숏크리트용 고분말도 슬래그 시멘트의 특성 (A Study on Properties of High Blaine Slag Cement for Shotcrete)

  • This study was performed to get basic information about properties of high blaine slag cement(HSC) to use shotcrete(or sprayed concrete and mortar). Particle size distribution, setting time and compressive strength test, analysis like as SEM, DSC thermal analysis, XRD was carried out to investigate principle properties of HSC. Setting time of HSC was delayed slightly, but influence of accelerators was more bigger than ordinary portland cement(OPC). Compressive strength of HSC at 28 days was more higher than OPC regardless of using accelerators. Results of analysis showed early period hydration products of HSC is more small and located widely, because of the interface of between cement particle and water is increased as specific surface of cement increase. From the SEM observation and analysis of DSC and XRD results, aluminates accelerators bring on some hydration products like as calcium aluminium hydrates, alkali free accelerators increases ettringite and monosulfates. Aluminates accelerators has a advantage of setting time and early strength, alkali free accelerators increases strength after 7 days.

  • Shotcrete (or Sprayed concrete) has been used as an important support material in New Austrian Tunnelling Method (NATM). Since the mid of 1990, permanent shotcrete tunnel linings such as Single-shell, NMT (Norwegian Method of Tunnelling) has been constructed in many countries for reducing the construction time and lowing construction costs instead of conventional in-situ concrete linings. Among essential technologies for successful application of permanent shotcrcte linings, high performance shotcrete providing high strength, high durability, better pumpability has to be developed in advance as an integral component. This paper presents the Ideas and first experimental attempts to increase early strength and bond strength of wet-mixed Steel Fiber Reinforced Shotcrete(SFRS) in sump water condition. In order to increase early strength, a new approach using high-early strength cement with liquid alkali-free accelerator has been investigated From the results, wet-mix SFRS with high-early strength cement and alkali-free accelerator exhibited excellent early strength improvement compared to the ordinary portland content and good bond strength even under sump water condition.

  • The use of Shotcrete(Sprayed concrete) for the support of underground excavations was pioneered by the Civil engineering industry. Permanent shotcrete tunnel linings such as Single-shell, NMT(Norwegian Method of Tunnelling) have been constructed in many countries for reducing construction time and lowering construction costs instead of conventional in-situ concrete linings. Among essential technologies for successful application of Permanent Shotcrete Linings, high performance shotcrete having high strength, high durability, better pumpability has to be developed in advance. This paper presents the ideas and the first field test results of wet-mixed Steel Fiber Reinforced Shotcrete(SFRS) with powder types cement mineral accelerator. From the results, wet-mix SFRS with powdered accelerator exhibited good early strength improvement and less rebound ratio compared to the ordinary accelerator.

콘크리트 구조물의 염화물 침투 특성 파악을 위한 변색법의 적용성 (Applicability of Colormetric Method for Estimation of Chloride Penetration in Concrete Structures)

  • RC 구조물이 해양 환경에 장기간 노출된 콘크리트 안의 철근은 해수에 포함된 염화물 이온의 침투에 의해 부식하게 된다. 염화물 이온에 의한 철근의 부식 피해는 매우 다양하기 때문에, 많은 연구들이 수행되어 왔다. 염화물 이온의 침투깊이를 쉽게 측정할 수 있는 질산은 변색법이 최근 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 질산은 변색법의 특성이 완전히 파악되지 않은 채 사용되고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구의 목적은 변색법의 적용성을 조사하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 가지고 변색법의 메커니즘과 영향인자에 대하여 파악하고자 하였다. 변색법 실험 결과에 따르면, 콘크리트 할렬면에 질산은이 분무될 때, AgCl의 흰색반응과 AgOH의 갈색 반응, 두 반응이 발생한다. 또한, 반응 속도 상수비는 흰색 반응, 즉 AgCl이 3240배 빠르게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 변색 법을 콘크리트에 적용할 경우, 0.05N 이상의 질산은 용액을 분무하는 것이 바람직하다. 현장 콘크리트 구조물에 있어 변색법은 염화물을 평가하는데 유용한 방법이다. 변색 구간에서의 평균 염화물량 값은 콘크리트 단위중량 당 $0.9kg/m^3$으로 나타났다.

  • Arc metal spraying is a widely used method for improving the performance of construction structures such as corrosion resistance and electromagnetic wave shielding. However, when arc metal spraying is applied to a concrete structure, adhesion performance may deteriorate. Therefore, the effect of each surface treatment method on the physical properties between the arc metal spray coating and concrete was reviewed by evaluating the deposition efficiency and adhesion performance according to the arc metal spray surface treatment method (surface reinforcing agent, roughening agent, and sealing agent). As a result, it is suggested as an optimal surface treatment condition to induce non-interface failure by using a roughening agent and to improve the properties of concrete and metal coatings by applying a surface reinforcing agent and sealing agent.

TiO2 적용방법에 따른 포러스 콘크리트의 질소산화물 제거성능 및 흡음특성 (NOx-removal and Sound-absorption Performances of Photocatalytic Porous Concrete Prepared by Various TiO2 Application Methods)

  • 본 연구에서는 다양한 TiO2 적용방법이 포러스 콘크리트의 질소산화물 제거성능 및 흡음특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 포러스 콘크리트 배합과정에서 TiO2를 단순 혼입하는 방법, 바텀애쉬 골재에 TiO2를 전처리하고 이를 이용하여 포러스 콘크리트를 제조하는 방법, 마지막으로 제조된 포러스 콘크리트에 TiO2 용액을 도포하는 방법으로 TiO2 적용 포러스 콘크리트를 제조하였다. 실험결과 TiO2의 단순 혼입은 TiO2의 함량이 증가함에 따라 압축강도를 감소시켰으며, 공극률은 증가시키는 것으로 관찰되었다. TiO2 함침 바텀애쉬 골재를 이용하는 경우 압축강도는 기존 포러스 콘크리트와 유사하지만 공극률이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 표면 도포 방법의 경우 공극률은 유사하였으나 강도가 증가하였다. 질소산화물 제거성능에서 TiO2를 표면 도포한 샘플이 가장 높은 효율을 보였으며, TiO2를 단순 혼입한 샘플들보다 바텀애쉬 골재에 전처리한 샘플에서 더 높은 질소산화물 제거성능이 관찰되었다. 흡음성능의 경우 TiO2를 단순 혼입한 경우 공극률과의 상관관계를 확인할 수 있었지만, 다른 적용방법의 경우 일정한 경향이 발견되지는 않았다.

콘크리트 피착체의 표면수율에 따른 단면복구용 고유동성 SBR 개질 모르타르의 부착특성 (Adhesive Properties of High Flowable SBR-modified Mortar for Concrete Patching Material Dependent on Surface Water Ratio of Concrete Substrate)

  • 본 연구에서는 고유동성의 SBR 개질 시멘트 모르타르의 기초적 성능을 바탕으로 콘크리트의 보수용 재료에 매우 중요한 요구성능인 부착강도에 대한 피착체의 표면에 존재하는 표면수량의 영향을 검토하는 연구가 수행하였다. 고유동성 SBR 개질 시멘트 모르타르의 기초적인 성능을 토대로 부착강도, 잔갈림성, 재료분리 저항성이 좋은 시험체를 선택하였다. 시험체는 C:F=1:1인 경우 P/C=20%, 30%의 시험체 2개, C:F=1:3인 경우 P/C=50%의 시험체 1개, 총 3개가 선택되었으며 이 3개의 배합에 대하여 피착체의 표면수량에 따른 고유동성 SBR 개질 시멘트 모르타르의 특성을 파악하였다. 표면수는 콘크리트 피착면의 단위 면적 ($cm^2$) 당 각각 0, 0.006, 0.012, 0.017, 0.024 g이 균등하게 살포되었으며, 이에 따른 연도변화, 플로우값, 부착강도, 부착파괴형상, 내균열성 및 재료분리여부를 파악하였다. 본 연구를 통해 콘크리트 피착체에 살포된 표면수는 고유동성 SBR 개질 시멘트 모르타르의 부착강도를 증진하는 효과가 있다는 결론을 얻었다.

섬유복합재봉(FRP ROD)과 고강도 모르터를 이용한 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 휨 보강공법(MFRI) 공법 (Reinforcing System(MFRI) for Concrete Structure using FRP ROD & High-performance Mortar)

  • This report is on the Reinforcing System(MFRI) for Concrete Structure using FRP ROD & High-Performance Mortar. The main characteristic of this system is as follow. First, the fiber rods in this system have seven times greater tensile strength than general reinforcing steel bars(re-bar) and the weight is a fifth lighter. Camels coated on the fiber rods' surfaces to improve adhesive strength and pull-out strength. Second, high strength shotcrete mortar is has very good workability and low rebound rate. After installing the Fiber Rods, Shotcrete mortar Is applied or sprayed to finish reinforcement. Finally, MFRI system has excellent fire-resisting performance and sogood tolerance against external environment by inserting fiber rods and reinforcing materials into mortar which has high compressive strength. It is applied to bridge slab, utility box and tunnel of civil engineering works, and beam and slab of building structures.

FRP Rod를 이용한 표면매립 및 단면 확대 복합 보수$\cdot$보강 공법 (Repair and Strengthening Method Using Near Surface Mounted FRP Rods and Overlay)

  • This paper reports new repair and strengthening mathod using improved material. This mathod have two type according to covering thickness of reinforcement. One type is near surface mounted FRP rod. Anther type is overay. Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) materials has become very popular in recent years. FRP material used to rehabilitate many types of structures with superior characteristics such as high strength and stiffness and corrosion resistance. This strengthening mathod were used FRP rod which have better bond and shear strangth than current FRP rod. Development of FRP rod due to 3-D winding system. In addition, Ductile hybrid FRP has a certain plastic deformation and an elongation greater than 3% at maximum load is usually required for steel reinforcement in concrete structures. Moerover this mathod can be effective repair of base concrete by sprayed polymer mortar.

Wet-mix Shotcreting Application of High Ductile Fiber Reinforced Mortar Designed by Optimizing Mix Proportion

  • High ductile fiber reinforced mortar suitable for wet-mix shotcreting (sprayable ductile mortar) 10 the fresh state, while maintaining tensile strain-hardening behavior in the hardened state, has been developed based on micromechanics and workability control. In the development concept of sprayable ductile mortar, micromechanics is adopted to properly select the matrix, fiber, and interface properties to exhibit strain hardening and multiple cracking behaviors in the composites. Within the pre-determined micromechanical constraints, the workability is controlled by optimizing mix proportions. A series of spray tests show the excellent pumpability and sprayability of the sprayable ductile mortar. Subsequent direct tensile tests demonstrate that the tensile performance of sprayed mortar is comparable to that of cast mortar, for the same mix design.
