of a certain region.
