본 연구에서는 국내 육상 및 해상 준설토 활용관련 환경기준과 처리공법을 총 망라해 고찰해 보았다. 해양준설토 활용방법 제시를 위하여 고화벽돌 및 경량벽돌 등 시제품을 제작하였으며 매립복토재로서 활용성도 매립작업을 원할히 하기위한 강도(대략 50kPa)를 만족하였다.

In this paper, we propose a development method of portable Automatic Test Equipment based on PXIe platform. Legacy VME form factor structured test equipment has limited reuse and expansion of modules due to unapplied bus specification. In particular, these limitations can cause development periods and costs to increase, and the reliability of environmental conditions is lacking due to non-standard modules. The test equipment of the proposed PXIe platform can use diverse COTS modules to shorten the development period and minimize the instability between developments. The PXIe development module works with standard Xilinx FPGAs, PXIe Windows device drivers, and applications on standard PXIe buses. The use of standard bus and COTS modules increases scalability and reusability, enabling rapid development and excellent maintenance. Through the test, we show the proposed test equipments can be implemented efficiently between the development processes and proved their reliability through function tests and environmental tests.

Standards impact the economy in various ways. Moreover, intense competition exists between a variety of standards in this era of globalization. This paper quantifies the economic effect of multiple standards in the Information Communications and Technology (ICT) sector. Thus, it identifies and specifies which standard applies when economic gains exist. A model is developed which quantifies the magnitude of the economic effect of multiple standards as compared with a single standard or no standard. The model allows for both the micro- and macroeconomic gains from standardization to be quantified. Preliminary estimates indicate that at the macro level the multiple standards multiplier is approximately three. That is for every dollar invested, the gain is on the order of three dollars. Although not as robust. preliminary results indicated a similar economic gain at the micro level Overall, multiple standards dominate a single standard. This paper applies the model to IMT-2000, an example of multiple standards, to demonstrate this approach to quantify the standards economic effect.

When manufacturing mold dies, an operation sheet is required for each part of the mold dies. The consistent estimation of standard operation time in the operation sheet is difficult, because the estimation is mainly based on subjective judgement. In order to resolve it, concept of feature is introduced in this study. For CAD/CAPP integration, feature technology is being implemented to represent geometrical and technological information of part drawings. A feature database has already been designed, and then used to generate data for process and operation planning modules. Related to this former research, standard operation time is calculated using the feature information and tables used in a real factory.

One of the problems with the base station equipment is that there is a large difference between the replacement time of the hardware equipment such as the base station equipment and the radio access equipment, and the evolution period of the communication standard. Therefore, the base station communication platform must be flexible enough to handle the evolving communication standards after purchase. Recent research on reconfigurable communications platforms has focused on the efficient architecture of the communications platform to meet these requirements through software downloads while still using existing hardware. This paper presents a prototype of a base station communications platform based on the ETSI standard reconfigurable architecture. The communication platform presented in this paper is implemented as an ETSI standard reconfigurable architecture using a general-purpose DSP (Digital Signal Processor). In the implemented prototype, we verify the real-time feasibility of communication protocol updates through software reconfiguration.

Recently, the necessity of rapid response to social problems such as disasters and quarantine arising from the complex and diverse social structures has emerged. As the number of large buildings increases, large-scale human damage is expected in the event of a disaster such as fire. To solve this problem, efficient control must be achieved through interfacing with various equipment and facilities installed inside the building. In this paper, we intend to study the interface method for various facilities in the building for efficient control. In detail, the facility standard model is defined by examining the status and specification of building. In addition, we intend to design and propose a standard facility communication data frame to support the protocol applicable to this model.

자동차 내부 진단 데이터를 수집하기 위해서는 다양한 자동차 부품에 포함되어 있는 ECU(Electronic Control Unit)의 진단데이터를 수집하여야 한다. ECU의 진단데이터를 수집하기 위해서는 진단통신을 활용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 표준 진단 통신을 통해 ECU의 기능에 따른 진단데이터를 수집하는 방법과 진단통신 모듈에 대해서 분석하였다. 많은 자동차 제조사가 사용하는 자동차 전장 표준인 AUTOSAR의 표준 모듈 중에서 진단 통신 모듈에 대해서 연구하였으며, 진단데이터 처리가 ECU를 통해 처리되는 과정에 대해서 연구하였다.

The use of pooled standard deviation can reduce the efficiency loss in optimum allocation when strata standard deviations are estimated and several of them are equal. Also shown is that the pooled standard deviation is useful in optimum allocation under a multivariate setting. In addition to theoretical development, we provide the result of simulation study to support the theory.

This study aims to study IFD based IFC application, and API technology were examined for extending $IFC2{\times}4$ information by using IFD libraries. According to this, information exchange scenarios for Open BIM were established with IFD application. And necessary standard elements for introduction of IFD were introduced and the templates of object and property information were suggested for realization.
