초지환원용 비육돈 슬러리의 계절에 따른 휘발성유기물과 휘발성지방산 농도 분석연구 (Effect of Season on Volatile Organic Compounds and Volatile Fatty Acids Concentration in finishing Pig Slurry to Grassland)

  • 비육돈사의 슬러리에 함유된 악취물질의 농도를 계절별로 비교하여 초지 및 농경지에 살포되는 분뇨의 악취강도를 예측하고자 수행되었다. 1. 비육돈사의 슬러리에 함유된 휘발성유기물의 계절별 농도 비교 페놀류 중 p-크레졸 농도는 봄, 여름 및 가을에 차이가 없었지만, 페놀, 인돌 및 스카톨 농도는 여름과 가을에 비해 봄에 높았다 (p<0.05). 돼지 슬러리의 경우 p-크레졸과 스카톨이 악취강도에 큰 영향을 주기 때문에 계절에 따른 휘발성유기물의 악취강도 차이는 크지 않을 것으로 판단된다. 2. 비육돈사의 슬러리에 함유된 휘발성지방산의 계절별 농도 비교 휘발성지방산의 경우 악취강도가 높지 않은 단쇄지방산의 농도는 봄철이 여름과 가을보다 높았으나 (p<0.05), 악취강도가 상대적으로 높은 이성체지방산의 농도는 계절별로 숫자적인 차이는 보였지만 통계적인 차이는 없었다 (p>0.05). 계절에 따라 휘발성지방산이 악취강도에 미치는 영향은 높지 않을 것으로 판단된다. 결과적으로 봄철에 악취물질의 농도가 더 높은 것은 온도, 환기 및 돈사내부로 유입되는 물의 양에 의한 것으로 추정되며, 여름철은 슬러리에서 생성되는 악취농도 보다 환기에 의해 휘산되는 양이 많아서 슬러리의 악취농도가 감소되거나 증가되지 않았을 가능성이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하면 비육돈사의 슬러리를 초지 또는 농경지에 살포하였을 때 계절에 의한 악취강도의 차이는 크지 않을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 피부질환의 개선을 위한 수치료요법은 예로부터 세계 각지에서 널리 이용되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 국내 알칼리환원온천수를 이용한 수치료요법이 손상된 피부에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 무모생쥐(hairless mice)의 등 부위에 자외선을 조사하여 피부 손상을 인위적으로 유발한 후 매일 실온에서 40분간 침적시켜 21일간 수치료를 실시한 후 생쥐의 피부조직을 분리하여 검경하였다. 수치료를 하는 동안 실험군의 피부 회복속도가 대조군에 비해 더 빠른 경향으로 관찰되었다. 조직학적으로 관찰한 결과, 대조군에 비해 실험군에서 표피층 비후 및 염증세포 침착 현상이 상대적으로 적게 나타났으며, 비만세포의 증가 및 탈과립 현상 또한 적게 나타났다. 이는 온천수에 함유된 황성분의 박피효과 및 항균작용과 함께 온천수의 항산화능이 피부조직의 치유에 도움을 준 것으로 사료된다.

  • 본 논문은 자동차용 시트의 내부에 설치되어 탑승자의 등 부위를 지지하여 편안한 승차감을 제공하는 자동차용 시트의 플라스틱 서스펜션 어셈블리 개발에 관한 것이다. 운전자의 허리를 균등하게 지지하여 주는 구조를 갖도록 설계하고 시트 백 프레임과 플라스틱 서스펜션이 원활하게 조합될 수 있는 구조로 개발하고자 한다. 체압 분포 특성을 고려하여 서스펜션의 단품을 설계하고 기능성을 평가하였다. 또한 실제와 동일한 사이즈의 서스펜션을 모델링하고 구조해석을 수행하였다. 기존 스프링 서스펜션과 새로 개발된 플라스틱 서스펜션의 해석결과 및 실제 측정값이 유사함을 확인하고 최적의 해석 및 설계를 확립하였다.

역궤적 이동경로별 용인지역의 컬럼에어로졸 특성 (Columnar Aerosol Properties at Yongin According to Transport Paths of Back Trajectories)

  • Columnar aerosol properties retrieved from solar radiation were investigated at the Yongin (YGN) SKYNET site over seven years from October 2008 to October 2015. Hourly averages were calculated when the data were available, and back trajectories were calculated to examine the effects of regional transport. Data recovery rate was low at 6.6%, primarily because solar radiation was measured only under daytime clear-sky conditions. Mean values of the fine-mode volume fraction (FMVF) as well as its seasonal variation were similar to those of $PM_{2.5}/PM_{10}$ although the coarse-mode fraction of column aerosols tended to be slightly larger. The values of single scattering albedo (SSA) and FMVF were lower in spring due to the effects of mineral dust, and higher in summer due to secondarily-formed inorganic ions. Back trajectories were grouped into five clusters according to the directions of transport paths. Aerosol loading was highest for Cluster 2 from the northwest, but SSA and FMVF were not particularly high or low because aerosols were composed of various materials with different properties. Aerosol loading was lowest for Cluster 5 from the Pacific Ocean passing through the south end of Japan, whose SSA and FMVF were highest as secondarily-formed inorganic ions were mixed.

가상임피던스를 이용한 원격 이동로봇의 장애물회피 (Obstacle avoidance of Mobile Robot with Virtual Impedance)

  • 본 논문에서는 Virtual Mass-Spring-Damper 모델을 사용하여 이동로봇과 주위 물체와의 관계를 모델링하고 장애물의 충돌벡터를 검출하여 가상의 척력을 발생시키는 가상 임피던스 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 원격지 슬래이브 로봇의 주위 환경 정보 즉, 이동 로봇과 장애물과의 거리 및 접근 속도 등의 정보를 조작자에게 입체적으로 전달하기 위해 조이스틱의 각축에 연결된 모터를 이용하여 힘을 발생시킬 수 있도록 한다. 제안한 방법의 실제 로봇적용에 앞서 이동로봇의 장애물 회피 시뮬레이션을 통하여 알고리즘을 검증하였다.

중년여성 브랜드를 통한 기본 스커트의 치수실태 및 패턴분석 (An Analysis of Size System and Patterns of Ready to Wear Basic Skirts for Middle Age Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze of size and patterns of ready to wear basic for middle age women. For this purpose, I select 9 brands and analyze the basic skirts size system marketed in 2002 spring in Korea. To study the actual size system, I have compared size labeling, which I researched, with Korean Industrial Standard Size Chart. And I also have compared body measurement with the product size. To study the pattern, I have classified the composition of the skirt into 24 items. The different result shows between this study and Korean Industrial Standard Size Chart. The waist circumference is smaller than it should be, and the hip circumference is larger than it should be. As I have examined the body measurement and the product size, variability of the waist circumference depends on the location of the waistline. For the hip circumference, I have found that both the body measurement and the product size are same, or the product size is smaller than the body measurement. Both cases have been found to be over 67%. I have classified the analysis of the pattern into four components; circumference, relevance to waist line, dart, and length. For the waist circumference, the same size of the front and the back is 44.4%, and making the front larger is 44.4% also. In the hip circumference, the identical size of the front and the back is 66.7% and the larger size of back is 22.2%. Regarding darts placement, it is moved to the side lines from the middle of 1/2 of waist lines, dart intake was 1.3~3.2 cm, the length of darts is 7.2~12.7 cm.

기능성 향상을 위한 환경미화원복 설계 (Construction of Street Cleaner Uniform for the Funtional Improvement)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct a questionnaire survey on the actual conditions of the working uniform and protective equipment put on by street cleaners, then to identify their inconvenience and problems and to draw solutions to improve them, and finally to design a spring-and-autumn street cleaner uniform which has enhanced functionalities such as motional flexibility, safety and soil proof. The questionnaire survey of this study was done by street cleaners who were in charge of street cleaning and collecting the recyclable waste. The result of this study, easily worn-out parts of the working clothing were the sleeve hems and the front part on the upper uniform, and the trouser hems and zipper on the lower uniform. Easily soiled parts were the sleeve hems, parts of arm on the upper uniform, and the trouser hems and knee parts on the lower uniform. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, the sample uniforms were designed in consideration of material, design and pattern. A soil-proof material was used for easily soiled parts such as sleeve hems, knee parts and trouser hems. Reflective material was applied to the parts such as chest, back and the side lines of sleeves and trousers to raise visibility in working and to ensure safety. A crease was given to each side of the back. The height of sleeve cap was lowered to lift the motional flexibility of back and arm parts. Darts were applied to elbow and knee parts for a three-dimensional design. Gussets were inserted in the thigh part to give it activity. Then quantitative evaluation and a sensory evaluation, which was composed of outward appearance, motional flexibility and fitness for field operation, were conducted. According to these evaluations, the sample uniform was found to be more satisfactory than current uniform.

  • The roll forming process is often used to manufacture long, thin-walled products such as a pipe. The final cross-section is a comparatively simple open-channel, a closed tube section or a complex profile with several bends. In recent years, that process is often applied to the bumper beam in the automotive industries. In this study, a optimal Center Floor Cross Member manufacturing technology, model deign and proper roll-pass sequences can be suggested by forming number of roll-pass and bending angle, and also effects of the process parameters on the final shape formed by roll forming defects were evaluated.

  • In roll forming process, a sheet metal is continuously progressively formed into a product with required cross-section and longitudinal shape, such as a circular tube with required diameter, wall-thickness and straightness, by passing through a series of forming rolls in arranged in tandem. In recent years, that process is often applied to the bumper rail in the automotive industries.   • Tubular torsion beam of high strength steel is going about in an automotive rear axle due to the advantages of light weight and efficient rear packaging capability. High strength tubular beam can be manufactured by the hydroforming in order to ensure dimensional accuracy, while a conventional stamping has been used for steel tubular beam. Internal pressure, feeding and their combination are the key factors of controlling the process. Based on the numerical simulation and try-outs, the optimized hydroforming process conditions for the high strength tubular beam were suggested.
